** Meillä on 11 loma-asuntoa koko Chelan -järven alueella; Jos et löydä etsimääsi päivämääriä, tarkista muut VRBO-ilmoituksemme muista käytettävissä olevista vaihtoehdoista. **

Tämä suuri, budjetti tietoinen perhekoti on aivan Riverwalk-puiston vieressä, joen vieressä, josta on helppo pääsy järvelle, Riverwalk Loop -polkua pitkin ja täydellinen hyppäämispaikka kaikenlaiseen toimintaan Chelanin laaksossa. Nukkuu jopa 14 aikuista (tai enintään 20 henkilöä, mukaan lukien lapset), 7 makuuhuonetta ja 4 kylpyhuonetta noin 3000 neliöjalkaa.

Päärakennuksessa on 5 makuuhuonetta ja 3 kylpyhuonetta yhdessä kerroksessa. Keittiö uudistettiin vuonna 2014 uusilla laitteilla, kaappeilla ja graniittisineillä. Olohuoneessa on iso taulutelevisio ja elokuvakirjasto, mukavat huonekalut ja ruokasalissa runsaasti tilaa. Makuuhuoneessa on suuri, parisänky ja parivuode, isossa kylpyhuoneessa, jossa on suihku. Talon tässä siivessä on kaksi muuta huonetta, joissa queen-vuoteet ja täysi kylpyhuone kylpyammeella / suihkulla. Keittiössä on toinen siipi, jossa on kaksi huonetta (toisessa on kuningatar ja parivuode, toisessa kuningatar ja täysi sänky), sekä täysi kylpyhuone kylpyammeella / suihkulla. Pesula-alueella on ylimääräinen kapasiteetti etulaskurilla / kuivausrummulla.

Pienempi mökkiyksikkö on 2 makuuhuoneen, 1 kylpyhuoneen kanssa oma sisäänkäynti, keittiö, oleskelu- ja ruokailutilat. Se sisältää makuuhuoneen, jossa queen-vuode, toisen makuuhuoneen, jossa kuningatar ja kaksi erillistä vuodetta, kuningatar murphy-sänky olohuoneessa, ja täydellisen kylpyhuoneen, jossa kylpyamme / suihku. Tässä yksikössä on myös pieni pesukone / kuivausrumpu.

Nauti nurmettuneesta, aidatusta pihasta perheellesi ja lemmikkisi, sähkö- ja puuhiili-BBQ-grillit sekä poreallas nauttimiseen nauttimiseksi päivän jälkeen järvellä. Tämä koti on lemmikkieläinystävällinen hyvin käyttäytyville lemmikkeille, jotka hyväksytään etukäteen 50 dollarilla / lemmikkieläinmaksu. This is a spacious property for a large group. We all were comfortable, using all five bedrooms and 7 of the 8 beds. Having 3 bathrooms also was a huge plus. Very convenient location close to shops and restaurants. It’s not the Ritz but perfectly suited our needs.

Great house!

We go on a friends vacation every year and usually stay in a cabin in Leavenworth but we seen this house and so glad we ended up staying here! The house was very clean and in a great location, hot tub worked great! Very spacious and the beds were very comfortable as well. We had a great time and we’re very impressed by this property. The host were great at responding fast! Thank you for the stay and we are definitely looking forward to booking this house again soon!

Great location!

Comfortable accommodations and lots of room for the entire family. One great benefit was the location. We could walk anywhere we wanted to in town. It was wonderful being able to take our pets on vacation with us. It would be an easy decision to stay another time.

Awesome location!

We decided to have our annual family vacation in Chelan. The yard was large enough for the kids and dogs. Plenty of room for everyone and a very convenient location within walking distance to the lake, downtown and grocery store.

So much space and right in town!

We loved staying here! There was so much space and a quick walk to down town so we didn’t have to drive much! The only thing that could have been nice to know was there was another group staying in the other part of the house. We were woken up to them a couple times thinking someone else was in our part of the house before realizing there was a whole other group staying so close Over all great stay tho would totally recommend to anyone with a big group!

Perfect fit for our group

We were a group of 7 adult women. Number of bedrooms, beds and bathrooms worked very well. Loved that it was less than a five minute walk to town and the River Walk. Morning coffee from Vogue was I hand very easily. Enjoyed two awesome dinners at the Landing Bar & Grill.

This place was amazing. Fully stocked with all the appropriate kitchen items and plenty of them. Beds were super comfortable layout was perfect for both adults and children. great for family reunion

this house is what it says it is. we had 9 adults and 7 kids. and 2 dogs. The fenced yard was a must! we loved the recliner lawn chairs and the mountain view. and the well stocked kitchen and grill made it easy to feed the group. There was plenty to do and the weather was great.

Always Great!

This is the 4th or 5th time my friends and I have stayed at this property for Winterfest. The house is always sparkling clean and the management responsive. (The dining room lightbulb was burned out and the management had it replaced within an hour--and it was Friday after 5:00pm.) This is the perfect place for a large group that wants to enjoy Lake Chelan shopping, wine tasting, hiking and/or lake activities.

Family Thanksgiving

This comfortable home was centrally located for our PNW family to get together for the holiday. It was comfortable and spacious. It is obviously set up well for large family gatherings (there were 8 of us). We didn't explore the area much but hung out at the house. The large yard was great for the family's two dogs and a pile of leaves was a particular enjoyment for the grandkids. Even though we didn't go out exploring the area, we are familiar with Chelan and have enjoyed its many features in the past. (Boat rides up the lake are a favorite.) One thing about the house to be prepared for is that it is a solid concrete block construction. Given the late November timing of our visit, the outside walls of the bedrooms were chilly. Fortunately, the owners provide simple to use and effective room heaters that easily take off the chill. There was one issue that needed addressing. We arrived to find the kitchen outlets not working. Talk about a Thanksgiving panic! We contacted the management company and they had a crew out in a timely manner and they fixed the problem right away. They were a friendly and competent couple of guys! Communication was great as the company checked in with us to make sure the job had gotten done. All in all, we had a great time reconnecting as a family in a setting that was beautiful (snowy mountaintop view from the dining room) and a home that was comfortable. We would certainly recommend it for family gatherings!

Rental property needs some love

We did enjoy our stay but there were glitches. We were there to check in at 4 and the cleaning crew wasn't quite ready. Actually she was still cleaning the back apartment. Our front unit was ready but we couldn't access till she was done. When we got into the house everyone took a bedroom and we settled in for our stay. Early evening I went into my chosen bedroom to turn down the bed and found that I had no bottom sheet, just the mattress pad which had a blood stain that hadn't been there very long as it hadn't turned darker red. I looked up my rental agreement and found a phone number to call for problems that needed immediate attention. The lady that answered was most apologetic and assured me that she would be there shortly with clean lines. To her credit she was there very quickly and remade the bed. We got settled and took a walk, coming back we started our meal for the evening. The kitchen was clean and ready to use. However the next morning when the coffee drinkers got their cups out the first 2 had serious chips on the rims. Fortunately, the chips were caught before using them so no one suffered cut lips. We set them aside but have no way of knowing if they have been removed from the premises. We also had only 2 dish towels and one dishcloth. That is pretty short for a group of 7 people. There was a notebook which should have had instructions of "how to" things such as running the TV, TV channels, how to lock the door, who to call for issues while there, etc. For the sheet problem I just happened to have that still in my phone and was able to get the necessary action. If this had been booked by someone not in attendance they would not have been able to solve the situation. Nothing available to look at. The toilet in the house middle bathroom wouldn't flush properly, even with nothing to flush down. The curtain in the front patio window has the curtain hung backwards with the tags showing to everyone. We don't know if Chelan has watering restrictions, we did observe as we walked each day that other homes had green lawns so don't think that was the issue. However, the lawn is drying up and the trees and shrubs around the fence are shriveled, turning yellow and dropping off. If this no water continues the property will be greatly diminished in appeal for those searching a place to rent. We enjoyed the location as it was convenient for us that liked to walk each day. Everything we wanted to utilize was close by for us to walk to.
