The luxurious stone villa Emilio is located in a small village Murvica, next to the beautiful city of Zadar on the Adriatic coast. This beautiful villa will inspire you at first glance and provide you a holiday of dreams.

There are 4 well, equipped bathrooms with underfloor heating, 3 of them en-suite, and 1 separate toilet. On the ground floor there is a fully equipped kitchen, a dining room with 12 seats and a spacious living room with satellite TV. Especially impressive with the fun amenities of relaxation and recreation such as sauna, billiard, darts, table tennis, table football and PlayStation 4.

If you want an extra adventure, you can take part in one-day excursions to the Plitvice Lakes, the Krka Waterfalls or the beautiful Kornati Islands. A youth group at this property is one comprised of individuals aged 30or under. If you are a youth group or a stag/hen party, you will be asked to pay the security deposit on arrival. Any sums required to repair damage caused by you to the property during your stay will be deducted from the security deposit before being returned to you.
