San Remo 402, 3/3 päivitetyillä olo- ja ulkokalusteilla. Upea näköala !!

UUSI uusittu - uudet kalusteet, maalit ja vuodevaatteet vuoden 2018 alkupuolella. Katso hiljattain päivitetyt kalusteet, uudet kauniit uudet lattiahuoneet makuuhuoneissa, hauska uusi kerrossänky ja paljon muuta perheesi parhaalle San Remon lomalle.

Olitpa 2 tai 8 perheenjäsen, San Remo 402 täyttää kaikki tarpeesi loistavaa lomaa varten. Istumalla kannella aikaisin aamulla aamiaisella tai illalla lasillisella viiniä katsellen auringonlaskua, tunnet olosi rentoksi ja tyytyväiseksi elämään. Ruoanlaitto jengeille, keittiössä on kaikki tarvitsemasi esineet ruoanlaittamiseksi haluamallasi tavalla, mutta älä unohda alueen upeita ravintoloita - meitä on kutsuttu Kaakkois-alueen NAPA: ksi kaikille hienoille ruokailutiloillemme .. Ota nukkumaan, uudet sängyt toivottavat sinut tervetulleeksi saamaan tarvittavan maksun, juuri sen, mitä etsit. Rannalla, uima-altaalla tai sisäpuolella tämä on perheloma parhaimmillaan!
Olemme iloisia, että harkitset San Remo 402: ta jakamaan muistojasi perheellesi ja odotan innolla jakoa kotiamme kanssasi. Olemme asettaneet sen kaikkiin tarpeisiisi:
• Ystäväsi rannalla -yhteys on paikallinen omistajakumppani ja on siellä avuksesi, johon sisältyy ilmainen sovellus “YFAB”, joka antaa sinulle kaikki condo-tiedot ja mitä hauskalla 30A-alueella tapahtuu.
• Tilava olohuone, UUSI sohva ja rakkausistuin 2018 ja UUSI taulutelevisio DVD: llä - laaja valikoima kirjoja, pelejä ja DVD-levyjä.
• Hyvin varusteltu keittiö graniittiset työtasot erityisiä perheen aterioita varten. UUSI ruokapöytä ja tuolit vuonna 2018.
• Makuuhuoneessa king size-vuode, päivitetty kylpyhuone, peilattu poreallas. Korkeat langat, 100% puuvillaa ja pörröiset pyyhkeet. Erillinen suihku. Uusi taulutelevisio ja DVD. Täydellinen häämatka tai vuosipäivän retriitti!
• Toisessa makuuhuoneessa king-size-vuode, oma kylpyhuone, kylpyamme / suihku. Taulutelevisio ja DVD.
• Kolmas makuuhuone, jossa kerrossänky - UUSI vuonna 2018 - TÄYSIN kokoinen sänky alaosassa, erillinen parivuode yläosassa ja bonusvuode .. Viereinen kylpyhuone. Taulutelevisio ja DVD. LASTEN UUDELLEEN! Kaikki uudet lattiat kaikissa makuuhuoneissa.

Beautiful location but condo needs a little TLC

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We love San Remo. The grounds are kept very nice and the beach, of course, is AMAZING! I do have to say that condo (402) has deteriorated somewhat. Cleanliness isn’t what it was in the past, the mattresses are extremely uncomfortable, and master bath cabinets and seals around shower are in disrepair.

Location over luxury

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: In visiting 30A beaches for the last 20 years, this was by far the most expensive rental I have booked. It was lovely, but for over $500 a night I would have expected the hot tub to be working (our two teenage nieces chose this rental BASED ON it having a hot tub and it was roped off the whole time) and that I wouldn't have to clean the previous visitor's hair balls off of the master shower walls. We only had two days on the beach and all of the communications we received stated we'd have our chairs and umbrella set up and labeled...the first day there was nothing set up with our number, so we were stuck in a spot jammed between 4 others and away from the water, and then after talking to the chair guy that day we were assured they'd have a spot for us the next day. We came out the next morning and there was no setup for our number, and we were lucky enough to be able to sit in another spot because those people never came out for their chairs. We thought the amount of money we spent was commensurate with a truly lovely experience, so these were disappointing surprises.

Fantastic Property in Prime Location

We had a fantastic stay at this property! The location was perfect, and the condo was spotless and beautifully appointed. We loved the fact that it had two king-sized beds, which made it comfortable for our family, and the large couch was great for family movie nights. The pool was lovely, and having private beach access was a huge plus. The included beach chairs were a nice touch as well! Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and we will definitely be back. Highly recommend!

Lovely Stay with a Few Minor Issues

The accommodations were lovely, and the balcony and view were spectacular. Traveling with an infant, we had to contact the property manager about some items that were supposed to be included at the property when we arrived, but were not. They immediately resolved the issue. However, I had one concern regarding the common areas. For some reason, the pool was not cleaned the weekend that we left, and there was residue in the pool.

We appreciated the dishwasher detergent and laundry detergent. Nice to not have to worry about that. My friend at the beach has been our favorite condo management company. Your cleanliness is the best! I do think the condo needs a little updating. One of the mattresses had a big dip in it.

Family 30A Vacation

The unit was spacious both inside and out. We especially loved the balcony and wonderful view of the gulf. Honestly, the pics on the site of the beach seem like it’s further away...and it’s actually much closer. The unit was stocked with essentials and had every convenience. We walked to dinners in each direction and never needed a car, even with a baby. The beach service was a perfect complement to the nice resort. Thank you YFAB for the towel, the tumblers and the bottle of Prosecco. These nice touches are always appreciated. We’ll be back!

Great week at the beach!

We loved the welcome gift, and I especially appreciated that so much was supplied for us. We had extra trash bags, hand soap, laundry detergent, even a good starter supply of toilet paper. My kids loved the bunk room. My only complaints were with the bed in the master (mattress was unsupportive and aggravated a back condition I have) and the TV in the master bedroom. The tv froze constantly. It was unwatchable. I’m not sure if it’s the cable or the wifi, but it was the biggest complaint we have about the unit. The view from the balcony can’t be beat!

Wonderful week on 30A

Little things were done that exceeded our expecations. We received a phone call when the unit was available a few hours early. Gifts including a bottle of wine and a beach towel welcomed us to the unit. The condo was exceptionally clean. The kitchen was well stocked including two types of coffee makers. When we had an A/C issue on night, the HVAC service was onsite and had the repair completed within a few hours. We enjoyed the location of San Remo. Easy access to Goatfeathers seafood market and the restaurants in Gulf Place. Highly recommend Your Friends at the Beach.

San Remo 2023

We loved the property, this is our second year to stay. The view was better this year, last year we looked at the beautiful Italian style home. The living room and porch furnishings were not great, but with small children we didn’t have to worry about ruining it. The gates to the pool area needs repair, our 2 year old got through it.

Beautiful beach, condo could be better

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The beach was amazing. The furniture in the condo needs to be updated ASAP. The couch and chair were so worn and stained, we put sheets over the furniture. The primary bedrooms bed frame was metal and loose. Every time someone moved, it would bang against the wall. Please note. Any bedrooms on the pond side will be VERY loud due to the frogs. It was often hard to sleep because of it. The pool lights were out Sunday-Wednesday and it was completely dark so we did not take the kids for a usual “night swim.” We would not stay here again because of these reasons.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall we had a great experience our first time at San Remo. The views were beautiful and the location was perfect. We loved the convenience of being able to move from the beach, to the pool and to our room within 5 minutes. We loved being able to walk to local restaurants and shops. For our condo, we would suggest black out curtains for the two front rooms and another set of beach chairs for a total of 4 for the week. For the property, we were disappointed with the grill area as our families love to grill out during vacation.

Beautiful property

Reviewer Comments: San Remo is a beautiful property that is well maintained, has a nice pool and hot tub, an easy beach access, and has an excellent onsite manager. The Gulf view from union 402 is great. The unit itself is well stocked and comfortable. The furnishings are; however, dated and worn. The return air vent was very dusty and had not been cleaned. 2 of the 3 bedroom floors had gaps in the flooring where sections had been removed. This created a toe stubbing risk and we had to buy a throw rug to cover the worst areas.The living area carpet was quite worn. Overall, a very pleasant stay but would recommend upgrades to the unit as noted.

Great condo

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Enjoyed this condo. Great sunset view! Clean, very good amnesties, plenty of space.

October 2022 Stay

We absolutely loved our visit to San Remo. The property had the perfect location. Both restaurants and beach were easy to access. The unit was roomy enough and we loved the big balcony and the view. Three full bathrooms were very helpful. We cooked our meals “at home” most of the time and we had what we needed. The pool was beautiful, although cold. We definitely hope to return.

September 2022 Stay

We love the location and the view. The beach is beautiful and chair service is great. The unit itself is looking worn and could use an overall refresh. Basic needs are met as far as cooking. Although pots and pans are on their last leg. This was the first year we did not see any on-site daily maintenance (ex pool being cleaned, halls/ elevators). The neighbors smoked weed the week we were there and it made its way through the vents. So we had the MJ aroma wafting though the air, which is not exactly what I want my family breathing. After many years enjoying this place, we will probably move on to a different property next time.

Great place to stay

San Remo was so nice. Lovely view of ocean with pool and hot tub.

Great Vacation Spot

We enjoyed our trip to San Remo. The condo was comfortable and had a great view. We will definitely come back.
