Noin 500 metrin päässä rannasta (alle 2 minuutin kävelymatka!) ja 400 metrin etäisyydellä järvestä ja alle 1 kilometrin päässä yhteisön uima-altaasta ja tenniskentästä, mikä voisi olla parempi?

Tämä uusi vuonna 2014 Shoreline Buildersin rakentama koti sisältää 6 makuuhuonetta (5 mestaria), 6 ½ kylpyhuonetta, hissi, erillinen rec-huone, jossa on biljardipöytä sekä keskitason oleskelutila, poreallas ja lämmitetty oma uima-allas (350 dollarin viikoittainen maksu lämmityksestä), käänteinen olohuone ja keittiö sekä runsaasti ulkotiloja!
Valoisa ja täynnä charmia, tämä Ocean Lakes koti sijaitsee paljon, joka tukee pysyvää avointa tilaa, josta on näkymät merelle ja järvelle. Tämä koti on Kid Friendly!

Yksityinen uima-allasalue sisältää runsaasti istuimia, ulkosuihkun ja tiki-baarin. Suuri ulkoturvealue mahdollistaa koko ryhmän runsaasti tilaa. Ulkokaiuttimet mahdollistavat erinomaisen musiikin nauttimisen samalla kun rentoutut uima-altaalla tai grillaamalla kaasugrillillä. Myös Tiki-baarissa on 34-tuumainen TV!

Keskitason kannet nauttivat erilaisista ulkoilmajärjestelyistä sekä rentoutumista keskitason porealtaassa. Tämän kerroksen viimeistely on oleskelutila, jossa on erillinen rentoutuminen TV / DVD-yhdistelmällä, lautapeleillä kaikenikäisille.

Ruokailutilassa on suuri pöytä perheen ja ystävien kerä��miseksi (uusi vuodelle 2015: matto alla ruokapöydän alla kohinan poistamiseksi alla!) sekä pääsy suurelle yläkerrokselle, jossa on runsaasti istuimia ja ulkokaiuttimia. Nice stay

The location of the house was great - only a short drive to shops and restaurants. The walk to the beach wasn't far and easy enough to do with kids. Overall the house was good but you could tell it was end-of-season - things seemed pretty dirty in the kitchen and the house could use a good coat of paint as well as a deep clean. The pool was a great area to have! I would stay here again.

Beautiful house in excellent neighborhood

We loved the pool and the safety of the backyard access to the pool. The walk to the beach was longer than the time listed and the steps were steep. Overall the house was clean and we had a great stay

Great beach house!

We loved our stay at Knotty by Nature. The house was beautiful, had everything we needed, was just a 5 min walk to the beach! The only changes I would make are to invest in a new coffee pot, the one there was very fickle and consider ways to accommodate more people with comfortable furniture in the main living room. Overall is was a great experience and would highly recommend.

Great Rental

This was an excellent rental for my family of 10 for the week of Thanksgiving. It was clean when we arrived and the kitchen was stocked with all of our cooking needs. My only suggestion would be to add additional seating in the living room. For a house that sleeps up to 13, there was only enough seating in the living room for about 5 comfortably.

Great house

We had our extended family of 13 stay here and it never felt crowded. House was clean. The elevator was great for my 85 year old mom. The pool was used every day and night! We were a short walk to the beach access and we used the cabana service daily, which made it a lot easier! Would definitely come back to this house.

Great week away!

We had a great time staying here. Was only disappointed in our pool. We paid for it to be heater but it never seemed to get warm. We had a few small issues with electrical stuff that was fixed right away! Would definitely rent again!

Convenient

Nice property, elevator made it very convenient for the older folks with mobility issues. Lower level king mattress could certainly use an upgrade or some sort of foam topper. Grill worked well and the kitchen was pretty well stocked with necessary items. Pool area was nice and clean.

OBX stay

The house was perfect for the amount of people in our party and the rooms were spacious, comfy and cool. All of the bathrooms were very nice. The kitchen had all the supplies we needed to cook which we did basically every night. The only two letdowns was the pool furniture … when we looked around at the other houses they all seemed to be in much better shape. Also, we were much further to the beach than the description claimed… with 3 kids under 2 it wasn't very easy getting to and fro the beach. The pool was a great size, too. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Great house... location

This house was exactly as advertised and worked out perfectly. The only suggestion I have would be to add an additional refrigerator in the kitchen. (A nice to have option for larger parties)

Nice house

We enjoyed our stay at Deja View. The clothes washer broke but was replaced. The kitchen sink had a significant leak but Shoreline responded quickly and I was compensated for our trouble. Shoreline was always courteous and took care of the problems. On another note, the beach access was nearby but required going up and down 50-60 steps to get to the beach. For someone with knee problems, the house elevator was great but getting to the beach was a problem.

Awesome place!

This home was perfect for us this past week. The pool, outside bar with TV and the elevator were a big hit! Beautifully furnished with comfy beds. Fully stocked kitchen although many of the pans should be replaced. Only complaint was when we arrived we noticed the place wasn't very clean. Counters were sticky in the kitchen and trash and debris under many of the beds. Floors were gritty. The grill almost blew up my son in law because of all the grease. Might want to get a new cleaning crew. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will rent your place in the future

Nice place.

Everything was really nice. Maintenance issues were taken care of immediately. Impressive. Only complaint is that the floors were really dirty. Walking with socks on they ended up black on the bottoms. Looks like it never gets mopped. Also pots and pans could be replaced. Really old and rough. No lids for storage. Only bottoms. Lol. Otherwise a lively perfect place for our vacation

Great way to be socially distant

We really enjoyed our stay at this house. The layout was perfect for our group. There was plenty of room to spread out and each family had their own level. The elevator came in handy when bringing luggage or groceries in. We enjoyed the pool and outdoor area. The proximity to the beach was great. My kids also enjoyed fishing in the lake. While the house was clean, some details were overlooked. There were many items left behind from previous guests under the bed and on the side of washing machine. Overall, we enjoyed our time together with our family in this house.

Mostly happy.

Beautiful home and pool. Pool was not cleaned on Wednesday as noted. Ants all over. Construction was terrible for the dogs. Mainly a good stay. It should be noted that it’s not just a .2 mile walk to the beach but over 50 stairs to get to the beach and no handicapped access. Couldn’t take wagon or beach cart.

Family Vacay

Our family vacay was a success! We enjoyed every single thing about this house. Room for our family if 9 to spread out for plenty of rest. There were a few issues that were to be expected at the end of a busy season like air filters needing to be changed or possibly just cleaning the air vents. There were a couple pieces of patio furniture that were broken but we let maintenance know and they came out the next day and removed them. The elevator was a blessing to us all. Fully and I mean FULLY stocked kitchen! We cooked meals each night so we were glad to have everything we needed.

The house was very clean and convenient to the beach. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was fantastic. It rained a lot during our week so we were stuck inside quite a bit. There wasn't enough room for our party of 13 to be comfortable together in the house on the rainy days, and there wasn't any outdoor space where we could hang out to stay out of the rain. If there were more comfortable seating options on the upper level and/or the game room was more comfortable to relax in, we would have given the house 5 stars. Also, the outdoor shower was not enclosed which disappointed those of us who enjoy an outdoor shower, and there was no "sand free" way to get from the front of the house to the backyard area unless you went through the house. A few minor furniture changes and some simple structures to keep residents dry outside would make the house perfect.

summer vacation

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The home was great. The only issues was it was not very clean. We cleaned all of the bathrooms when we arrived.Showers,toilets and floors. 1 toilet did not work which if the cleaners did the toilets they would have caught. We vacuumed the floors and had to empty the vacuum twice. The rental agency asks you to vacuum before you leave so I guess the cleaners do not think they need to vacuum. The windows had not been cleaned for a while. I own a rental property and would not rent my home unless it was clean. Aside from that, after we cleaned every thing was perfect.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our Vacation was wonderful at this house due to the Close proximity to the beach and easy to get too. House was big and newer amenities. The biggest disappointment with the house was the cleanliness. The house was very very dirty. We had the call to get the cleaners to come back and literally walk them through the rooms multiple times to clean each room properly. Toilets, showers, mirrors window, appliances, floors, trim all were just filthy. The second round of cleaners made it manageable however we had to literally tell them what to clean and even some bathrooms we had to tell them to clean a third time. I would recommend a new cleaning service and better maintenance to the property before we stay here again.
