City of Grove VRH lupa 15-202. Juuri päivitetty, kodikas ja ystävällinen 5 makuuhuoneen 4. 5 kylpyhuone Lakefront kotiin. Tämä kaunis koti on suuri erä, pysäköintialue 5-6 autoa. Täydellinen iso piha perheen pelejä lentopalloa ja sulkapalloa loiva veteen. Koripallo vanne ja ulkona pingispöytä sisältyvät vieraiden käyttöön. Massiivinen kannen ulkopuolella keittiö piknikpöytien ja erillinen oleskelualue upea järvinäköala. On grilli saatavilla alakerran patiolla. Vastapäätä alakerran patio on karistanut tallentaa kaikki vesilelut ja pyydyksiä. Helppo pääsy valaistu venelaituri kala puhdistusasema ja yksi lipsahdus kaikkien saatavilla vuokralaiset, toinen ramppi saatavilla ennen järjestelyjä. Uida telakka kanssa tikkaat ja listat sitoa pois ylimääräinen veneen tai jet ski.
Kuva itse jotka tulevat laaja kannella läpi kaksinkertainen lasi ovet isoon olohuone holvikatot ja suuret ikkunat ympäri. On runsaasti istuma sinulle ja perheen tai ystävien nauttia elokuvan yö Smart TV (DVD-kirjasto käytettävissä) tai vain satunnainen ilta takan edessä. Ruokailutila helposti mahtuu 12, kanssa lisäistuimia aamiainen nurkka. Ihana keittiö graniittiset ja kaikki tarvittavat mukavuudet, kuten astiat ja keittiövälineet. Ruokakomero alue tarjoaa lisää elintarvikkeiden varastointi. Kätevä puoli kylpy sijaitsee pois yläkerran käytävällä. Lisäksi siellä on kutsuva makuuhuone king-vuode ja suuri 3/4 kylpyamme ja oma terassi. Lisäksi makuuhuoneessa on viihtyisä sviitti edellä autotalli vain koko katettu Breezeway. On queen ja twin size sohva sekä kylpyhuone. Se on täydellinen tilaa joku, joka etsii vähän hiljaista aikaa.
Suunnata alakertaan toiseen perhehuone tv viihde-alueella ja biljardipöytä. Alakerrassa 3 makuuhuonetta, joista jokaisella on oma ainutlaatuinen sisustus. Sekä 2 kylpyhuonetta. Pois perhehuoneessa on suuri pesutupa upouudet, monitoiminen pesukone ja kuivaaja, ja lisäksi jääkaappi.
Kotimme on 5-10 minuutin päässä Super Wal-Mart ja kaikki muut mukavuudet tarjotaan Grove. Sisältää Sports Center on Main Street, useita ravintoloita, viinakaupat, huoltoasemat, venesatamat, ja ruokakaupat. Se on todella ihanteellinen sijainti sekä veden ja autolla.

Excellent property that meets our vacation needs! Boat launch about 125 ft from the private dock. Kids had a blast fishing from dock and caught many(albeit small) fish. Nearby grocery store has all you need and the house is more than adequate for our large family. We will be back!

Our general impression was that logistically the property is placed about as well as it can be & close, just minuets to just about anywhere. My GPS sent me some odd ways but I quickly found the short cuts. The property was clean, well maintained, the kitchen we had everything we needed. We had 3 preparing food at the same time and while a bit cozy it was workable. The setting was heavily wooded & every morning I saw a mother and two fawns. The spaces were near perfect, you have smaller more intimate areas, larger areas for playing games & the upper deck was a great group gathering place. There is a small ramp suitable for a fishing boat or V up to maybe 20 feet or so. I was just over 50' boat, truck and trailer so preferred a larger ramp as the approach is tight and I am conservative. The dock is roughly 9.5' wide & about 24' long. We did stick out a little but it was a good fit. Much longer or taller and it would not fit. It has a hard top & is good protection for your boat both from weather and UV. There was a great fish cleaning station. There is a concrete slab on site and it would take a standard width truck and trailer to about 45' overall and still be off the street. The walk to the house from the dock is up a modest incline, better than most others in the area. This property works well as a get a way home & is bigger than it looks in the photo's. While there are stairs, they are solid, has good handrails. We had a great time! Highly Recommend it! Ken

Annual Lake trip 2024

Great home to rent! Close to the water and boat ramp. Lots of room for all renters. This is our 2nd time to rent, and we will rent again. You won't be disappointed.

Grove Grand Lake Great time

Property was perfect. 5 clean comfortable bedrooms. PLENTY of room for 10 of us. Great outdoor space and decks were perfect. Boat ramp and boat slip right there. So convenient. Great communication with Tracy. EVERYTHING was as advertised. Beautiful area. Close to town. We will be staying there again as we come to Grand lake annually!!

Lakeside Getaway

Great place for family gathering. All the kitchen ware really made preparing thanksgiving meals for the entire family easy. Very well stocked. Lots of parking. Nice dock to sit and relax (too cold to boat). Plenty of room for the whole family. Separate living rooms let kids play and adults hear themselves.

Excellent house and location

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Very nice house, plenty of room and great amenities. Grocery and bait shops close by. Boat ramp adjacent the property and a very nice dock. We shall return !

2023 Family Vacation

We had another great stay! The whole family loved swimming and fishing on the dock and then movies and dinner in the evenings. The host was great to work with and answered our emails within minutes which we were so appreciative of! The house was clean and stocked with everything we needed and forgot, will definitely be booking again!

Spacious comfortable home!

We stayed here while attending a nearby family reunion. It was spacious and comfortable. It is very well equipped with everything one could want for cooking, even two crockpots! Our favorite spot was the upstairs deck! We hung out there on the deck most of the time visiting with family. One should know, though, that you can’t avoid stairs here. The kitchen & living room is upstairs.

Great house!!

This house was great for our family vacation! We had more than enough room for our family of 14. The dock was perfect for the kids of all ages for swimming and fishing. The owners were great to work with and very accommodating, will definitely be staying again!

Family Lake Trip

This place was awesome. There was plenty of room and the house was stocked with everything we could possibly need. We really enjoyed having access to the boat dock to keep our boat. The location is excellent, close to town but also located in a small cove that was quiet.

Great stay for a family lake weekend!

My family and I had a great time at this rental! There were nine of us total (adult siblings and spouses along with our mom :)) and there was a TON of room for all of us. The kitchen had literally everything we needed for meals. The lake and dock area were great for swimming. We will definitely be returning!

Family Getaway

Fantastic lakeside home for the family!

The house was just perfect for our long family weekend. There were 11 of us and we had plenty of room to spread out and the large dining room table was great so we could all eat together. Very nice deck area with plenty of seating. Our only suggestion to make this better was a little more lighting on the deck for cards and games. Very well stocked! We would stay again!

Great accommodation!

Property is well maintained and stocked with everything needed to cook meals and sleep comfortably. Have stayed in many other properties and this is a top 2 for me. They had plenty of pots and pans, new appliances that were in good working condition and entertainment (pool table, lake access/dock, and satellite tv). Everything was clean and well maintained, and can comfortably accommodate 5 couples at a minimum. ONLY drawback was I had some work to do while away and the internet speed could use an upgrade. I was really the only one who relied on it for work, but had I not had to do it, would’ve been a flawless accommodation. Most people don’t go to the lake to do work, so I don’t feel it should damage the review. If FAST internet is a MUST, I would reach out to ownership if it’s been upgraded, current speeds are adequate for most light internet browsing and downloading, streaming services can buffer at higher resolutions.

Great Family Getaway for All Ages

Our family ages ranging from 2 months to 54 years old all enjoyed our stay. The house was large and spacious enough for all 12 people (6 adults and 6 children). Most of our time was spent outside enjoying fishing, swimming and boating. The kitchen was well stocked and the deck was absolutely amazing. It is also very conveniently located to the store and other activities like golf, etc. I would recommend this place to anyone who enjoys the lake and lake activities. We all agree we want to go back.

This is a family owned vacation home that we purchased because our family has been vacationing at Grand Lake for over 60 years. We have a strong family history and connection with this area and have created many fond memories here. This home felt like the perfect fit for our family as soon as we entered and we're hoping it will provide other families with the opportunity to create memories as wonderful as ours.
