This large and elegant accommodation of 150 square meters can accommodate up to 5 people and it is fully air conditioned.
It is a house with a private entrance, with a furnished garden, panoramic terrace and views of the Lungarno and the tower of Palazzo Vecchio. On two floors, access was via a short flight of stairs (7 steps). On the ground floor there are 2 double rooms, 2 bathrooms with shower, a large living room with TV, radio-CD player and a studio. On the first floor there is a dining room with access to the beautiful terrace overlooking the garden, the Arno river and a wonderful view over the monuments of Florence, a fully equipped kitchen (fridge-freezer, oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, blender), a nice studio with a single sofa bed, a bathroom with shower.

Not to be missed nearby, the Brunelleschi-designed Basilica of Santo Spirito and the Church of Santa Maria del Carmine, known for its famous Brancacci Chapel, which houses Masaccio's frescoes. With a 15-20 min walk you can reach Piazzale Michelangelo (1.3 km away), from which you can enjoy a magnificent, breathtaking view over Florence.
