The house has everything you could need, it’s in a beautiful and safe location, and you are literally steps away from the seashell filled beach (even saw a dolphin from our balcony one morning). The house is located near many major cities so almost any attraction you want to visit is within driving distance. Could not have been happier with our trip.

Great property, well equipped, clean, neat, well appointed. Could use more bath towels, etc. Tons of beach towels there. Had an issue with the twin beds......very frail. Mattress toppers useful, but kind of lumpy, but otherwise, very comfortable.

Great location!

Great house. Great location. Plenty of room for our group which was 2 families of 4. Definitely needs some updating… internet was terrible, mattresses and linens are old, tvs don’t work so we used computers, very poorly stocked, especially for the price tag. we had to go to store for all toiletries, dish and laundry soaps and trash bags which was too much quantity for our short stay so it was wasteful. I would stay again as long as I didn’t need to get any work done and I would pack differently.

Lovely Stay

My 5 friends and I had a lovely stay. We did have a problem with the two twin beds. They had crinkly waterproof mattress protectors. I believe you can buy protectors that don’t make noise every time you roll over. Also, despite our wonderful property manager, Crystal’s, attentive help and the installation of ROKU, the televisions had very poor reception and we were only able to watch one movie together. The rooms were roomy and very pretty and the kitchen had (almost) everything we needed.

We have celebrated our friendship by spending time at the beach together for 30 years and this trip was pure bliss. The views were amazing (including the morning sunrise from the balcony) and we loved access to the two pools nearby. The Publix was nearby, and we cooked nearly every meal in the well appointed kitchen. We had four adults and 5 teenagers, and everyone had their space to relax and enjoy our time together. We loved Marineland and spending time in St. Augustine. We look forward to coming back!

Perfect vacation spot

Loved our stay at this beautiful home! It has almost everything you need and a Publix is only 2 miles away. It was nice having an elevator for luggage and groceries. The home is very comfortable and the views are amazing. The only fault is the internet is not strong, could use a mesh system. I rarely had internet in the master bedroom and it was sketchy elsewhere. It did hinder me from working remotely on my laptop which isn't necessarily too bad since I was on vacation. Highly recommend this home and community, we will be back next year. Sidenote: bring/buy shampoo/conditioner - none was provided for us, only small bars of soap.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house is situated with perfect sunrise views, easy access to the beach and pools, and plenty of space for larger families/groups. The main level provides great space for cooking, eating and lounging with amazing views and sounds of the ocean. The upper floor has 2 great bedrooms with privates baths. The bottom level has a great additional lounge area and bedroom. So nice to have bikes and beach gear provided. Make sure you bring all your toiletries (including hand soap) for the 4 bathrooms or you will have to buy nearby. We will definitely be back to this spot! Oh and watch for dolphins, armadillos and other wildlife from the deck!

The spacious home gave our 4 families with young children plenty of room to spread out, play and even retreat to our own spaces when needed. Convenient access to pool and the beach was perfect. There really is no need to bring beach chairs or toys there was plenty already there and even multiple kitchen appliances! Next time we book this house we will just bring our swim suits and enjoy the house. Property managers John and Scott were very helpful and friendly. Security is super tight and really took their job serious often times a 10 car pile up at the gate waiting to get in but small price to pay and made us feel safe. Can't wait to book this house every year!

Great Framily Retreat

Lovely home with wonderful views from 2 & 3 decks. Clean and mostly well equipped (need at least 1 larger pot for a place that accommodates this many people). We were a family of 11 adults and a baby. Lots of room for all of us, but note sound carries between floors. Deck furniture was awesome! Security at community is tight but very hospitable. Be sure to provide Management company first & last names of ALL guests including babies in advance so they don’t have to disturb someone for special approval when you arrive. The primary reason we can not give it 5 stars is due to the beds. None of us slept well. All beds and pillows were flat. There is a beautiful new sofa bed, but even that was not comfortable to sleep on open or closed as a sofa. We would surely rent again if beds were upgraded.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: House is beautiful with amazing views!! Main pool was awesome and very clean. Workout room does the job but nothing fancy. Beaches had zero trash. Kitchen is well stocked and has both a drip and Keurig coffee maker. All the BBQ accessories are in the kitchen, the BBQ worked perfectly, and they have a replacement propane tank which most rentals do not have. Publix is a 5-minute drive from the house. If you bring multiple outfits/day for a week's stay you will need to bring/buy hangers or double/triple up. Also, bring bath soap, shampoo and conditioner as these are not provided. Lots of beach toys/chairs/towels and 3 bikes which we rode daily. We had no Wi-Fi issues, and the main TV worked fine (others had issues so the owners must have updated the Wi-Fi). The only complaints people had that were with us were the uncomfortable beds. The mattresses have depressions, and the twin bedroom beds (as others have noted) have noisy mattress covers. These mattresses were actually the most comfortable as they had no depressions. We did need to contact management for lightbulbs, a leak under the kitchen sink which did not allow for use of the dishwasher, non-working TV in game room and air conditioner vents did not work in the twin bedroom. We were told management would come the following day, but no one ever arrived. Since we were leaving the following day, we did not reach out again. Our stay was when most kids were back in school, so the condos were pretty empty. I don't know that I would select this property during high season as the beach access runs right next to the house. Overall, a wonderful home and had a great time!!

Great Experience

My only qualms were the bars of soap provided were TINY and there was only one roll of paper towels.
