The "Hochsitz" is a family-friendly holiday accommodation for 2-4 people with two bedrooms, a modern shower room, and Wi-Fi. The entire property was lovingly renovated for the 2025 season and features high-quality furnishings in natural wood design. This apartment impresses with its ambiance, including a covered panoramic balcony, shared garden, shared outdoor pool, and sauna. The apartment is located in a quiet hillside location in Schwalefeld, offering panoramic views of the Upland mountains. Situated on a secluded hillside, the apartment is one story downhill from the street.

Attention - important information for clubs!!! Regarding Willingen's party tourism, we would like to point out that we value sophisticated guests and do not welcome or tolerate "excessive socializing" - such as parties, loud music, and other boisterous celebrations, both indoors and outdoors! If you enjoy yourself in the bars and restaurants, but behave appropriately in the apartment and show consideration for the neighbors, you are welcome guests. We ask for an objective self-assessment as to whether you are a good fit for us. Please also be sure to observe Section 12 of our Terms and Conditions!
No rentals to pure party clubs, stag or hen parties, "social" sports clubs, or twenty-something groups under 30 years of age!

House Rules/Price Information:

Deposit & Payment Conditions:
A general deposit of €200 is charged for this property.

The deposit must be transferred 14 days before arrival along with the final payment and will be returned to you within seven to ten business days after departure.

Additional Price Information:
All basic prices are based on 4 people and include bed linen (ready made beds), towels, and final cleaning. You can also use the heated outdoor pool free of charge during the summer months and the sauna year-round.


Please be sure to observe the following information:

1. When making inquiries and bookings, please avoid arrivals and departures on Saturdays, as we don't want to "stretch up" weekends with high demand. Therefore, please arrive on Friday or Sunday instead of Saturday.

For arrivals/departures on Saturdays, we charge a surcharge of €90, which is not shown in the price calculator!

2. We cannot offer discounts for Sunday-to-Sunday bookings, as cleaning staff receive a 100% wage premium for Sunday and public holiday work, as required by collective agreements. This means: For Sunday-to-Sunday bookings, we always charge the base price per night specified for the respective season multiplied by 7, even though the price calculator may calculate a discount.

Further exceptions for arrivals/departures:
Ski Jumping: Arrival only possible Thursdays/Fridays (no arrival on Saturdays).
Carnival: Arrival only possible Thursdays/Fridays (not Saturdays, Sundays, or Shrove Mondays).
Easter: Arrival only until Maundy Thursday (arrival on Good Friday only possible with a 9-night booking).
Easter: Arrival not possible on Easter Saturday, Easter Sunday.
Easter: Departure not possible on Good Friday, Easter Saturday, or Easter Sunday.
Whitsun: Arrival Thursdays/Fridays. (Arrival on Whit Saturday is only possible with a minimum booking of 8 nights)
Whitsun: No arrival/departure on Whit Sunday possible!
Christmas holidays: No departure on December 24th, 25th, 26th, 31st, and New Year's Day.

You will receive the binding total price from us with your inquiry or booking via email. When booking, you can withdraw from the contract upon receipt of the reservation confirmation if you do not agree to the final price.

All prices include a tourist tax of currently €2 per person per night for guests aged 15 and over (as of 2024).

Payment conditions:

· 20% deposit within one week of receiving the booking confirmation.
· The remaining payment is due 14 days before arrival.
· For short-term bookings less than 21 days in advance, the entire amount must be transferred immediately within 24 hours of receiving the booking confirmation.
· Cash payments on site are not possible!
