Excellent host, very responsive. House manager and house staff are SUPERB. House has everything you would want for a great vacation experience. Food made by the chefs is excellent as well. Highest recommendation possible you will not be disappointed.

Beautiful home and wonderful hospitality

Would highly recommend. Memin, Carlos, and Amparo are the best! Amazing meals and tremendous hospitality, all in a beautiful and architecturally unique home. Spent a lot of time by the pool and eating outside - fantastic setting for a family or larger group of friends. Bedrooms are airconditioned and well-appointed. All with en-suite bathrooms.

Friends getaway

I chose this property because of all the raving that I read about their excellent staff, and they didn't disappoint. Great staff that truly want to please you. The property had many different gathering areas that really made it easy to reconnect with our old friends. The only negative is, the golf carts (as with most in the DR) needed better maintenance. One rattled so loud that I didn't want to use it and the brakes barely worked. The other sqeaked and I worried I wouldn't make it back. The owners have spent a lot of time making the property perfect, it seems like it would be an easy thing to do to fit in with there over all image. Mark

Fantastic - Great House, Great Staff, A+

We came with a group of 10 adults for a birthday celebration. Communication both before and during our stay was top notch. Palmera Group did a superb job and the house was everything we hoped. Pictures often oversell a property and when you arrive you have certain disappointments... NOT with this property. It was excellent and the staff was even better. The staff was constantly available, but not intrusive. If you needed it, they would help you get it. We even had one member of our party that step on glass off-site, the team went over and beyond to obtain medical care (which was a very minimal injury) to make this friend of ours comfortable. Additionally, one of our guest has a severe case of celiac, yet no one else in our party has food allergies. The chef and team went over and beyond to ensure this individual had a great experience with alternative options... truly impressive. The house is on 11th hole of teeth of the dog, 5 min golf cart to pro shop, 10 minutes to beach club, 20 minutes golf cart to Marina. We taxi'd to Chavon. Santo Domingo airport was 1hr 20min ride... Punta Cana airport is a little closer. I would not hesitate to rebook and return to this rental and use Palmera group again. Top notch!!!

Amazing staff!

We came with a group of 6 adults/6 kids. Palmera Travel did great job managing the property prior and during our stay. They communicated with us months before our arrival and assisted with booking our boats, dinners out, tea times and spa treatments, etc. We had a larger group of 25 people and they were instrumental in getting us reservations for the large group. We also had a dinner for 25 people at the house that was great. I cannot say enough about the staff. The Housemanager was amazing as was the Butler Memin (and Carlos). Memin was so nice to the kids, making them daiquiris whenever they asked. We also had people in our group get sick from stomach bug and the chef was so sweet, she made everybody a special tea to settle their stomach. The house is set up well with an additional seating area for people (with a TV) across the pool. This allows adults area away from kids. There is also a small media room for kids to watch TV. The house has very interesting decorations which may not be everyone’s style but the rooms were comfortable and well air-conditioned. We did have trouble with a few showers not getting hot or cold. The round seating table would not fit our entire group. We did have trouble with our golf carts, so I would recommend renting a third golf cart because for some reason we had trouble with our golf carts charging and ended up having to abandon them a few times. I would say this is a great house to rent, mainly for the set up and wonderful staff!

A+ across the board. Service, communication, location.

Came here for a 40th birthday celebration with friends. Going into booking and having never been to Casadecampo previously, it was tricky finding enough information on internet to understand how vrbo rented houses interacted with the resort and the broader amenity set. This property exceeded all expectations - sitting on the 11th hole of Teeth of the Dog and a short ride to the beach & pool club. The communication from the owners (at booking) and the host (Andry) leading up to the trip was all above expectations. The airline lost my luggage and Andry was immediately responsive providing her cell and address to the airline to arrange for speedily courier to arrive. Staff and food prepared were all top notch as well. Great trip.

The staff was terrific and the house was comprehensive, well maintained, and the pool was really nice. One of the golf carts needed some TLC so we were glad to have rented a 3rd cart. The listing should mention the pet monkey in the cage by the pool, he seemed happy and super cute though. We had a really nice time. Thank you!

The Best Bachelorette Weekend Ever!

WOW! Is all I can say about our amazing weekend at Villa de los Suenos. The villa is even more spectacular than in pictures, words cannot do it justice. It felt like we had our own hotel resort - gorgeous & massive pool, unique, large & clean rooms - stunning views and THE BEST staff. We had a group of 11 girls for my bachelorette and it was the greatest experience we could have asked for. Upon arrival we were greeted by Menin & Walkiria with pina coladas and given a tour along with overview of the resort. From the moment we entered we were treated like family & celebrities in one - Menin made spectacular drinks and the staff made every meal delicious and special. We could not have asked for more. The golf carts were a great way to get around and the staff was impeccable. We hope to visit again soon! Thanks for an unreal weekend!

Outstanding and Amazingly beautiful property and lovely staff!!

I have traveled all over the world and this house might just be the nicest house I have ever stayed in for vacation! Wow, the pictures on the listing don't do it justice. We had 15 people in our group- 8 adults and 7 kids (ages 10-4) and the house was perfect for our group. Every bedroom is large to XL- beds were super comfortable. The layout of the house was excellent for our large group- we really enjoyed all the different sitting areas, the ping pong table, pool table room, and the movie room with a projector. The outside living area and the pool area were by far the best I have ever seen. The kids were in the pool and jacuzzi atleast 4 hours everyday. The pool has a really cool bridge leading to the hot tub- AMAZING! We loved all the coconut trees around the pool that provided shade and the numerous waterfalls around the pool that provided that relaxing experience. The pool cabana was top notch- excellent furniture to lounge in everywhere and the view of the golf course on hole #11 of Teeth of the Dog was beautiful. We also really enjoyed feeding and watching Coconut the Monkey at the property. The Staff.....wow!!!! Amazing. They felt like family- we can't say enough nice things about Memin. He made our vacation extra special with how accommodating he was the entire time- we loved him! Every single cocktail we asked Memin to make was out of this world! He is an extremely skilled bartender- we had daquiri's, Pina coladas, Moscow mules, etc. A++ for the Chef!!

A wonderful vacation

Our family, ranging in age from 12 to 80, had a wonderful experience at the villa. The property manager worked with us on so many things, including a menu that teenagers as well as older adults loved. The chef was fabulous and Memin took care of all of our wishes--the entire staff was fantastic! We could not have had a better experience. Thanks to all!

Villa of a lifetime!

Our recent stay at the villa was nothing short of exceptional! From start to finish, every aspect of our experience surpassed my expectations. The location, staff, and eclectic decor truly made the villa a memorable one. I don’t think I’ll ever stay at a more impressive villa anywhere in the world! Every morning I walked out to the pool (which was stunning in itself) and could choose from various seating areas before I was greeted by Memin who was truly the gem of this villa! He always came over with a smile and offered me tea or coffee while I relaxed by the pool and watched the golfers pass by before our amazing chef made us breakfast! every meal our chef made was amazing (and usually better than any restaurant we ate at.) one night she even surprised with a home made ice cream cake for dessert that was unbelievable! The entire staff was incredibly welcoming and went above and beyond to ensure anything we needed was available throughout our stay. We were 12 adults who came for a wedding and we fit perfectly in the villa! Between Memin’s home made piña coladas by the pool, golf carting around the resort, enjoying the hot tub and watching the stars every night, playing music on the amazing sound system and dancing around the villa - we had an absolutely incredible time. The worst part was leaving! Truly I hope we can come back soon!

PERFECT VACATION

We travel a great deal on golf vacations. This was the absolute BEST we have experienced. The house was GORGEOUS and the staff was even better. The butler was incredible, polished and the chef was exceptionally talented and creative. The house was immaculate! and the amenities where more than we would have hoped for. We will book this house again next year-

Best Friends Vacay Ever

The property and the staff were amazing. This home is so beautiful and fun with everything you could need. Casa De Campo was also perfect and secure. But you could literally stay at the villa the entire time! We can not wait to come back soon!

Great villa!

Our family had a great time at this beautiful, tropical villa! All the staff was amazing and all the food was delicious!! Location was great and was just a few minute golf cart ride to the beach. We had family members of all ages ( infant to grandparents) and the villa was great for all! Lots of great memories were made!

Magnificent Home

My daughter was getting married in Casa de Campo so we were looking for a home for family and friends to stay with us. The home has a wonderful out door living experience with air conditioning in each of the bedrooms. All rooms are generously sized with on suite bathrooms. Pool area is amazing with hot tub. Layout of the villa allows for togetherness as well as private areas. Staff is exemplary and professional. Chef prepares delicious meals each one better than the next. Wonderful golf course location and the two 6 person golf carts made getting around the property effortless. Highly recommend if you are looking for an amazing experience.

Paradise

This house is a steal. Brought 5 couples for golf and sunshine; have stayed in the hotel beforehand. Spacious, welcoming, incredible staff, great food. Wouldn’t change a thing. AC is incredible in the rooms (very important). We will be back. Thank you, Mimi!
