Viihtyisä 2 makuuhuoneen huoneisto Park City Mountain Resortin juurella. Portaat laskettelurinteille ja myös kaikki kaupungin mukavuudet. Vapaa bussireitti. Kauniita, turvallisia puutarhoja, ulkokylpytynnyrejä, sisäuima-altaita.

Luxury 2-vuode, 2-kylpy osakehuoneisto, vuonna Snowflower monimutkainen Park City Mountain Resort, joka sijaitsee vain muutaman askeleen päässä Eagle ja First Time polkuja. Uudistettu vuodelle 2014, kauniisti esitetty. Tilavassa Master-sviitissä on king-size-vuode, jossa on suihku ja kylpyamme. toisessa makuuhuoneessa on queen-size-vuode ja erillinen kylpyhuone, jossa on suihku ja syvä kylpytynnyri! Uusi queen-size vuodesohva olohuoneessa. Täysin varusteltu, moderni keittiö palvelemaan 8, aamiaisbaarilla ja erillinen ruokapöytä. Olohuone kodikas kaasutakka, internet käytössä kaapeli-TV äänijärjestelmä, ilmainen nopea langaton internetyhteys, iPod-telakka-järjestelmä. Valikoima palapelit, pelikortit täydentävät viihtyisän yön pitkän päivän jälkeen vuorella! Parveke näkymät läpi puiden Uinta vuoret idässä. (takaa laskettelurinteitä, takaa hiljaisen yön ilman, että lumivalmistuslaitteet ja groomerit häiritsevät!)

Asiakkailla on täysi pääsy lämmitettyyn pukuhuoneeseen, jossa on oma lukittava hiihtokotelo, ja tuning-penkki suksilautojen turvalliseen varastointiin. Täysin varusteltu moderni kuntosali on seuraavassa rakennuksessa, ja siellä on kaksi lämmitettyä ulkouima-allasta, yksi vieressä huoneisto (voi katsoa alaspäin aivan ulko-oven ulkopuolella) ja toinen lyhyen kävelymatkan päässä. Kaksi tenniskenttää, useita grillausmahdollisuuksia ja piknikpöytiä varjoisalla nurmikolla condon ulkopuolella ovat ihanteellisia kesäkäyttöön.

Auta mielellään tarjoamaan alennushintaisia laitteiden vuokrausta ja ehdotuksia siitä, mitä pitää tehdä kaupungissa, missä syödä, lentokenttäkuljetukset jne.

Lumikukka on ainutlaatuinen Park Cityssä, koska se tarjoaa todella hiihtohiihtolomakkeita yksinäisellä yksityisellä alueella. Tässä kehityksessä ei ole tien tai myöhäisillan katumelua. Kesällä se on kaunis viileä ja varjoisa alueita nauttia, ja nämä muuttuvat turvallinen talvi ihmemaa lapsille talvella.

Great for families

Great location. Took the eagle lift every morning and avoided the crowd at the base and the early morning crowds at Bonanza. Easy walking to restaurants in the village. Short bus ride to town. Didn’t need a car.

Awesome Park City stay

We loved staying at this condo. Couldn’t possibly be a better location for ski in and out access! Hot tub was perfect for after a long day on the slopes too! I highly recommend this property and I would come back in a heartbeat!

Great ski in/ski out location

Fabulous condo with a great location! Truly ski in/ski out and close to restaurants and shops as well. My family of 5 (including 3 teenage boys) was very comfortable with plenty of room for everyone. I would definitely stay here again!

Everything I was Hoping For!

The stay was amazing and we are super happy with location. Thr property manager was friendly and available. The accommodations were clean and we love getting in the Jacuzzi after skiing all day 😀

Accommodations and views were great.

The unit was well stocked and furnished. The location was close to downtown Park City. The balcony looked out on a historic cemetery that had a forest of aspen trees which included a lot of interesting wildlife.

Ski Trip

This location was perfect for a few days of skiing. We had easy access to the mountain and we were close to town. The condo was clean and well maintained. Susie was very help with any questions we had.

Great Condo/Great Location

This unit was perfect for our family of 4. Location was fantastic, especially for ski school drop-off. Unit is well kept and nicely furnished. Beds were very comfortable. Hot tub, ski locker, and parking were all convenient. Owner was extremely responsive to our needs as well.

Great mid-road trip break

Our family stayed here for a few nights to break up our road trip. Had a great time! Quiet location overlooking historical cemetery, condo had everything we needed, enjoyed pool and soaking tub in complex. Easy to take bus downtown. Walked to Park City Mountain for fun at the summer Adventure Park. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

perfect ski in/out

Fantastic trip! Snowflower is in a great location with many amenities. The ski locker room is clean and warm and just steps to the Eagle lift . The condo itself is great, perfect size for four skiing adults. The 2 bedroom/ two bath works great. The condo shared hot tub is very large and very clean, perfect to ease sore muscles. There is covered parking in which large pickups and suv's fit. There also is a great bus network that takes you downtown Park City, or you can walk in 20 min. Buses also go to Canyons. The condo itself has a nice living area with a warm gas fireplace, well stocked kitchen and plenty of extras throughout. Susie is a great host and we will definitely be back.

Truly a Perfect Ski In and Ski Out

We had an awesome time. The condo is well appointed and comfortable for 4 people. The location is perfect and is a true ski in ski out. You just go to the ski locker room, grab your gear, walk about 30 yards and you are on the slopes. Returning, you ski up to the sidewalk and you are back.

Great Location. Cozy.

Perfect location. Very cozy condo. Steps to the hot tub which we sat in every night. Complex is well accommodating. I can’t give 5 stars only for the fact the condo needs a little TLC but only minor things such as a new chair, new pots and pans and a little touch up paint. Susie is a great host and extremely responsive. I definitely recommend this condo.

Super Skiing Location for family

This snug condo is well-provisioned! the kitchen had plenty of the basics and accessories. Was impressed that there was a Crockpot allowed for pre-ski chili prep. The soaking tub was a hit for sore muscles at the end of the day- and the gas fireplace provided the perfect ambiance. The condo is just steps away from the First Time lift. Can’t say enough good things!

Awesome!

Traveled w my two teenage daughters who are very good skiers. Loved the condo. Very clean and comfortable. Great proximity to ski slopes. Right across the way from large hot tub which we used most nights to soak our aching muscles. Susie was so helpful in providing info for groceries, bus service, and just about everything else we needed. Only two slight negatives were that the fireplace didn't work very well and the building does not have capability for high def tv, so watchng the Olympics was not the best. Would most definitely go back! Thanks Susie!

Family ski trip

This place was perfect for our family of 4! The condo had everything we needed. It was clean, and a good size. The door code we had didn't work so I called Susie. She picked up and solved the problem before we hung up. I had another minor issue that she took care of immediately. The location to the slopes was so great! The slopes were just a few steps from the locker room where we had a locker to store our ski gear. Easy access to first time, 3 kings, and eagle lifts. My only issue is that the trip went too fast! Great place for a great price. Can't wait to go back!

The best location!

This location is amazing for a ski in/ski out property. They have a very convenient ski locker room on the first floor and an elevator up to the 2nd floor where the condo is located. Plenty of room in the condo and has everything you’ll need, it’s older but well maintained. My only complaint is not having laundry in the condo and the laundry room (which is very close by) only takes quarters. I’ve stayed in places where the machines take check cards so you don’t have to remember to get coins while you’re out and about. The condo is also located away from the slopes so you won’t hear the grooming machines all throughout the night and early morning, they can be very loud. We will definitely stay here again. Susie was great to communicate with too, and thought of everything you may have questions about.

The location can't be beat

The condo is spacious, Susie is the epitome of professional, responsive & helpful, but the very best thing about the property is its rare slope slide location. Easy walking access to not just one, but five lifts, all clustered together. Invaluable on busy days to beat the crowds and/or when schlepping kids and all their gear in addition to your own! Just a note on Uber/Lyft in case its helpful for trip planning - found them to be way more expensive than expected with long wait times and frequent cancellations. One example: Booked a ride back to the airport with Lyft but each allocated driver always cancelled before reaching us (presumably for a more profitable opportunity). Switched to Uber and experienced the same and after 6 driver no shows and more than an hour of waiting in the freezing cold after checkout, we had one of Susie's recommended transport services rescue us.

Outstanding location. Well furnished, clean, comfortable beds, and equipped kitchen. Covered parking, ski lockers, and a heated pool on property. Susie is most attentive and helpful!

Perfect Park City condo

Wonderful condo right next to a chair lift- covered parking garage was perfect and convenient and it was a 5 minute drive to Main St. Overall a perfect ski in and ski out space for a group in Park City and we had a great experience staying here. FYI- laundry room requires quarters, so bring some or make a point to get some if you plan on using the machines.

Convenient ski stay

We enjoyed our stay! The unit is conveniently located to ski in and ski out. The beds were comfortable, water, pressure and temperature in the showers are also very good. Property manager was very responsive. Uber conveniently picks up/drops off in the garage. We had a wonderful ski vacation.

Summer in Park City

We had an outstanding stay at Susie's Snowflower condo at the base of PCMR! The condo was well-equipped and met all our needs! Susie was very attentive in providing information about the condo and activities to do in the area. There are many things to do in the immediate area. For winter use, this is a ski-in/out property! My name is Susie Townshend and I started my business, Mountainside Treasures, in 2013. It is a small property management company that takes pride in renting well appointed vacation properties in ski towns. I am British born and bred and moved to the east coast US in 2005. I passionately skied for several years with my 4 children, in Jay Peak, Vermont, but after visiting Utah a couple of times, made the move to Park City in 2012. We adore the life here, summer and winter. Utah is a mecca for outdoor enthusiasts and I am delighted to be able to share some of my family's passion with our guests. We would love to give recommendations of favorite places to visit, places to ski, places to bike and hike. We'd love to hear your stories too. As relative newcomers to Park City we are always exploring and constantly enjoying the discovery of new places and things to see and do.

With a family of 4 children, I have learned the hard way that Ski-on Ski-off makes for the best experience. We chose the Snowflower complex in Park City because it has the best value access to the snow and the location is beautiful. We have a spacious, quiet, 2 bedroom condo, with beautiful rural views as well as great summer and winter amenities on site, yet we are also directly on the mountain and within minutes of the buzz of Main Street and grocery stores etc.

The woodland view is stunning, especially in the fall. We love the quiet aspect of the condo, and the Snowflower resort complex in the summer. For winter, the location, right on the slopes says it all!!!
