The 220m² vacation home Cas Motatxet is located in the town of Sencelles in central Majorca, one of Spain's sunny Balearic Islands. The home consists of a living room with a fireplace, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 3 bedrooms as well as 3 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 6 people. Golf enthusiasts will enjoy the scenic Golf Park Mallorca Puntiro just 12 minutes (11 km) by car from the home. The Sincelles area currently has 67 cycling routes that wind through the stunning coastal and mountain landscape. Palma de Mallorca Airport is a 24 minute (25 km) drive from the home.
Parking spaces are available on the property. Pets are allowed upon request for a fee. The property is suitable for families, quiet groups, and events are not permitted. The home has wide doors.
