Tervetuloa "La Villa Bella". La Villa Bella tarkoittaa italiaksi 'kauniita asuntoa'. Ymmärrät miksi saapuessasi sinut tervetulleeksi pitkällä kauniisti maisemoidulla ajotiellä, jota ympäröivät palmuja ja trooppisia kasveja. Sijainti on ehdottoman täydellinen - pesässä New Braunfelsin ulkopuolella ja lähellä Canyon Lakea yksityisellä 4 hehtaarin kiinteistöllä.

Aiemmat vieraamme kommentoivat johdonmukaisesti kodin kaunista ja mukavaa. Pääkodissa on 3 makuuhuonetta ja 2 kylpyhuonetta. Se on täysin kalustettu ihanteellisella keittiöllä ruoanlaiton harrastajille ja pesutupa pitkään oleskeluasi varten. Siellä on myös Casita Rocco -niminen ulkorakennus. Se on noin 30 metrin päässä pääkodista. Casita Roccossa on kylpyhuone suihkulla, keittokomero, kalustettu sohvalla, tv, ruokapöytä ja vyöryvuode kahdelle. Täydellinen erillisille lapsille tai teini-ikäisille.

Nauti rentoutumisesta yksityisellä uima-altaalla ottaen samalla näkymät Hill Countyn näkymiin. Käynnistä massiivinen ulkotakka ja grillaa myöhään iltaisin välipalaa kauniin pergolan alla lämmittää nuo 'kylmät' illat. Mikä on perheen ja ystävien kokoontumispaikka vanhojen muistojen palauttamiseksi luoden uusia.

Our stay was pleasant the outdoors of the property are absolutely beautiful! In doors was well kept, nice and spacious and had comfortable beds. Decor was cute! Not too much. Only a few things, I would suggest is TV’s in the spare bedrooms, a new coffee pot, as during our stay the carafe was broken so we had to use a regular pot, and the timer to be changed on the hot tub. We had to keep going outside to turn the heating element back on to get it warm enough to enjoy and once we were in we would have to keep getting out every 15-20 minutes to do the same. Dean was a great host and was attentive, when we reached out once we arrived. Over all this place is great!! Plus Lupe the cat was a joy to be around!!

Host was very well detailed in directions to find and access the property. Cleanliness of the property inside seemed ok. There was something on the floor of the master bedroom shower that indicated it had not been cleaned after the last occupants left. Some of the towels had stains on them. There was also a bit of hair on one of the beds that may have been from a pet. The property outside also appeared to not have been attended to after the last occupants left. We found a used diaper, used glass, and baby clothes. There was also bits of trash around the pool and pavilion. Quite underwhelming considering the cost.
A few of the towels had stains. Had to dig through the pile for one that wasn't stained.
Strange substance on the shower floor. Large enough shower that it was a avoidable but still should have been cleaned after the last occupants.
Trash around the property was a common site.
Very disappointed to see this when we arrived. Made us question the cleanliness of everything.

TXST GRAD Getaway

Family from Ohio and Illinois travelled to see my daughter graduate from TXST. This was a perfect place for us all to spend quality family time after the event. Loved the outdoor sports space. The fireplace made for an amazing evening outside. Enough room that everyone! Hosts were very accessible and handled every question /concern quickly and efficiently! Not sure if we will ever have a reason to return but would recommend the place to anyone looking for a quiet mountain view of the Texas Hill country!

Before even arriving, Dino was very responsive to all of my questions which is always really reassuring. The property is beautiful upon arrival, perfectly decorated, clean and maintained very well! Great house with amazing outdoor entertainment space

This is a great house for small groups. We had a few couples come up and spend a long weekend, fishing the Guadalupe and all had a great time. The outdoor space is large and well done. The fireplace and hot tub make this a great space, even in the winter time.

Private Resort!

Each year, we select a property for our Annual Girls Weekend. This property has set the bar high, and I'm not sure that we can top it! The home is lovely and has all updated amenities, but the outdoor seating area, pool, hot tub and grounds are beautiful. The pictures do not do this property justice. All I can say is rent it now!

The place and rooms were great but the lack of basic supplies was weird. Was told to bring my own extra paper towels and toilet paper. Very few bathroom towels. Had to go purchase hand soap and tp. Owner was good at communication and the view is gorgeous. Very secluded and good for a getaway.

Amazing!

The "La Villa Bella" was everything we could've asked for and more. I rented out this house for my family and I to enjoy a nice week away from Houston and it was amazing. Everything from the house itself to house cat, Ms. Lupe, was fantastic. We booked for a whole week and we did not want to leave. The house was amazing and had everything we needed for cooking/baking, it was also so spacious that as a party of 8 we never felt on top of each other or like we were getting in each others way. The pool and hot tub was also another amazing addition, especially the hot tub. As mentioned earlier, the house cat, Lupe was always there to greet us in the morning and again at night (were assuming she was either napping or hunting during the afternoon). She was an absolute sweetheart and a huge cuddle bug. She did an amazing job guarding the house, we felt very safe with her near. The owners were very professional, responded to any questions we had quickly, and overall kind people. This was an amazing trip and we were glad to have such an amazing house to spend it in. Definitely would recommend this property to anyone, and would even rebook for future vacays away from the city.

Can't wait to come back!

This is a beautiful home with the most majestic views of the Texas hill country. The rental surpassed our expectations! The home is spacious with all the amenities one needs and few extras. Since there were 4 couples we also used the small separate "casita". We spent the majority of our time outside in the pool and surrounding deck. The pictures don't nearly do this place justice. The location was perfect for us since we chose to float the "horseshoe" both days. I can't wait to come back with the same group and hopefully with my family. Also of note, Dino was easy and wonderful to work with. Thanks again for sharing you lovely home.

Relaxing getaway!

This property is well taken care of inside and out. Inside, there is a fully furnished kitchen and washer/dryer available. It did rain quite a bit during our stay but we still had a wonderful time and were able to all sit together for meals at a beautiful dining table that offered plenty of room to serve our family of 7. When it wasn't raining, we spent most of our time outdoors enjoying the shade (and fan) at the covered dinning/entertainment area. In this space there are outlets to plug in your electronic devices, a propane grill and a wood burning fireplace. The best part was the relaxing pool and hot tub, located only steps from the house, which was a blessing since my mom has a hard time getting around these days. Last but not least, the landscape is beautiful - we spotted several dear on property as well as a few road runners! The owners are great and provide all the information you need - everything was as expected, if not better. This was our second stay at this property and hopefully not our last!!

Excellent property

The property had everything we could ask for. The river is very close, great views, close to town, well stocked kitchen, and great pool. Our son really enjoyed that part and it was hard to keep him out of it. Not to far of a drive to Schlitterbahn, and a quick 2 minute drive to the river. It is also very close to town so you have everything you need. Just be aware, the beds are soft so if you like really firm beds that could be an issue. As for the cats they were great and greeted us every time we arrived and left. The property is exactly what you see in the pictures and meet all of our expectations. Side note: Don't feed the chickens that come by from time to time. The renters before us must have feed them and they were on the back patio almost every morning looking for food. After about 5 days of not getting anything they started showing up less often.

The owner Dino has been such a pleasure to deal with...returning all emails within 24 hours...very kind. The photos don't do this home justice. The overall feeling of peace and tranquility upon entering the gates are just what the doctor ordered. The hot tub Jacuzzi and heated pool along with a huge deck and outdoor kitchen allow for a day full of fun, there is no need to leave. The house was decorated so warm and beautifully...beds were comfy and the master bath tub had such therapeutic jets...it felt like a real luxury spa experience esp when you factor in the candles and huge windows overlooking gorgeous hill country. The kitchen is fully stocked for those of you who enjoy cooking. The birds were singing beautifully in the morning, the deer were within feet grazing, the fireflies lit up the property at night, and the stars were amazing. I admit...I did sing..."Deep in the heart of Texas" along with a clap while viewing the stars at night. So much simple beauty....a secluded slice of heaven. My boys (ages 3, 5 and 7) had a great time exploring the grounds, but I recommend bringing a few toys if you have kids. There were floaties and some fun water toys outside near the pool along with a stereo. I searched all properties and this one by far was the nicest and very reasonable. Highly recommend!!! For 10 years we have rented homes with pools all over Texas as our annual girl's trip! This home had nothing but great reviews! Well, when we arrived at 4pm on Monday the pool was so milky white, there was no swimming in it, I reached out to the owner, and he said he would get someone out the next day! No swimming for the granddaughters, that evening, as we all like to unwind by the pool after unpacking vehicles in the blazing hot sun! Very disappointing! The next morning the pool was truly worse, and the hot tub had drained itself! A pool guy did show up around 11am or so, he worked very hard, and it cleared a bit, by the evening it was okay! But that pool has algae on the sides that have been there for a while! The house itself is nice enough, once we were told to keep the ac on 78 we were a bit worried, but walked into a cool house and never even looked at temp, it was always nice! The ceiling fan in the master only worked with a remote which happen to be missing a battery, reached out and the owner had someone bring us a pk of new batteries! I have to say, I think this is a investment property for people maybe out of state, not sure? But it needs some real updating! I mean towels were very old, there were no extra sheets, blankets, towels, no kitchen towels! I think the owners leave it to the maids and pool cleaners to do a job and never really check up on the house itself! There is a microwave in the extra house that has duct tape wrapped around the cord that is dry rotted, scary if someone uses it! A huge fire hazard! The kitchen in the main house had a lot of things for cooking which was nice! only one hot pot holder! The cat was a huge hit for the grandkids, but we think Lupe had a imposter as the cat had a tag and said the name was Jingles, we all got a kick out of that! It was nice enough, but we have stayed at so many places over the years and have always had nice towels, extra sheets, blankets, usually with a pool we always bring our own but most furnish a ton of beach towels, as stated there were barely any towels at all! The scenery was beyond amazing and its not far at all to the river, which we didn't plan on going but made a trip and enjoyed it, the river wasn't too too low but the water was cold and it was nice! All around it wasn't a horrible stay but I look at all the reviews and wonder? I didn't ask, but no compensation was offered for missing out on swimming in pool! Just a honest review!

The home was beautiful and the view was heavenly! My friends and I thoroughly enjoyed this home, the drive up and down from the property was an unexpected bonus as well. I highly recommend this place!

We had a wonderful time at this property! With all of our kids being young adults now, it’s rare that we get uninterrupted quality time together — and this stay gave us just that. The space was comfortable, welcoming, and perfect for reconnecting as a family. One of the unexpected highlights was Lupe, the resident cat — such a sweet presence that made us feel right at home. We truly enjoyed our stay and would absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful, family-friendly getaway.

It's not just us saying, but everybody that comes by loves this home. It is private but still close to tons of activities. You can simply relax in the pool at the property. Or you can enjoy everything the area provides - tubing, fishing, boating, hiking, shopping, golfing, hunting, exploring, music, restaurants, etc. - and at the end of the day, you will have this wonderful property waiting for you. We also love the location. We could enjoy cities like Austin or San Antonio (both about 1 hour away) or the quaint towns of Gruene, Wimberely, New Braunfels, Fredricksburg, etc. If you like shopping - the San Marcos outlets are close to you.

Bottom line - the home can adapt to your needs - and that's why we love it.
