The cave is arranged for tourists to visit and is characterized by a wealth of cave decorations - calcite flowstones, especially stalagmites and stalactites. According to the speleological classification, it is a simple cave with a pit-like entrance and a slightly sloping cave channel. The town Šilo is only 7 kilometers away. Šilo is a small tourist town on the Island of Krk and is perfect for those who seek a calm place to spend the whole day relaxing on the beach.Apart from the beautiful sandy and pebble beaches suitable for children, there are plenty of secluded coves around Šilo, which can easily be reached on foot. The sandy beach is year after year awarded the 'Blue Flag' which praises sea cleanliness and clarity. Some other interesting places to visit on Krk are: The Tropical Aquarium and Terrarium in Krk (20 km away) and The Adriatic Aquarium in Baška (30 km away).
