Koe paras ulkouima-asutuskeskus Rockiesin länsipuolella! Pysy kävelyetäisyydellä kaikki Bend on tarjottavanaan. Kutsumme sinut nauttimaan uusia käsityöläisen koti yksityisesti sijaitsee kahden 100 vuotta vanha Elm puita. Rakastat lattiasuunnitelmaa, jolla on yksityinen tila kaikille ... paikka, jossa pääset ylös digitaalisesti, katsella elokuvia, pelata peliä tai BBQ. Rentoudu yhdessä parvekkeella, kuistilla, patio tai kauniisti maisemoitu piha.
Koti on tilava 2350 neliömetrin kolme tarinaa. Alakerrassa isännät hyvin varustettu kahdella uuni keittiö, alas luonnos alue, ja tiskille istumatilaa 3. Lisäksi on massiivitiikkipuu pöytä mukavat istuimet 7 tai 8 henkilöä. Kulman takana on viihtyisä olohuone kaasutakka ja mukavat nahka huonekalut, uusi 40 tuuman taulutelevisio kaapeli ja WiFi koko kotiin. Lisäksi pääkerroksessa on pesutupa ja täysi kylpyamme, jonka vieressä on tilava korkea katto, kahden auton autotalli.
Kaikki kolme makuuhuonetta sijaitsevat yläkerrassa, kaksi parveketta ja ikkunoitu sisällä oleskelualue. Makuuhuoneessa on king-vuode, poreallas, suuri vaatehuone, kahvinkeitin, 40 tuuman litteä näyttö ja oma katettu kannella, joka näkyy Bendin Westside-kaupunginosassa ja ympäröivissä puissa.
Lisäksi on kaksi makuuhuonetta queen vuodetta. Yksi kuningatar huoneissa on oma pesuallas ja turhamaisuus. Näissä queen-makuuhuoneissa on täysi kylpyamme, oleskelualue ja varjoisa parveke ihailemaan
naapuruston ja kaupungin horisonttiin kahdesta kerroksesta.
Alemmalla tasolla on suuri tv, kaapeli ja wifi, suuri poikkipinta, lattialämmitys ja pehmeä matto. Lisäksi perhehuoneessa alkovi, kaksi mukavat erillistä vuodetta.
Piha on yksityinen ja aidattu. On mukava patio ruostumattomasta teräksestä kaasu BBQ, tuolit ja pöydät.
Meillä on kylpytynnyri lisämaksusta (100 dollaria). Sinun turvallisuutesi ja nautinnon vuoksi se puhdistetaan ja täytetään puhtaalla vedellä juuri ennen vierailustasi. Käytämme mahdollisimman vähän klooria, joka tuskin riittää havaitsemaan.

Beautiful Spacious home - Close to everything.

This property was absolutelty perfect. We loved it so much it was hard to get out of the house! Lots of room for everyone, had everything we needed, very clean, and also had a special note waiting for us upon arrival. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!!! Close walking distance to pretty much everything with a great backyard for relaxing. Highly suggest this space.

Beautiful home in perfect location

We had a fabulous time staying at Twin Elms & spring skiing at Bachelor. Beautifully appointed home that would comfortably accomodate large or multi-families; walking distance to many great restaurants, bars, coffee, breakfast spots plus biking, parks & river. Great house in a great location

My friends and I had a wonderful weekend in Bend and this house was absolutely perfect. Clean, welcoming, spacious and walking distance to everything. We especially enjoyed the large kitchen for cooking meals together and the outdoor space where we could relax and enjoy the hot tub. Everything about our stay was easy and wonderful. Amazing house & location!

Loved the home! Beautiful, comfortable, clean, spacious & relaxing. Excellent location! Two blocks from 10 Barrel, 5' walk to Drake Park & Good Life. The hot tub was a nice bonus after a long hike. I love that they put new water in it after every guest. My girlfriends & I will definitely be back here again! Only thing that could've made it better was if they had a few bikes to use there. Can't wait to go back!

Five stars. Location.location.location.

Very comfortable. Good beds and linens and towels. Our kids loved the hot tub. The layout of the house is family friendly. If someone wanted to escape they could go to the basement and chill. Have never experienced heated floors in a bathroom- what a treat. Easy to get to grocery stores and breweries. Only thing I would recommend is more cutting boards and a full length mirror

Amazing Bend House/Perfect Location!

Warm and inviting house - meticulously kept and in a quiet neighborhood. Easy walk to Mirror Pond, downtown area, and great food. A straight shot to Newport Market to stock the fridge with goodies for family and guests. The owners were very gracious and were responsive to questions. Loved staying here and will return if available during our stays in Bend. It was truly one of the nicest places to relax with the family and enjoy Bend! October may not be ski season but it is still lovely in Bend as the foliage is peak and it is not too crowded. Highly recommended!

Elegance, Convenience, Privacy, All Mixed Together.

We didn't even come close to filling this house, nor did we bump into each other. This house is brilliantly designed for one person or 8. The layout is designed in such a way that a group of people can rattle around and not bother one another, or they can gather in various places for times of laughter and games. We walked to many convenient locations. The beds are so comfortable.

A beautiful home in an excellent location!

What a lovely time we had sharing time with our family in this beautiful home. It was so convenient to walk or ride bikes to restaurants, downtown or The Old Mill. Comfortable beds, a well stocked kitchen and very nice furniture make the home easy to spend time in. The crystal clean hot tub was amazing early in the morning and again before bed. Additionally, we had an issue with the AC during the heat and the owners were exceptionally responsive and followed up to be sure everything was working properly! Excellent service. You won't go wrong renting this house for your vacation in Bend.

Excellent choice for Bend!

My family thoroughly enjoyed this lovely home. We are all very picky, and there were no complaints. I kept getting compliments for making such a good choice, so I thought the least I could do is write a review. The location was perfect and we walked almost everywhere. It was so clean and the pictures don't really show how beautiful it is. I loved the outdoor area and the fresh water in the hot tub. Can't think of one negative thing to say. We will be back!

Perfect place!

This house is so nice and it is in the best location. Easy walking to downtown, but there are also plenty of amenities close by without having to go downtown. The house itself was very clean, spacious, comfortable, and had everything we needed for our week’s stay. The only small issue was that the TV in the basement would not consistently connect to the WiFi so we had difficulty watching a movie in that room in the evening when we wanted to kick back after a long day. Other than that the house was perfect and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking to stay in Bend. Than you Mary and Rick!

Wonderful space allowing togetherness and separation

We stayed in this beautiful home with our son and daughter and grandchildren. We loved the space. It is decorated beautifully with lots of warm woodwork. The neighborhood is quiet. Our grandsons were able to play outside in the lovely front yard or on the fenced patio area. We cooked all of our meals at the house in the gorgeous kitchen. I picked this house because it had 3 full bathrooms, places for each person to sleep, and it’s proximity to Columbia Park so my grandsons could walk to play on the pirate ship. This home is close to everything in Bend. It only took us a few minutes to drive to Juniper Recreation Center to swim. We will definitely rent this home again if we come back to Bend

Our family of four stayed in this stunning home in March and could not have asked for a better experience. We enjoyed the comfortable beds, spacious kitchen/dining area, and the private hot tub. I like to cook and loved having an open, well appointed, clean kitchen! We also appreciated the comfortable living room furniture and gas fireplace after a full day of exploring. Rick and Mary have truly thought of everything for their rental home, down to every last detail. They were also prompt with answering a couple of last minute questions. The neighborhood is quiet and there's a playground nearby. We were able to walk to Drake Park and downtown Bend with our young children easily. It was also a quick and easy drive to Mt Bachelor. We've stayed in many VRBO's and this was truly a gem!

Love this house!!!

Almost afraid to say how much we love this house as it may get snapped up more frequently! Mary and Rick have gone to great lengths to make this place homey and comfortable. From the soft fully towels to the kitchen amenities and TWO washers and dryers this house WORKS! Plenty of both indoor and outdoor table seating makes mealtime a pleasure. The empty two car garage offers plenty of room for safe bike storage, plus the extra shelves for helmet's, etc. are a bonus. We especially like the proximity of restaurants, frozen yogurt, Drakes Park concerts and The Old Mill -- all within a couple blocks to 1 mile walking distance! This was our second time at Mary and Rick's place . . . it won't be our last =)!

Great place to stay!

This house was perfect in every way for our midweek Guys Getaway. The location is central to most anything you could be looking for. Our plan was to ski 2 days, but we got weathered out the first day. Not a problem, as our secondary mission involved visiting as many of the amazing Bend breweries as we could fit in. Again, location was great. Bend had a ton of snow on the ground(over 2 feet) so the roads in the neighborhoods were horrible, but we could walk easily to 10 Barrel and Brother Jon's(great food). Being able to get one of our vehicles in the garage was a huge plus! The house was everything we could ask for. The rooms were all very clean, and overall very comfortable. The owners were great and openly communicated everything we needed to know. We all decided that this house will be on our list the next time we visit Bend.

We are both lifelong Oregonians. We lived in Portland for many years, but visited Bend whenever we got a chance to take advantage of the great weather and outdoor activities. We enjoy hiking, biking, skiing, and kayaking.
We love the ever-changing weather, beautiful scenery, clear mountain lakes, and fresh fragrant air. Also, the small town feel but amazing entertainment, shopping, art galleries, and award winning beer and restaurants.

We began visiting Bend together in the early 80's and were always blown away by the weather, beauty and outdoor recreation. When we got the opportunity to move here in 1996, we jumped in with our two kids, 4 and 2, and embarked on the Bend adventure!
Twin Elms (as we call it) is right in the middle of everything, but on a quiet, idyllic street. Our home is easily walkable to everywhere you want to go in minutes (parks, restaurants, bakeries, cool shops, coffee etc.). Elgin Street is situated in Bend’s eclectic Westside.

We really enjoy this new topographically elevated 3 level Prairie style home. There is plenty of room to get away from each other or gather together, even if there are 8 people. It is handsomely situated between two very large 100 year old Elm trees, left over from an old mill house teardown, so it has a well established feel to it. We love sitting on the shady balcony, 2 stories up, looking out over the neighborhood and city skyline. The cool Elm canopy and the sound of the chirping birds makes this a peaceful oasis.
