This year was our second with Barb and our sixth at Ocean Villa. Barb is a great host and responded promptly to unexpected issues. The condo is comfy and the kitchen is well stocked, making it feel like our home away from home. We love the location because the view is phenomenal and there is plenty to do within a short walking distance. We had a great stay!

Like a home away from home

Besides not knowing how to use the door lock (and feeling quite dumb for it!), we had a great stay. Very clean, nicely furnished, had everything we needed. The condo and everything in it was very well taken care of. Highly recommend.

Family beach trip

We had a very enjoyable time. The condo was perfect for us and exactly as described. Parking was not an issue and the location was close to places we wanted to visit. You can see the ocean from lost anywhere in the condo. Very short walk to the beach and the chair service provided was icing on the cake. We will definitely remember this place for our next trip.

The condo is in the perfect location. Beautiful view and large balcony! Check in and out was a breeze. Condo was very clean and had everything we needed.

This condo was perfect for our family of 4. Great location and direct access to beach. The wrap around deck was our favorite part. The host was very responsive and the condo was well stocked. I would highly recommend staying here.

Wonderful Choice!

This was our first time to PCB, and this condo was absolutely perfect! Very clean with a breathtaking view! The elevators were busy, but that is to be expected during a national holiday! We will definitely try to stay here again!

Awesome condo

I've rented many places through VRBO and this was one of the nicest I've stayed in. The accommodations were very nice and comfortable. The view of the beach and sunsets were fabulous. The big balcony made it very nice just to hang out on the balcony. When I come back to Panama City Beach, I'll rent this one again.

We had an amazing experience with our vrbo stay! The property was very clean, in a great location, and felt like home away from home. The owner was very quick to respond to any questions I had. She even offered an earlier check in time which fit in our itinerary perfectly! Definitely recommend and will book again!

A Little Piece of Heaven

We had a wonderful time. The condo was beautiful and had everything we needed. The large balcony was so private and peaceful, just to sit out and enjoy the ocean view. Barbara was great. Always answered questions quickly, and was kind enough to ship something back to us that we left. Would definitely stay here again.

Beach getaway

Or condo was everything we could have asked for!! Great beach access, quiet condo at night, amazing ocean view to wake up to every morning. Our stay left us with very little reason to leave. Beach activities for us to do as a family!! The condo was very clean and fully stocked with everything we needed!! Will absolutely stay here again and have already recommended Barbara's condo to a friend!!

Fantastic Property & Location

8 Day Stay in late July. Easy parking, pool and beach were great. We didn't use the grills but lots of folks did. 2 bedroom unit on 6th floor was easy steps during busy elevator times. Corner unit so fantastic balcony views. Kitchen was well stocked for cooking. Plenty of towels and hot water. Beds slept great. What else can you ask for??? Great time and would quickly book this unit again!

Great Get Away!!

This property was wonderful and was everything that we wished it would be! My husband and I and another couple came for a quick weekend to celebrate our 40th birthdays. We all had plenty of room and were very comfortable!! If we can have another adult weekend we will be back!! Barbara was great in answering questions and very helpful when our flight got changed to an earlier time with letting us drop our luggage off at the condo!!

The property was as advertised and great location for us but there is a issue with the entry door lock took us 30 minutes to figure it out even with instructions and it seems to be a hassle when all it needs is for someone to fix the door other than that was great vaction spot

Best accommodation I've ever been to

This is the best place I stayed during my travels. I thought it was a wonderful room decorated by the host with care, just from the pictures. When I actually went, it exceeded my expectations. 1. Amazing view There's a beach right in front, which is great. 2. Perfect kitchen It has everything - pots, pans, spices, spoons, forks, knives, cutting boards, and trays. You can cook right away if you have ingredients. 3. Washer and dryer It was nice to be able to wash and dry wet clothes right after playing in the water. 4. Beach supplies I didn't expect to find mats and bodyboards. I used them well when I went to the beach. 5. Private beach chairs and umbrellas When you go to the beach and tell the crew your room number and last name, you can get beach chairs and umbrellas that the host has reserved in advance. It was really convenient and I used them well. I'll definitely recommend this place to my friends. And I really want to come back here again next time.

Perfect Condo

This is a top notch condo and owners. Had plenty of communication with the owners prior to our vacation and they were very responsive. This is hands down the best condo I have stayed in at Panama City Beach in this price range. The condo was very clean and comfortable with many upscale furniture pieces. The couch is getting a bit worn, but based on the quality of the rest of the furniture, I'm sure it will likely be replaced soon. The kitchen is well equipped and more extras than expected. Appliances in excellent shape and all worked well. The second bathroom is quite large unlike other condos we have stayed in. Owners have put some heart into this one to make sure that anyone who stays here has an enjoyable and relaxing time. Condo is on the 6th floor, an end unit, and private. Building has 3 elevators for the 22 story building (6 units per story). Only had a couple short waits on the busiest days. Building garage will fill up quickly in the evenings, but there is ample parking in the parking garage across the street with a skywalk over to the 3rd floor of the building. We had a great stay with zero issues. Will definitely stay here again!

My husband and I grew up in the midwest (Chicago and Michigan to be exact.) As adults we each moved separately to Colorado and met in Vail. We've been together more than thirty years and have one daughter. We're retired teachers who love to travel. In 1998, we accepted a one year teacher exchange to Australia, swapped houses, jobs and lives with a wonderful family from Sandy Beach, NSW, and from then until now it was our dream to live at the beach. We believe Panama City Beach is as beautiful as any beach we've seen anywhere.

Five years ago we came to Panama City Beach for the first time and rented a unit close to the beach for two months. We fell in love with the area and bought a house hoping to retire here. After living in the mountains of Colorado for more than thirty years, we were ready for a change and this is it! We've just purchased this luxurious condominium to share with other families and when it's not rented, we hope to enjoy it ourselves.

Ocean Villa is in the heart of Panama City Beach. From our balcony on the sixth floor we can see up and down the pristeen white sand beach, scan the Gulf for dolphins, relax and watch the sunset over the water. We feel like this place is what we worked our entire lives to have. The condo is spacious and elegant with luxurious Caribbean decor. The views are spectacular. We think you'll love this piece of what we call heaven on earth.
