Just outside the historic centre of Conil de la Frontera, a short walk from the beach, the beautiful home Chalet Rubio Cabeza offers both a fantastic pool area with utmost privacy and a quiet yet convenient location to explore the nearby beaches. The holiday home integrates rustic architectural details with modern design and consists of a spacious, open-plan living/dining room with a cosy fireplace and an integrated, well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 4 bedrooms (3 with 2 single beds each and one with a double bed) as well as 2 bathrooms with beautiful tiling. The property can therefore accommodate 8 people. Please note that 2 extra guests can be accomodated in single beds (a total of 10 people) but this must be discussed with the homeowner in advance.
The child-friendly holiday home furthermore includes Wi-Fi, a washing machine and a television. The absolute highlight of the home, however, is the extensive pool area. Here you will find plenty of loungers to bask in the Spanish sun and read a good book before refreshing yourself in the crisp, turquoise water of the pool, which is also fenced to ensure child safety. You will also find an outdoor shower to rinse off from a long day at the beach. In the colorful evenings, prepare some culinary specialities with your loved ones at the patio’s barbecue and enjoy them at the roofed, outdoor dining area. The closest supermarket is a 800 m away while the centre of Conil de la Frontera, with its many shops, restaurants, cafes and bars, is less than a 5-minute drive from your front door. After about a 15-minute walk, you will find a selection of stunning beaches along the sandy coast, including Playa Fuente del Gallo, Mirador Playa Conil and Playa de Roque.
