Just a short drive takes you to the tranquil Norheimsund on the Hardangerfjord with restaurants, stores and not least the ship protection center and the spectacular Steindalsfossen. Day trips along the Hardangerfjord are also possible. Other attractions you can visit during your stay include Fyksesund, the Folgefonna summer ski center, Trolltunga and the barony of Rosendal. It is only about an hour's drive to Bergen. Ski in - ski out from the Furudalen Alpine Center.

Note: If there is snow, it is not possible to drive to the house by car. You will have to ski or walk the last 900 m. Please note that the owner has 2 parking spaces available in winter. The other cars must be parked outside the barrier.
