Beachfront Home, jossa on uima-allas Backyardsissa Sunset Beachin lähellä, North Shore, Oahu

Sijaitsee yksityisessä omistuksessa olevalla tiellä, jossa pääsee sisään ja ulos vain yhdellä tavalla, mikä tarjoaa yksityisyyttä ja yksinoikeutta.

On yli 6000 neliömetriä tilavaa oleskelutilaa, jossa on 5 makuuhuonetta, 5-1 / 2 kylpyhuonetta. Kaikissa 5 makuuhuoneessa on näkymä merelle. Master Bath on täysi suihku ja oversize jaquzzi kylpyamme. Kolme makuuhuonetta on kalustettu king-size-vuoteilla, 1 alakerrassa, 2 yläkerrassa. Kahdessa toisessa makuuhuoneessa on queen-size-vuoteet, molemmat alakerrassa. Yläkerran TV-huoneessa on queen-size-vuodesohva. Yläkerran makuuhuoneessa on king- ja täysi futon-sohva. Aaltojen musiikin avulla voit nukkua nukkumaan.

Kolme erillistä oleskelutilaa mahdollistavat asiakkaiden keräämisen erillisiin huoneisiin tai nauttia rauhallisesta ajasta yksin. Tärkein olohuone on upea panoraamanäkymä merelle. Yläkerran TV-alue kaukana tärkeimmistä oleskelutiloista. Tärkein oleskelutila on myös 60 tuuman litteä näyttö. Täydellisen baarin vieressä oleva biljardipöytä tarjoaa toisen alueen miellyttävälle pelille ja seurusteluun. Et koskaan tunne tungosta tässä kotona.

Avokeittiö, jossa on täysi laskuri, on ilmava ja mukava. Lanain ympärillä oleva kohonnut kääri tarjoaa upeat näkymät Backyardsilta Velzylandille, joka jättää sinut hengittämättä. Maanpinnan tasolla voit nauttia rannan uima-altaasta (lämmittämätön). Rannalta on suuri nurmialue, jossa lapset voivat juosta vapaasti. Kiinteistön vieressä ja muutaman askeleen päässä uima-altaasta löytyy uncrowded valkoinen hiekkaranta. Aamulla voit nauttia virkistävästä surffauksesta ja rentoutua uima-altaan äärellä iltapäivällä. Fantastic Stay

The North Shore of Oahu is a mystical place and this home will not disappoint. You are steps from the beach and legendary surfing. We surfed V-Land and listened to the waves all day and all night. The owner and our host were extremely friendly and very accommodating for our stay. Only regret is that we could not stay longer. We will absolutely be back! Thank you so much!

Beautiful home

The house is beautiful, the location is great, wonderful view. There were several things in the house needs. Dishwashers need to be replaced, outside furniture could use the updates, very old and yucky. Overall the house was great and communication was very good, however the house needs some TLC thoughout the whole house. The cost would have been More justifiable if house had the TLC that is necessary. The stay was still very enjoyable plenty of room so that family wasn’t butting heads. Thank you very much!!

Wonderful property in a great location on Oahu

Location, space, activities - this place has it all. First, location: the north shore is far from the crowded beaches of Honolulu, but this property is still close to amazing beaches (with snorkeling and surfing depending on your preference), good food (e.g. Pupukea grill, Fumi's, + walking distance to Ted's bakery and a short drive for groceries), and the property, itself, is in a quiet neighborhood where we saw few others on the beach. Second, space: the house was more than big enough for the 8 of us that stayed there, and we even cooked / served dinner for 18 one night with friends and family. The pool is big enough to swim laps in, and there's plenty of parking - heck, it even has a huge fridge/freezer and two dishwashers. Third, activities: I already mentioned the pool, but the hot tube is nice, too :). And the beach has it all - it's sandy right in front of the house (good for swimming / playing), but a few yards to the left has awesome coral full of fish and sea turtles that we snorkeled with. Further down the beach, there's great surfing, and the views were amazing.

Lots of room; poorly appointed

This house is huge. In addition to 5 bedrooms and 5.5 baths, there is a huge kitchen//great room as well as two additional common areas in which to play or watch TV. There are plenty of linens and two washers and dryers. It is right on the beach with fabulous views. We were there in September; it was very hot and humid despite lots of ceiling fans. No A/C. The outdoor space is limited. There are 4 bar chairs and two tables as well as two couches outside. There are no lounge chairs and the outdoor dining table has no shade so is pretty much unusable. Betty, the property manager, is a good communicator,responsible and personable. The house is very poorly appointed. There are so few glasses that you cannot serve your guests more than one round of water or a drink without washing the glasses. There is one giant pitcher, nothing medium sized and nothing small for heating milk for coffee. Only dinner and salad plates and cereal bowls. If you want to mix up some wasabi and soy sauce, you have to do it in a cereal bow. The rice cooker doesn't work. We had to purchase salt and pepper. It is a shame that the owners/managers do not spend $500 (a pittance compared to the rent) to outfit this house as it should be so the guests will be comfortable.

We had an amazing stay. Perfect for family reunion with 10 of us in the house. The home was ideally located with a great beach and near a lot of shops and food trucks (very good food!).Definitely needed the AC in the bedrooms most days. The owner needs to finish the work on the kitchen (stove top burner didn't work) and fix the lack of air flow in the home (fans did not go at a high speed - more for decoration than function). We also had a lot of ant issues even after spraying but we made it work. With a few updates, it would be even better!

Wonderful family vacation spot!

This home had absolutely everything we needed for a perfect stay on the North Shore. Stunning views, plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms, comfy and plentiful inside and outside seating and a huge pool and hot tub- which we used every day. Mealtimes were a breeze with a fully stocked kitchen with two sinks, two dishwashers, two ovens, lots of counter space with chairs, and a huge table for everyone to sit. Chris,the caretaker, was an absolute pleasure to work with, even staying up late to greet us when our flights brought us in more than 6 hours late. We often took walks to Ted's Bakery, a popular local spot for breakfast. The laundry room got a workout with little ones in tow-very handy. Very safe location. And while its an impressive place, also very comfortable. PS My wife wrote this and I agree. :-)

Anniversary Trip

We celebrated our 40th Anniversary with our family here. The house was great for our family of 12. They had everything we needed in the kitchen including crock pots and an air fryer. We enjoyed the beach, pool and the spacious house. We saw several turtles on the beach and enjoyed the sunrises and sunsets!

Living in Paradise!

Such a fantastic house and the location is amazing! You are literally right on the beach and the pool is fantastic. You can watch surfers from the property. And the sunrises and sunsets from the house are fantastic. We had 11 family members and there was plenty of room for everyone. Two quick things to note is that the Caretaker, Chris, does live on sight. It is a basement apartment. He will get you checked in and give you a tour and then really unless you have an issue or a question you really don't see him much. However if you do get a chance to talk to him he's a super cool guy! The only other thing you should know is the house does not have air conditioning. We thought this was going to be an issue when we first got there as the house had been closed up but once we opened all of the windows and doors it was perfect and never bothered us once.

family vacation rendezvous

This house was the perfect spot for our family to gather for our getaway. We live in three different locations on the mainland and I love the ocean so Hawaii was the obvious choice for us. With three children under the age of five we wanted our own pool and to be close to the ocean/beach and with this place, we were! The house is like a grand lady - she has seen better days but has been cared for and there was nothing missing that we couldn't live without. We enjoyed grilling on the lanai, walking on the beach at all hours, ocean sunsets, and even saw a seal on the beach and several turtles in the ocean! It was an unforgettable time and we made many memories!

Paradise Vacation (walk to Sunset and Freddy's )

Large house with pool on beautiful beach. Great for a group like we had. Yes some construction going on , primarily by caretaker who lives in basement. (He is friendly and keeps to himself.) Decor is very 80s, but clean, easy, and spacious. This rental is perfectly located, great surfing out front as well as the best snorkelling reef right there, (even in March!)

Great place for family

We stayed 10 days and everyday we grew more and more in love with the house. Getting to the beach was a little difficult for me (76 y/o) but I made it with assistance. Be prepared to climb stairs into house and down to pool/beach. Caretaker was friendly and helpful.

Beautiful location and great space for our large party!

They were doing construction in the backyard which would have been nice to have been informed about prior to coming but, it didn’t get in our way while staying there. We enjoyed the easy access to beach and the common areas were great for us to gather to cook, eat, and play pool. We had a wonderful family reunion here.

Beautiful spot

House was beautiful and spacious enough for my family. The only problem was the bed in the big bedroom- a piece of foam on top of a box spring is not a “special memory foam” though that’s what I was told when I asked for a mattress. It was terribly uncomfortable and I ended up sleeping on the floor most of the time. I think the amount of money I paid would justify having a decent bed to sleep on. Otherwise the house was great. My kids and grandkids all had a wonderful trip. Mahalo!

House was set on a perfect beach, close to everything. The pool and jacuzzi was a perfect place to gather after the beach. House is big and we especially loved the grand room where we gathered often. We will be back, thanks!

Staying on North Shore was a huge difference than staying in Waikiki, highly recommend it but this house with the pool and on an empty beach was the icing. Very helpful caretaker, all the amenities you need (except an iron) and the location was breathtaking. Can’t wait to book it again next year!

Best family vacation ever!!

We came to the North Shore with my Wife, 2 sons, wife’s Dad, my brother his wife and his son and daughter, and our dear friends and his son and girlfriend. The house is amazing! I recommend having them grocery shop for you as it’s so nice to be all stocked upon arrival. We all had the best trip of our lives! Beautiful beach! Manager takes great care of you. So many activities to do! Truly Paradise!

Amazing

What an amazing place! You really can’t ask for much better. We didn’t want to leave. The place was huge, plenty of room for the 10 of us. Amazing views and a spectacular beach that is practically your own. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a quiet spot to enjoy paradise. Property has a caretaker on site that keeps to himself, but was there for us when we needed him. Excellent spot for a family vacation, look forward to getting back for another stay.

location and neighbours first class

House in General is in Good condition ,could have uses a few more coffee mugs, dish towels, tea pot ,paper towels BIG PROBLEM FOR OUR FAMILY WAS THE MASTER BEDROOM BED ON A RAISED PLYNTH< MY WIFE GOT UP AT 4 AM AND FORGOT THE PLYNTH WAS THERE FELL HITTING HER HEAD< HER HIP < HER KNEE VERY BADLY BRUISED, but that was our fault so do not blame the house plynth stubid as it is was there,Betty, is wonderfull ,easy access to Ted Bakery which is the best,
