Tässä 3 makuuhuoneen ainutlaatuisessa kattohuoneistossa on 2000 sf sisätilaa ja upea yksityinen kattoterassi, jonka lisätilat ovat 1950 sf. Jokainen asuintila on hiljattain kunnostettu luomalla moderni, tyylikäs, rentouttava ja viihtyisä ilmapiiri, joka tekee tästä kattohuoneistosta todella ainutlaatuisen paikan, vain lyhyen kävelymatkan päässä Firenzen historiallisesta keskustasta ja kaikista kaupungin tärkeimmistä nähtävyyksistä.

Sisätilan kuvaus.
Kattohuoneiston sisätilat jakautuvat kahteen kerrokseen:
Alemmassa kerroksessa on iso olohuone, makuuhuone kylpyhuoneella varustetulla kylpyhuoneella (suihkulla) sekä kaksi muuta kahden hengen huonetta, joissa yksi kylpyhuone (kylpyamme).
Yläkerrassa: Tyylikkäästi suunnitellut kierreportaat johtavat alakerrasta yläkertaan. Tässä kerroksessa on täysin kalustettu keittiö, jauhehuone ja avoin ruokasali / olohuone, jossa on iso pöytä (mahtuu 10 ihmistä) ja 42 tuuman taulutelevisio SKY-satelliittikanavilla. Olohuoneesta on upeat näkymät Firenzen tärkeimpiin monumentteihin (kuten Dome Cupola ja Palazzo Vecchio), ja se on suoraan yhteydessä yksityiseen kattoterassille, jossa on mahdollista ruokailla ulkosalla suuressa ulkopöydässä.
Kaikki alakerrassa olevat makuuhuoneet ja koko yläkerrassa on ilmastointi.

Ulkokuvaus:
Yksityinen kattoterassi on kunnostettu kokonaan vuonna 2013.
Uusi 6. 5 jalan x 9. 2 jalan poreallas on koteloitu kauniiseen teak-puulattiaan. Tämä erittäin hienostunut poreallas (jopa 4 hengelle samanaikaisesti) sisältää kaukosäätimen, joka säätää erilaisia toimintoja, mukaan lukien sisävalaistus ja haluttu veden lämpötila korkeintaan 99 (F), mikä tarkoittaa, että sitä voidaan käyttää ainakin 6 kuukautta vuodessa (huhtikuusta lokakuun loppuun).
Huolellinen huomio yksityiskohtiin, huipputeknisestä valaistus- ja musiikkijärjestelmästä (sekä sisä- että ulkopuolelta), valittuihin hienoihin huonekaluihin ja maisemointiin, auttaa tekemään tästä ulkotilasta todellisen rentouttavan alueen, jossa on mahdollista nauttia henkeäsalpaavasta näkymät kaupunkiin, nauti lonkero viiniä Toscanan auringon alla tai vain rentoudu vedessä ... täydellinen tapa päättää sivuston katselemisen päivä yhdessä maailman kauneimmista kaupungeista.

Sijaintitiedot: Kattohuoneisto sijaitsee vain lyhyen kävelymatkan päässä Firenzen historiallisen alueen sydämestä. Mainitsen muutamia esimerkkejä Firenzen päärautatieasemalta (Santa Maria Novella), joka sijaitsee vain noin 0. 8 mailin päässä, kun taas maailmankuulu Duomo-aukio on vain 1 mailin päässä.
Julkinen liikenne on erittäin tehokasta, koska raitiovaunulla on pysäkki 1 minuutin kävelymatkan päässä sijainnistamme.

Wonderful location and stay!

Great place to experience the city, while being outside of the main populated area. The local train was just a short ride into Florence. There are shops and the grocery store just around the corner in a neighborhood. Plus, a hot tub with a view!

Amazing place

We are so glad to have found this place for our Florence trip. Amazing house which is close to public transport , walking distance to city center , best Gelato place , grocery shops, cafe , gyms etc Missimo was a great host - he showed us around the apartment which has amazing views He recommended us places to eat etc which were amazing . We could contact him anytime and he would reply right away. Kids has Fun in the jacuzzi I would recommend this place to anyone with kids or without - it’s convenient and amazing - very relaxed

An authentic cultural experience in an excellent location

The view is breathtaking from this penthouse apartment! The apartment is just far enough away from the city center to avoid the constant noise and activity, but it is close enough to enjoy the Florence city center with a very short walk or ride on the city tram. The apartment is located in a lovely and safe neighborhood, and we felt that we were able to experience the culture of Florence by shopping, cooking, and being a part of this neighborhood. You will feel like you are visiting family when you stay in this beautiful apartment!

Wonderful Penthouse Apartment in Florence

If you enjoy watching the sun rise and set and a glorious view of the duomo, this apartment will not disappoint. We enjoyed eating on the beautiful rooftop patio and playing with our grandson in the little pool. Accommodations were comfortable and plenty large enough to accommodate my family of six with room to spare. Host was receptive to questions and our needs. Appreciated that there was a small elevator which was handy with our toddler. The apartment is about 23 minutes walk from main square. Train very close as advertised. We would definitely love to return to this location.

All the great things that other reviewers have said are true, no need to repeat. It Is a lived in appartment. Towels,,toilet paper, sink and washing machine detergent, etc. are there. The only criticisms are more humorous than problems. The washing machine is outdoors on a bedroom balcony. Took us a while to find it behind a curtain. There are many multi-switch electric panels. Takes a while to fi1ppgure them out

Do not stay here

We booked this place based on the hot tub. When we checked in we were told it was set to go. On the evening of day two, we found out it was cold and the water level was too low to function. It got fixed on day three but we were leaving the next day. Furthermore, a toilet was broken, the master shower head didn’t function, the front door key almost snapped in half in the door, and my son’s bedroom AC wouldn’t stay on. If that wasn’t bad enough, the owner checked us out and told us everything was perfect. An hour later he said there was an oil stain on his patio and that he was charging me. We didn’t stain his patio. I had a coffee and a water outside. And I find it suspicious that this stain which I never saw was discovered after our perfect check out. This is a scam. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this rental.

A beautiful apartment in the heart of Florence.

The home was absolutely beautiful. The views from the rooftop were fantastic and the pictures don’t begin to show how amazing the views are. The bedrooms are small and it would be difficult to house 6 adults comfortable but certainly possible. There is only one shower. The hot tub doesn’t really stay warm in the winter. Regardless, it’s a fantastic home and I would love to stay there again on a return trip. The host is very reachable and provided fantastic resturant and grocery recommendations. Overall a great stay and definitely worth a visit.

Please note there is NO AIR CONDITIONING in the master bedroom. The description of the property is false. The description clearly states that ‘all bedrooms have air conditioning’. HomeAway seemed powerless to intervene. The decking on the terrace is dangerous for children and badly needs replaced. The tiles around the jacuzzi are falling off and are sharp and dangerous. The kitchen and bedrooms badly need renovation. The decor is very dated. The private garage mention is not available. The only thing going for this place is the jacuzzi and the view. In summary ... overpriced and falsely described. AVOID.

Fun in Florence

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this penthouse apartment in Florence. The accommodations were perfect for our family of five. The rooftop garden is beautiful and hot tub relaxing after a long day of walking Florence! Quick walk to the Duomo and other sites. There are great non-tourist retaurants on the area, Pizzeria Spero and Fratelli Briganti. Massimo is a gracious host.

Amazing view from the rooftop terrace!

The upstairs living room, dining room & terrace were beautiful! It was wonderful having coffee in the morning on the terrace, looking at the Duomo and the center of Florence, and relaxing up there in the evenings with a glass of wine. The gardens, hot tub & outdoor shower were a nice bonus! Massimo & his wife were very sweet. Massimo made dinner reservations for us our first night at a neighborhood restaurant. The service and food wonderful! The only negative is that the apartment is a little far away from the center of Florence. We walked it once in the 90 degree heat & from then on took taxis. If you'd like an escape from the busy city center, this is a great place!

Beautiful Apartment in Florence, walking distance to the centre.

An immaculate apartment, Massimo was there to greet us and show us everything in the apartment. Beautifully furnished and decorated, a very comfortable home. We stayed in Florence for 3 nights, not long enough but we enjoyed every minute. Shops around the corner, supermarket a short walk, fantastic deli and bakery around the corner. Discovered the food market about 15 mins walk, great places to eat lunch and dinner. We enjoyed meeting Massimo and staying in his lovely home, would definitely stay there again and highly recommend it. The apartment was much better than we expected, bigger, very clean, everything we needed to have a relaxing stay in Florence. Thanks Massimo :)

Romantic romantic, romantic, so romantic

We spent the most romantic weekend ever. We enjoyed the jacuzzi with the panoramic views. We had dinner on balcony overlooking Florence with the Duomo framed by red roses in the moonlight. Now we are engaged. Will we go back? Yes, of course, and bring our children and our children’s children

Amazing Week in the Penthouse

We recently returned from Florence after an amazing seven days. We arrived and were greeted by our wonderful host, Massimo Santini. Massimo showed us around the beautiful two story Penthouse and gave us an overview of where everything was located and made us feel right at home. To be honest, when we arrived on the second floor overlooking the panoramic view of Florence, I had to try and hide how excited I was because the view was so breathtaking. I lived in Florence for 8 months and had never seen a view so perfect. Before leaving, Massimo provided us with a list of recommended restaurants in the area and gave us his personal cell phone number, so we could text or call him (which we did and he immediately got back to us). Additionally, the location was an easy 10 to 15 minute walk to the central market. After 7 days of enjoying the views, the amenities, and feeling like a local... we didn't want to leave and were ready to move-in. Without a doubt we will be back and will continue to recommend this location to friends and family. Thank you Massimo Santini for making our trip unforgettable!!

Fantastic family holiday

Took two teenagers to Florence in the Easter break. The owner has an English wife and so excellent English!o Very reassuring. He explained everything clearly and they were available throughout our stay to answer any questions. The flat was spotlessly clean in Art Deco Style. The kids were fascinated by the “invisible” doors. Lots of local shops on the door step, butcher, baker, veg shop all with yummy Italian delicacies, and a supermarket down by the bridge. And then there is the icecream shop, right on the doorstep, the most delicious Italian ice cream you can imagine. It is sooo good. On our one hot day the kids disappeared into the jacussi for hours to cool off and kept running down stairs to get more and more ice-cream. Historical centre easy walking distance. One evening we were tired and took a taxi home from the Duomo which was 8 euros. We ate in the centre in the evenings a few times whist wondering about. Lovely. And also tried the local suschi restaurant which was good and quite reasonable. Otherwise we stayed at home and ate on the terrace to make the most of the fantastic view overlooking the Duomo, wonderful. You couldn’t beat it. Great holiday. A bit of culture, (of all sorts), and a lot of fun

Amazing!

I stayed here with my family in September last year. The house was extremely close to the historical centre, where we walked and enjoyed the city on every day of our stay. The house was very quiet, it is set high above what is already a very quiet street. The house itself is extremely clean and well maintained. The rooftop terrace is absolutely wonderful! It was so nice to relax in the jacuzzi after a long day of site seeing and we enjoyed some truly memorable meals looking out over the fantastic view of the city. The owner himself was extremely helpful and accommodating. His restaurant and sit seeing recomendations were excellent and i really cannot imagine a more pleasant host.

Beautiful view, best location, stylish, clean and, comfortable home

I rented this home for 2 weeks on vacation with my husband and daughter in December 2013. It absolutely exceeded my expectations! The pictures of the home don't do it justice. It is in the center of Florence within walking distance of everything. The view from the rooftop looked like a picture from a postcard, and the jacuzzi was clean, modern, and perfect for our stay in Winter. From the moment we were greeted by the owner, (very accommodating and pleasant) to the end of our 2 week stay, it was flawless. The beds were so comfortable, the linens were soft and clean, every attention to detail was covered. We had such a great experience and I would recommend this home to anyone looking for prime location, comfort, space, spectacular views, and an overall 5 star experience.
