Parties or events are not allowed and the homeowners ask that no loud music is played after 10pm.
External guests are not allowed on the property. Otherwise the security deposit will be withheld.
The barbecue works with gas bottles which are not provided by the homeowner. If there's some gas, you can use it, but if it runs out, you must buy a new bottle at the nearby gas station.
