Äskettäin uusittu Lake Front, Mountain View huippuluokan huoneisto! Laitteessa on kaikki tarvitsemasi ja täysin varustettu keittiö. Immaculate yksikkö, upeat näkymät, viihtyisä, täydellinen varustus, tyylikkäästi sisustettu, erinomainen majoitus! Yksikössä on parveke oleskelutilasta nauttiaksesi näistä kauniista näkymistä. Makuuhuoneessa on järvinäköala, ja kuningatar makuuhuoneessa on parveke vuoristonäköalalla.

Makuuhuoneessa on king-size-vuode, toisessa makuuhuoneessa on queen-size-vuode ja kolmannessa makuuhuoneessa on erilliset vuoteet, joissa kaikissa on upouudet huonekalut ja vuodevaatteet ja jokaisella on oma kylpyhuone. Kaikki kylpyhuone areetit ovat aivan uusia kaikilla uusilla putkistoilla, lattialla, kylpyammeilla / suihkuilla, lavuaareilla, wc: llä jne.

Alueen ravintolat ovat fantastisia ja kävelyetäisyydellä. Tämä on täydellinen pakopaikka talvihiihtoon, lumilautailuun ja lumikenkäilyyn talvella. Kesäaktiviteetit ovat ilmiömäisiä, kun järvi on heti yksikön takana. Pyöräilyreitti järven varrella on täydellinen kävely tai pyöräretkelle mihin tahansa lääninosaan. Vesitaksi on saatavana myös kesäisin, jolloin voit viedä pyöräsi järven yli ja sitten ajaa takaisin Friscosta. March 2025 stay

We rented Cyndi's unit for the entire month of March in order to ski at Keystone, Breck and Vail - was the perfect location to get to all the resorts - the unit was exactly as pictured, very clean and well decorated, great views, had everything we needed! we loved it - Cyndi and her husband got back to us immediately with a few small questions we had and were great to deal with. I highly recommend!!!

Exceeds expectations

I’ve stayed in Dillon and Frisco many times. This was a ski trip was 5 women for a week. This place exceeded expectations. Some of the condos near the marina can be a little dated and shabby, but this unit is nice and well maintained. The views are great on this corner unit. It was very clean. Check in was easy. Heated underground parking is a real bonus. Our group enjoyed the hot tub, which is indoors. They have a rack of hot tub towels another nice amenity. The kitchen is tiny, which seems like a typical condo design, huge bedrooms, but tiny, tiny kitchens. Anyway it is well stocked and all the appliances worked perfectly. I enjoyed walking each evening on the groomed trails on frozen lake Dillon. Easy drive to Copper and A-Basin and Breckenridge.

Terrific place to stay, great views, good location

Communication with the owners was excellent. Views of the lake and surrounding mountains awesome; especially being the end unit. Unit furnishings were very nice and comfortable. Would definitely consider staying here again.

Excellent Condo

The condo was very clean and well stocked. Pictures were accurate. An added bonus is that this condo is an end unit snd you can view the mountain range from anywhere in the kitchen and living room. Would book this condo again!

Beautiful Mountain Stay

Staying in this beautiful place is perfect from the moment you arrive and park in the underground garage. The apartment is lovely and welcoming. There is plenty of room for everyone and a nicely equipped kitchen. I am always sad to leave.

Great central location

Great location to town and ski mountains! We enjoyed having a heated garage in the cold mornings to get ourselves ready for skiing as well as a building elevator for hauling stuff between the condo and car! Lighting in the kitchen could’ve been brighter- but all in all we enjoyed our stay as a family of 5. Thank you for sharing your place.

Beautiful view!

Four senior citizens traveling together, enjoyed the spectacular views! Needed more accessible features, such as safety bars in bathrooms, firmer furniture, lower chairs at table. Would not recommend for mobility-challenged folks, but fine for the rest of you! Unit not as clean as we believe owner expected & pays for, but Cyndy extremely responsive & kind & easy to deal with!

Great views

We've stayed in several other units on this property in past years, and this one by far has the best view of the lake and surrounding area. Even while just relaxing in the living room or eating at the table you can take in scenery around you thanks to all the windows. Property is spacious and clean - it was nice having three bedroom each with their own bathroom. Check-in was simple and communication with Cyndi was quick and easy on the few occasions we needed to get in touch with her prior to our stay. Highly recommended if you're planning to visit Lake Dillon!

Fantastic stay at Lake Dillon Condo w/Views of Lake & Mountains

We truly enjoyed our stay at this Lake Dillion area condo! The bedrooms and living areas were exactly as described with plenty of ammenities to make our stay comfortable and convenient. We had plenty of kitchen supplies for meals in, and took advantage of the big-screen TVs and blue-tooth connected sound system for listening to music (as this is an end unit we didn't have to worry too much about noise in or out). Plenty of room in the bedrooms and living areas so that each of us (3 60 year-old ski dudes) had our own Bed/Bath and space to hang out. Much thanks to Cyndi for delivering a great living experience to back up 4 awesome days of skiing!

Location was perfect for my travel to 6 different ski resorts in 7 days

I have rented various homes, across various locations in Canada and the US. The location was great for skiing, shopping restaurants etc View of the lake/mountains was nice. The building itself is older and the hike down the outside hallway on the third floor to the room was precarious with some ice, indoor parking is good but the parking stalls are tiny and I had a small vehicle (Nissan rogue) The unit itself was adequate, I was expecting better from the other ratings. The master and on suite were great, the kitchen is tiny, as noted by others, but everything worked and the owners were great to deal with.

Christmas in the Rockies

My family of 4, including 2 teenagers, had a wonderful stay in this comfortable condo. The views are stunning, and I especially enjoyed the lake view. All the bedrooms were comfortable, especially since each had a private bathroom. The fireplace was a nice addition to the ambiance when we were all in the living/dining room together. I found the kitchen to be well appointed, and especially appreciated the spice rack. We even made homemade scones. One excellent addition would be a humidifier, but we ran the dryer with wet towels to help alleviate the dry winter air. (dryer vents into unit - good for winter!) The heated garage for parking was a definite plus, although the spaces are narrow and next to a cement wall. Really nice for the car to be snow free and warm when venturing out in the morning. Good location for getting to area ski resorts and Frisco. Close to grocery and just about anything else you could need while on vacation. Internet access good, even for streaming movies from Netflix. Definitely would return if ever vacation in the area again. We were thankful to have a 4WD vehicle since we did receive quite a bit of snow while there. The owner was wonderful to work with and responsive to our needs and concerned that we had a comfortable stay.

Wonderful condo for skiing in Summit County

We managed to book this condo shortly before our trip so we could avoid the need for hotel rooms for our group of 5. Cyndi provided excellent instructions for our arrival and was extremely responsive helping us resolve some minor issues over the first couple of days. Before and during our stay she responded to email messages usually within a couple of hours. The condo was clean, spacious and comfortable, and very well stocked with towels, linens and things like hand and dish soap, shampoo, facial and toilet tissue. Furnishings were excellent compared to many ski condos we have rented in the past. There was ample drawer and closet space for clothing. All rooms had individual thermostats for the baseboard heating, which was very nice, and the gas fireplace was a nice added touch. The kitchen was well equipped for all our cooking needs, and all appliances worked well. The Oster coffeemaker took some trial and error for us to figure out its basic operation, but in case this is of use to future renters, we learned that we could press the Auto On/Off button exactly 4 times to get the brew cycle to start. The electric grill on the balcony was extremely convenient and worked well. We enjoyed using the underground parking garage and the adjacent ski locker room, and in case you have a vehicle with clearance issues for the garage door as we had, the outside lot alongside the building was convenient as well, and there was never an issue finding a spot there. Last but not least, this place has fantastic views toward the mountains and Lake Dillon, and we always looked forward to the lovely sunrises. This just might be the best ski rental we have ever had, and we'd come back in a heartbeat on future trips to the Dillon area.

This is one of the best rental properties in the area because this is one of the only 3 bedroom, 3 bath lakefront, mountain view units that is the penthouse condo! Also, substantial renovations were completed in the unit in February, 2014, and outfitted beautifully. If you are looking for a top notch rental unit this is the one for you!

The lakefront views of Lake Dillon are rare because of the limited number of rentals right on the lake. This unit is definitely a gem! Not only are the lakefront views amazing, but the mountain views are stunning also!
