Kaunis 3-kerroksinen talo valtavalla erällä ... ja kiinteistöllä on kelkkareittejä! Vain muutaman minuutin päässä hiihdosta ja Joulupukin kylästä. Nauti upeista näkymistä rentoutuessasi lasisessa suljetussa sisäuima-porealtaassa päivän jälkeen rinteillä. Tämä upea ominaisuus on kätkeytyneenä Big Bearin ja Lake Arrowheadin väliin, joten molempien maailmojen parhaat puolet voidaan nauttia. Se on vain 7 mailin ajomatkan päässä rinteistä, 3 mailin päässä Sky Park / Joulupukin kylästä, ja vain 6 mailin päässä lumiletkuihin! Tässä talossa on monia 1. luokan mukavuuksia: poreallas, WiFi, pelihuone, jossa on 6-paikkainen räätälöity baari, 4 todellista arcade-peliä (täynnä yli 100 peliä), jalkapallo, lautapelejä, pelaaja-pianoa ja paljon muuta. Runsaasti pysäköintitilaa yli 10 autolle ja toinen ajotie, joka tekee mahtavasta kelkasta!

Tämä hytti nukkuu 16 vuodetta kaikilla uusilla vuodevaatteilla.
Mestari on 3. kerroksessa Cal Kingin kanssa.
Parvella on kaksi erillistä vuodetta.
Keskikerroksessa nukkuu 5 yhdessä huoneessa ja 4 toisessa. Yhdessä on queen-vuode ja 3 erillistä vuodetta. Toisella on yksi kuningatar ja 2 kaksoset. Jokaisessa huoneessa on lisävuode (vuodevaatteet). Tornissa on myös vyöryvuode (vuodepaikkoja 2). Sohvalla on myös täysikokoinen sänky.

Beautiful property!

Stayed at this property and enjoyed every minute there. It had everything we needed for us adults, children and teens. The home was very cozy and had a million dollar view. Landlord was very kind and welcoming! Would definitely recommend!

Great view!

Everything was all good! Sherri made sure that our stay was a success by contacting regularly and left detailed notes at the house. The house was very cozy and even though we were a large group of people, everyone felt comfortable and had an enjoyable time. The bonus room (entertainment and spa) downstairs was a great addition.

No Snow, But A Great Stay! Cozy & Fun Property!

My family and our friends and their kids had a great time at this property! This is a very cozy family vacation home and the host Sherri could not have been any nicer or accommodating than she was, she was great! The kids had a blast, even though they did not have any snow to sled in, but had a blast playing the video games and all the board games that are in the home. The driveway is a little tricky to navigate if you have a large vehicle like myself, but we figured it out and made it a game turning our trucks around. This property really stands out because of all the amenities that they have inside the home in comparison to other rentals, we’ve done. We did not find ourselves having to go to the store to buy toilet paper or paper towels, trash bags or utensils. It was nice because they had everything there. This is the perfect place to get if you have a large group and especially if you have children. A ton of snow came as soon as we left lol, but we had a great time. Thank you Sherri!

One of the most amazing properties!

Stayed here with a large group of friends & family and it was an amazing house with beautiful views! The house itself was clean, and felt very comfortable and homey which we all loved. Beautiful cabin in a nice woodsy area.

We had a great stay at Nob hill cabin. There was plenty of beds, lots to do in the home. Even though we couldn’t go outside much, because it rained the whole time we were there. The outside of the property is gorgeous!

this place has it all, location, views, room to sleep, big yard with snow

the views, amazing. The yard, so big, with a great sled run if there is snow THe location, 15 minutes from snow valley and sky park hot tub and game room .. so much fun all that, and the rooms are set back from everything so you can sleep while other guests are having fun. the owner is very nice and good communication

Beautiful views!

The outside of the house is gorgeous and the view from the patio is one of a kind. My family and I had a restful weekend. Everything was as described and Sherri was very attentive and helpful. It was nice having the hot tub inside so those that didn’t want to get in could still enjoy everyone’s company.

Like staying in a castle

This castle-like, three-level home has amazing views, set amidst the pines, with plenty of comfortable beds, games for the kids, a player piano, and a spa. It looks as though it once had a watery moat around it. Our host was wonderfully kind and attentive. She has little signs about the house to let you know its quirks.

Incredible Stay

I read a hundred amazing reviews of this property before booking, and I can say that every single one of them was accurate. Sherri was a perfect host, she went above and beyond to make the process as easy as possible and ensure that we had everything we needed. The house is incredible, there was so much to do inside and on the property that we hardly wanted to leave during our four day stay, but it's close to so many great hikes and ski and tubing parks that we had to venture out occasionally. Between the cozy rooms, the fireplaces, the arcade, the player piano, the hot tub, the stunning views from the deck...I can't recommend this place enough. I certainly hope to come back some day.

This was our second time staying in this amazing place. We've had such an great time we're coming back in a month. The views are breathtaking and the property is beautiful. The kids and adults alike have so much fun sledding on property that we have no reason to leave. Sherri has always been so sweet and accommodating. Highly recommend!!! This lovely family home just what we were looking for! Great location with a beautiful view to loose your self from the reality of daily living !!!! The house was well stocked with everything you could possibly need. Beds were comfortable: (Bonk beds preferably only for smaller “people”). Excellent communication from the hostess herself: very resourceful! Fun game room and lots of fun activities for the kids. It was even more fun because it snowed while we were there! Easy check in and check out information.

Ron Weasleys house atop a mountain

This house was awesome, there were different levels and nooks and crannies everywhere that reminded us of something out of Harry Potter. There is a huge deck with an amazing view and the game room keeps noises quiet from the rest of the house. Sherri was amazing and you can’t ask for a better host. Buy the insurance if anything for the carpet, it’s everywhere and with the kiddos there are sure to be accidents. Great stay!!

Entertaining for all!

This is the third year in a row we have been to Nob Hill and we just love it. The property is beautiful and in a great area. We love the house and the view is just beautiful. Our only complaint is the oven and how difficult is was to cook/bake anything. It's a good thing they have a BBQ. Other than that it is a wonderful place to stay, the games are great entertainment for the kids and adults. Lots of sleeping room and just an overall great feeling to the house.

A snowy bachelor party

This place rocks. My crowd that I brought to the venue was primarily a group of gamers so we mainly hosted little gaming tournaments while out there. We had originally tried to plan for a hike bu had gotten snowed in by a freak snow storm. However that didn’t mean that we couldn’t have fun in the snow! It was incredible when using the sledding area and making snowmen on their outdoor deck. We also had a fun time in the jacuzzi in which the owner instructed us skillfully. Should i go again? Yes. Just please do your part in keeping the place clean and follow the rules and you’ll have a fantastic time.

This vacation home has been in my family for over 40 years. My Dad loved it for the gorgeous views (you can see Catalina on a clear day!). It has been a labor of love... we planted over 400 trees on the property ourselves! My parents spent decades remodeling this beautiful cabin (some call it a castle :) and landscaping the surrounding property (it looks like a park). It was his dream to keep it in the family for many generations... so we've been renting it out to keep up with the expenses since he passed away. We love sharing this special home with others... and my Dad would have loved it too!

Since I was 4 years old, we traveled to the mountains every year to visit Santa's Village. And every year my Dad would stop at this property on the way and leave his business card at the home "call me if you ever want to sell it" he would say (he loved this property because of the sprawling views)! He was finally able to buy the property when I was 13... and it has been our family's pride & joy ever since! We came up every single weekend to fix up the house & plant trees... and we used to spend every Thanksgiving up here with our families (and many weekends) as we grew up and had families of our own (there are 4 children and now 8 grandchildren).
