The name Tivano is known for the wind on Lake Como - your holiday address is also an oasis for versatile water sports - sailing, surfing, kiting, rowing with kayak, canoe or simply with the air mattress. Stairs with a garden gate lead to the beach. The surroundings: Next to it is the Vento-Breva holiday flat, uphill is
the lakeside road. In the neighbourhood is the private property of the friendly landlord's family with a small family car repair shop and parking spaces.
A garden gate with a few steps next to the large shared lake terrace leads to the flat natural pebble beach and the lakeside path.
Furnished with Lombard furniture in an old/new mix, bright and friendly. The whole house has tiled floors.
Via the lakeside garden terrace you enter the living and dining area with kitchen in your holiday flat.
There is a sofa bed for 1 person in the living area.
The double bedroom is on the lake side and leads to the bathroom with shower.
Great value for money - friendly landlord family who also use the shared property at times with family/friends.
The large property is often used alone - everyone is welcome.
For water sports enthusiasts an oasis with lots of space and opportunities.
