This apartment is single because it is located behind the main house of the property. The apartment consists of a living / dining room with a well-equipped kitchen, a bedroom with a double bed, a children's room with bunk beds and a bathroom with shower, toilet, bidet and sink. From the living area you have direct access to the terrace of this apartment.

Behind the house is a fantastic pool area with a 32 m² and 1.6 m deep swimming pool, which can use all the guests of the apartments. Right next to the swimmingpool there is a sauna, some sports equipment and a bar.
The apartment has a private parking space.

A footpath leads from the house to the town center and the nearest beach called Kastel. Although the house is in a quieter location, the town center with restaurants, cafes, shops, excursion boats and many other leisure activities are only a few minutes' walk away.
