Tämä koti on upea Persianlahden näkymä keittiöstä, olohuoneesta, makuuhuoneesta ja vierashuoneesta! Makuutilat ovat makuuhuone king size-vuode - huone, jossa queen-vuode ja kerrossänky huone 1 sarja täysi kerrossänky. For your convenience, kaikki vuoteet ovat valmiiksi tehty liinavaatteet tarjotaan ilmaiseksi. Vuodesohva nukkuu lisää vieraita. Mutta parasta on näkymä! Alkaen 3 kannet voit katsella auringon nousua tai auringonlaskua. Lisäksi näet laivojen matkustaa Persianlahden ja proomut Inter-rannikon kanava. Grilli, kaksi rakennettu piknikpöytien ja alakerran tehdä viihdyttävä helppoa ja nautinnollista joka säällä. WiFi & ROKU ovat käytettävissä. Absolutely Amazing!

The place was exactly as advertised. It was clean and the view was amazing! It was a quick walk to the beach and with an outdoor shower to wash all the sand off before heading into the house! We will be back!

Our family loves Pelican Bay!!

This was year #2 for us and it has all the comforts of home. We had a couple of rainy days but we had plenty of room to spread out and the covered deck and deck furniture allowed us to sit outside in between storms!! The check in and check out is so easy and convenient too. Thanks for sharing your house!!

Nice place

The property is a nice basic beach house with quick access to a very good beach. The beach was mostly clean with lots of shells. The pictures make the house look more spacious than it actually is, but it is fine for a family. I bought a good can opener, sponges, and cleaner to leave as there were a few voids. Overall we had a very good stay and enjoyed our time.

Just perfect!!!

This property is ideal! We were a party of 4 adults with two dogs. The description is dead on! No surprises! Clean, cute and comfy! Walk to the beach was so close! Host was very responsive! Ocean views amazing! We will be back!!

Great location away from the crowds!

This house is great and had everything we needed for our stay. The beds were comfortable and the house is in a great location on the beach. The only negatives was check in is at 4 but the house wasn't cleaned until 5 so we had to wait around which isn't great after a long drive. I do understand these things happen. We also washed the sheets again and the comforters as they didn't seem fresh. Other than those couple of things the house is great and the A/C was cold! We enjoyed our stay.

Perfect and Accommodating

We met family for a cold, rainy and windy weekend but still loved every minute! The house is right on the beach! The pictures make it look like you kind of have an angle view to beach. It's direct! Your entire front view is beach! We could hear the waves when inside the house! The patio is very large and could provide alot of shade during summer. Lots of room in the house for easy movement. Loved the layout and ease of use with bathrooms. You don't have to walk into the master to use the bathroom. Both bathrooms have two doors so you don't feel like you're using someone else's bathroom. Margene was readily available to assist us with a few questions. We couldn't have asked for a better stay!

Prom Weekend

We booked at last minute to be in the area to chaperone our son & 4 of his friends after prom. My 13 year old brought a friend with him. The location was perfect. The seniors could walk to their friends’ beach houses & I felt they were in a safe area so did not have to worry. They all had a great time during the day playing soccer on the beach & building a campfire in the evening. I could keep an eye on everything from the gorgeous deck without having to hover around them. There is an unobstructed view to a large portion of the beach from the deck with easy access right at the edge of the lot. The view at night when a storm came through was spectacular as we sat under the covered part of the deck enjoying the lightning show. The number of beds was great and very comfortable! Plenty of space for everyone to sleep and a relief to not have to bring linens like some of the other beach houses in the area. Everything was very clean and basic supplies were provided to help us keep it that way. We grilled out one night and you will definitely want to bring tin foil to put over the grill. We lined the bottom of it with tinfoil, as well, before putting coals down and this made for fast & easy cleanup. Margene was quick to respond to my questions as I would come up with something while packing. And, when my husband left his wallet, the housekeeping staff contacted Margene and secured it. Two nights was not enough for this fabulous beach house. We cannot wait to visit again!

Perfect and right on beach

We had a great time at the house and really enjoyed that it was on the beach. It was very clean and the only issue we had was that we could never get the Wi-Fi to work which means we weren’t able to use the TVs. We love the location, which is close to stingrays in the big store.

Wedding Weekend!

The house was just as described. Awesome beach front view, (THE VIEW!) very clean, and well laid out. Me, my 2 adult daughters and my sister were in town for a very dear friends wedding. The house was very spacious and clean, featured a well-stocked kitchen with everything you might need. The directions provided were spot on for everything from getting into town to entering the property. Thank you so much Margene for being a part of an amazing weekend!

Perfect Beach Location

This is our second time staying at this property with our dogs. It was the perfect location - right on the water with an easy path to the beach. We enjoyed hanging on the deck and watching the day go by - very relaxing.

Many years ago I moved to California from Nebraska but have always missed the mid-western values and hospitality. Through the advice of my brother Mike Walz of Crystal Beach's Walz Family Builders I seized the opportunity to sell my California condominium and built on Bolivar. I appreciate the area and the hospitality. It is like coming back to my roots. I am very pleased to be able to share my home with you. I hope you enjoy it as much as I do.

Since my brother owns a home and a business in Crystal Beach I have visited many times. Each time I fell more and more in love with the area. I decided to invest my retirement money here and I can't wait to share this peaceful stress-free beach with you.

The front deck is 16' deep - 8' is covered and 8' is uncovered. Guests are able to enjoy the shade, read, sip a glass of wine or beer or tan in the sunshine. The deck which wraps around 3 sides of the house has private doors from the Master bedroom and Guest bedroom. Each has its own romantic personal space. But the most impressive thing about this home is the spectacular beach front view. The family area under the house includes an enclosed shower, bar and 2 built-in picnic tables. It is a wonderful area that will accommodate many family members and guests. Plus it offers you all the comforts of home with the additional bonus of hearing and watching the surf.
