The new building completed in 2017 boasts comfortable furnishing in a modern style, with cosiness exuded by the light varnished wooden panels that adorn the rooms and the exposed supporting beams. Furthermore, pleasant daylight streams through the large window front into the interior. The house provides 70m² of living space on a ground floor and an upper floor with a gallery. The lower level has a bedroom with a double bed (180 x 200cm) with two comfortable mattresses, two bedside tables and lamps and a three-door wardrobe. The day can get off to a good start in the spacious bathroom opposite with a wellness shower and massage jets, an illuminated mirror, a washbasin, WC and window. The centrepiece of the house is the open living and dining room with a kitchen space, with integrated stairs to the upper floor. You can relax here on a two-seater sofa and an armchair after a day trip. Alternatively, there is the generous suite on the semi-open gallery, with a view of greenery and a row of trees. A TV provides entertainment in the evening. The dining table with four comfortable rotating chairs invites you to enjoy meals next to the fireplace stove. The open kitchen behind it allows convenient and comprehensive self-catering with an induction hob and extractor fan, a raised oven, a fridge and freezer, a dishwasher, many cooking utensils and the usual small electrical appliances. On the upper floor there is also the second bedroom with two single beds (90 x 200cm). The whole interior is fitted with central heating and there is a washing machine with ironing equipment.

This is an attractive new building in the harbour village Zerpenschleuse, to the north of Berlin, not far from the lake Werbellinsee, which is very close to the Schorfheide nature reserve, right by the sports boat harbour. The site borders the Oder-Havel Canal, so you can spend a relaxing holiday surrounded by extensive meadows, with day trips to many recreational areas in the region.

Nearby you can find a restaurant by the canal, cafes and boutiques in the village Zerpenschleuse awaiting your visit within about a kilometres. The lake Bernsteinsee in Ruhlsdorf (ca. 6km) invites you to go swimming. The wonderful sandy beach ensures waterside fun. A bit more action is promised by the waterskiing facilities, where you can go wakeboarding and waterskiing, with courses on offer. As a change from water sports, there is the Prenden golf course just 15 minutes away by car. Apart from active leisure, there is the nearby town Wandlitz (13km) with its cultural attractions, a popular destination. Berlin is just 50km away, a good hour by public transport.

The terrace in front of the house has garden furniture and a garden shed. You can use the grill for meals outdoors. There is a boat mooring right by the house, which you can use on request. Owing to the location right by the sports boat harbour, you always look out towards the water and the canal and Zerpenschleuse are right on the doorstep.
