Meidän 3 Palms Retreat on suuri, kauniisti suunniteltu ja sisustettu, hyväpalkkainen perääntyminen, joka on luotu häät, perhejuhlat, retriitit ja muut suuret ryhmät mielessä. Tämä hämmästyttävä merenrantahotelli, jossa on yksityinen rantahotelli, odottaa sinua ja vieraita. Se on täydellinen paikka rannalle häät, suuri Corporate Off-sivustot, perhejuhlia tai viihdyttävä suuria ryhmiä.

Meidän hiljainen kiinteistö koostuu päärakennuksesta, jossa on 3 makuuhuonetta ja 2 kylpyhuonetta sekä duplex kaksi 2 makuuhuoneen yksikköä, yhteensä 7 makuuhuonetta ja 4 kylpyhuonetta. Retkemme mahtuu jopa 16 vierasta.

Rannalla sijaitseva duplex koostuu kahdesta vierekkäisestä mökistä, jotka tarjoavat yli 2000 neliöjalkaa ylellistä tilaa yhdessä. Päärakennus tarjoaa 1500 m².

Jokaisessa yksikössä Persianlahden etupäässä kaksi makuuhuonetta, yksi kylpyhuone, täysin varustettu keittiö, aamiaishuone, oleskelutila ja kaunis kuisti, jossa voit nauttia näkymistä.

Keittiössä kussakin yksikössä on varustettu graniittiset työtasot, ruostumattomasta teräksestä valmistetut laitteet, mukaan lukien sileä top-uuni, kaunis ruokailuryhmä ja kaikki laitteet ja välineet, joita voisimme ajatella. Löydät kaiken mitä tarvitset gourmet-perheen aterian tai rento yö sisään.

Jokainen olohuone on tilava ja siinä on suuri taulutelevisio, mukavat istuimet ja näkymät rannalle.

Kaikissa huoneissa on queen-size-vuode ensimmäisessä makuuhuoneessa ja kaksi erillistä vuodetta toisessa makuuhuoneessa. Jokaisessa makuuhuoneessa on merinäköala. Yhteensä 4 makuuhuonetta ja 2 kylpyhuonetta. Suuri setti perhejärjestelyille. Kaikki huoneet on kalustettu kauniisti, ja niissä on hienot lakanat ja kodikkaat vuodevaatteet.

Päärakennuksessa on 3 makuuhuonetta ja 2 kylpyhuonetta. Tässä kauniissa kodissa on keittiö, ruokailutila ja oleskelualue. Kaikissa huoneissa on king-size-vuode. Nauti puhtaasta ylellisyydestä tässä Intian kalliovuorten rannassa sijaitsevassa yksityisessä hotellissa.

Monikulttuurisella lomakeskuksillamme on yksityinen pääsy upealle rannalle ja paljon tilaa levitettäväksi. Monet perheistä, joilla on tapaamisia, rakastavat yhdessä, mutta haluavat omat tilansa ja tämä ominaisuus tarjoaa juuri sen! Jos sinulla on tarpeeksi tilaa tehdä siitä nautinnollisempi kaikille.

I was amazingly surprised! Perfect! Spitting distance to the ocean! The best accommodations I’ve ever experienced at the beach! Clean as a pin! Couldn’t ask for a more remote and private area!!! The Three Palms are perfectly placed for sun and shade during the day! INCREDIBLE!

Girls week 2024

What an awesome week we had- there are a couple of quirks that we had to overcome- washer and dryer in one unit in the bedroom, light switches in the main house bedrooms control each others lights, no dressers to put clothes in. The property was clean, decently stocked kitchens and amazing outdoor space (which is what you really want at the beach!!) Thank you for hosting us!!

Family Paradise

This property was good for a large family or group. It provided everybody with space for their own family, while staying all on the same property and enjoying the same amenities. The location was ideal. The bonfire pit right on the beach was an added bonus I would highly recommend.

For example, the faucet in the bathroom had almost a drip instead of a stream of water. Basic cable not included! A hundred reminders to only put bathroom tissue in the toilet, but not one word about TV not working!

We mostly all hung out at the 2 beachfront units which housed the younger generations and the 3 older couples could retreat to the back location for some quite time and relaxation! Everything was clean and in perfect working order and exactly as described! Would definitely stay here again!

Recommend

The condos were great other than the main house air conditioning was unbearably hot ; the room temp was 86 in the daytime and 78 at night , it was very difficult for 3 couples to sleep ; the A/C unit desperately needs replacing ; the front 2 condos cooled normally ; we would love to rent again next year if the A/C gets fixed

Great Beach House for Family Vacation

Loved 3 Palms Retreat. Stayed there for a week with our 4 children and their families. Really enjoyed being right on the beach. We swam, watched spectacular sunsets from the deck, caught some waves, saw dolphins, found sand dollars and played in the sand. Used the gas grill and enjoyed many meals right on the large table on the back deck with perfect Gulf views. We were close enough to wave to adults on beach to hand off grandkids. Recommend walking over to French Bakery for treats, breads and breakfast. Also enjoyed walking to Beach Waves Grill. Definitely one of our favorite family vacations!! Hope to come back.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our women’s hockey team has stayed her for the past 2 years while playing in an over 50 tourney! While we don’t win a lot of games, we always score with this incredible place to stay- swimming in the beautiful, warm gulf, taking long walks on fine, sandy beaches, breezy screen porch naps with a view, and ending with a spectacular sunset each night. Units are well equipped, including some nice upgrades this year, and the property manager is highly supportive and responsive.

Great beachfront property

Very convenient and beautiful setting for us. Bathrooms are tiny (door doesn’t even open completely) and one didn’t have a sink. Showers are old. Outside table was very dirty (I’m sure from weather) but there were no cleaning products and no broom to sweep sand. Remedied very quickly the next day by management company dropping off both items (new brooms) the next day to all 3 units. Biggest disappointment was no beach chairs, nor umbrella. Not everyone is able to sit on the sand comfortably and in the sun. Plenty of sand toys for the kids. Overall was a great place for all of us to be together, but also private accommodations.

Was great location and view

Overall, was a very great experience. I was very unhappy that the location was not clean when we got there. There was no one there even cleaning and we got there. Only a half hour prior to our check-in time. Housekeeping was very cooperative and we were told that they were called off the job to go clean a different location. mini updates need done on the house and we were very unhappy to find out that there was not a washer and dryer in the main house where we were told there was. We had children and teenagers with us so I had to do a lot of laundry. But overall we love the house.
