It is situated amid the characteristic and impressive landscape of the Maremma Toscana in the town of Castiglione della Pescaia. You can reach the beach of Bivio delle Rocchette, only approximately 1 km away. This beach offers both gravel and sand, and can vie with the beauty of the Costa Smerelda thanks to its crystal clear sea.

Enjoy your holiday with good food and local wine in family-like surroundings, without compromising on refined comfort.



This apartment offers about 45 sqm of living space on the ground floor and therefore also direct access to the garden on both sides. The apartment is separated from the rest of the building by a roofed passageway and constitutes a small separate accommodation unit, which is ideal for families.

Rustic features such as earthenware ceilings, terracotta floors and sloping ceiling beams characterise this holiday apartment. It offers its guests a fully equipped kitchen with electric stove, plus a large dining and lounge area with colour TV, and two bedrooms. In the bedrooms, you will find choice details, such as the head section of an antique bed and bedside tables in French style. This apartment also has a spacious bathroom with shower and toilet. An arch of brick and wooden beams creates a warmth that is characteristic of this part of Tuscany and the large French windows provide a pleasant cool breeze, even in summer.
