Hall & Oaks sijaitsee historiallisen talon ensimmäisessä kerroksessa, ja se on uudistettu ja kunnostettu paikallisen Savannah-arkkitehdin toimesta. Tunnin tyyli on pakattu tähän yhden makuuhuoneen, yhden kylpy puutarha huoneisto East Hall Street, joka voi nukkua jopa neljä Lucky vieraita.

Tilava keittiötila on kokin unelma, jossa on ruostumattomasta teräksestä valmistetut laitteet ja paljastetut tiilet ja talteenotetut puuseinät. Nauti kahvia aamiaisbaarissa tai lasillinen viiniä ruoanlaittoon illallisen aikana. Sinulla on kaikki mitä tarvitset valmistaaksesi kotitekoista ateriaa. Olet vain kahden korttelin päässä 700 Draytonista, josta löydät parhaan katkaravun ja raakakasvit kaupungissa, joten muista pysähtyä brunssille. Kroger, ainoa täydellinen ruokakauppa Historic District -alueella, mutta olet tarpeeksi lähellä kaikkia Savannahin ruokailumahdollisuuksia, ettei koskaan tarvitse kokata!

We loved this nice neighborhood and location right by Forsyth and Kroger. The place is better than in photos - it feels nice and fresh for being a lower level apartment. Good space for hanging out and nice bathroom. Easy to park right outside. The property mgmt company is super easy to contact.

What a delightful place to stay! It is centrally located so we were able to walk to all things Savannah. The place was spotless and spacious. Free on street parking was readily available. We would definitely stay here again.

We chose this location because it was close to our daughter’s dorm for SCAD move-in. The property has excellent access to SCAD buildings, historic downtown, and a grocery store. The layout was wonderful for our family of four, and we could all hang out on the sectional together in the evenings. The property was exceptionally clean and we had sufficient bedding for both beds and were very comfortable with the accommodations! The only negatives that we experienced during our stay were that the check-in process could’ve been a little bit easier. They had sent us the wrong code and we could not access entry right away after an 11pm airline flight. But the manager was quick to respond and incredibly helpful. Also, local coffee was offered for the coffee pot, but there were no filters. For a week long stay, we would’ve liked to have had an extra roll of toilet paper and extra trash bags. The dish washing detergent was a great addition. Overall, it was an excellent place to stay, and we will definitely be coming back!

Perfect for my parents

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I rented this for my parents. They are an older couple and I wanted them to have their own space, my house was full of kiddos. The location was perfect, they could walk to everything in downtown Savannah. The trolley picked up one block from the house, the coffee shop on the corner was perfect for them too. My father loved the layout of the apartment. It was warm and inviting. I can't say enough things about it. I will be renting it again when family comes to town.

Late May Stay

My wife and I spent three nights at the property in late May. The location was fantastic -- on a beautiful street of impressive historic homes close to the park and hop-on/hop-off free public shuttles and right across the street from the historic district's Kroger (We worried that might be a loud and unsightly imposition but the store's fenced parking lot is closest to the property and the actual store is set back a block, so there was nothing obtrusive about it.) Restaurants are within walking distance, many others are only a short drive away. Parking was not an issue. The “Savannah Cruzers” clear-roofed electric vehicle tour we took picked us up a block and a half from the apartment. Forsyth Park offers a farmers' market and an artists' market, on Saturdays, as well as green grass, shade, and people-watching. The apartment itself is tastefully decorated and well-maintained. The bed was firm but comfortable. There was some noise from upstairs, mainly the pitter-patter of small dog paws, but we expected that from previous reviews. Communication was great. I had to call about a wi-fi password, and that was handled quickly and effortlessly through texts. We truly enjoyed our stay and would certainly book again.

Met our basic needs, but can hear the people above you and their puppy. TV reception was spotty.Nice to have Kroger across the street, and coffee shop on corner.

Excellent place.

The master bed was a little stiff, and the place could use a wifi booster for sure (lots of buffering). But overall a really great place and I'd stay there again for sure.

Perfect location for strolling Savannah

Property was perfect for us. We stayed 3 nights but could have easily stayed a week or more. Easy parking, well supplied with coffee for first morning. Could not have been better.

The only issue is that we're told to respect our neighbors and be quiet but every single night the neighbors above us were being loud and their dogs none stop were running through the house.

A little misleading but fine for 2 quick nights stay

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Even with all windows opened and light pouring in, the house is never as lit as this photo here. We were inconvenienced because there was a terrible high sulphur water smell that penetrated the entire space when the water was run. It was apparently due to the water not being ran in a while. They offered us a 3 hour later checkout because of said inconvenience. The shower head had tons of limescale and mold mildew buildup as well. A quick bleach based cleaner would’ve solved that issue before customers arrived. This is our 3rd time staying with Lucky and this was the worst property I’ve seen, but luckily they moved quickly to resolve the main issue.

Wonderful apartment 2 blocks from Forsyth Park

Apartment was just as pictured online. Situated perfectly for exploring the Historic District on foot and in walking distance to restaurants. A Kroger grocery store is located across the street which was very convenient for purchasing snacks and bottled water. Only complaint was the smell of the water from the shower. It had a sulfur smell every time the shower was run. We were told by a local that is normal for the older homes but most have a filter to prevent it.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property's location was great, and the bed linens were a treat. However, access to the entrance (steep steps and dark entry) is tricky and would be difficult for anyone who has accessibility issues. Also, it would be nice for there to be some everyday items such as salt/pepper, tissues, coffee, pad of note paper/pen, etc. provided on arrival. We arrived late at night and had difficulty seeing the numbers on the door lock and realized the next morning that we needed to go to the nearby Kroger for coffee. Finally, we would suggest changing the location of the microwave; its location under the counter, behind the cabinet door makes it difficult to use.
