Olemme ilo ilmoittaa, että Village Walk Phase 1 -allas on nyt lämmitetty!
Tule pelaamaan Blue Hawaiian Beach -talomme! Kun kävelet tähän kotiin, tunnet olosi lomallesi. Kirkkaat, hauskat värit ja paljon luonnollista valoa toivottavat sinut tervetulleeksi. Pohjapiirros suunniteltiin antamaan sinulle hyvät tilat nauttia ajasta. Avoin keittiö, olohuone ja ruokasali on täydellinen tapaamispaikka perheen illalliselle ja jopa elokuvayölle mukavalla taulutelevisiolla. Ruokapöydässä on 12 isoa perhettä. Master-sviitti sijaitsee ensimmäisessä kerroksessa ja siinä on king-size-vuode. Siellä on kolme makuuhuonetta ja toisessa kerroksessa myös toinen Master Suite. Kaikissa neljässä makuuhuoneessa on oma kylpyhuone ja tv. Toisella mestarilla on kuningas sekä oma kylpyhuone, minijääkaappi, viininjäähdytin ja kahvipannu. Tämä sviitti voidaan lukita pois muusta kodista. Kolmas makuuhuone sarja kerrossänkyä, joissa pohjassa täysi ja kaksoset yläosassa. Neljännessä makuuhuoneessa on kuningatar ja tarvittaessa ylimääräistä tilaa pakkaamiseen. Koti tarjoaa monia lisäominaisuuksia, kuten kattokannen, josta on upeat näkymät auringonlaskuun. Family beach trip

Stayed at the beautiful Blue Hawaiian for 7 days 4 adults, 3 children and a dog The house is beautiful and spacious, plenty of room for everyone The kitchen was functional with plenty of pots and pans Regular drip coffee maker and Keurig Washer and dryer downstairs and up We hosted family dinners there multiple nights with plenty of room Side notes that have been in previous reviews Beds are very low to the ground Mattresses are firm/hard Family room couches are also very low and firm Pantry staples are nonexistent so if you cook you’ll need to bring every thing Same with the paper products The upstairs is like a mother in law suite with a small kitchenette Bunk room for the kids upstairs and a wonderful covered porch Each bedroom has its own bathroom with is awesome We love the Village walk, have stayed there for years, this has been our favorite place Our only negative experience was a rowdy college crowd next door that was partying all night

We were so pleased upon entering at how clean the rental was. That isn’t always the case at a beach property by it was spotless. Kudos to the cleaning force. The kitchen had everything you would need to make a nice meal , the beds were comfortable and the property itself was nicely maintained. There are even two sets of washers and dryers !t was close proximity to the pool and had plenty of parking. Just a short golf cart ride to the beach. Pet friendly. Could not have asked for more.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property was very nice and perfect for our needs. The Village Walk was gated and had great access to the beach. We had two issues during our stay. We found blood stains on one set of sheets which tainted our view of the beautiful house. The sheets were hospital grade, beware of that. The second issue was many of the dishes and silverware we tried to use were dirty with food caked on them, right out of the cabinet and silverware drawer. We did complain and they sent someone with another set of hospital sheets, but we just rewashed all the dishes. We did find a few roaches but not an infestation. Overall the property was nice and with these fixes would have been perfect.

The house was overall pretty good and spacious. Great location and not too far away from the beach. We had some issues checking in and staying there, but Port A escapes helped resolve them.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We recently stayed at the Blue Hawaiian over sand fest. The house is so spacious! We had 6 adults and 5 kids. There was plenty of beds for everyone and a table big enough for all of us. The kitchen is well stocked and has anything you could need. The rooms are spacious and beds were comfortable. They could use a few more pillows- kings only had 2. My only real complaint is the floors. By the end of the first night (pre beach) my feet were black. This could be a port a thing as everywhere we have stayed has had the same issue. This issue is small enough that this will be back to stay again! Oh and the pool is heated to the point you could just walk right in.

There were things that needed attention, these were minor maintenance issues and Port A escapes responded to our calls. Living room furniture was not very comfortable. I am not a tall person and found the low furniture very uncomfortable. If your under 5 ft tall you might like it.

Spring Break Fun!

We’ve rented numerous times in Village Walk. Great location in a safe, gated community. This is the first time we’ve stayed in the Blue Hawaiian rental…now one of our favorites. Fun beach decor, great layout with a master on the main floor, well appointed….would definitely rent again.

Pros: The home accommodated all of us well with plenty of bathrooms and a place to put our beach supplies. The kitchen was well-appointed, and the table and living room worked well for a large group. The kids really enjoyed the pool, and the upstairs covered porch was really pleasant.Cons: The rental company provided us with exactly 3 dishwasher tabs (for 3 meals a day for 11 people), so we had to run to the store for more. We brought our own shampoo, soap, and laundry detergent since those were listed as not included. I was under the impression from the description that the beach was within walking distance. It's not- you could walk there, but not easily and certainly not with kids and supplies. Also the grill is not gas, it's charcoal, and you will need to dispose of your own coals after using. The beds were ok for 3 nights- very low and very cushy, but there were not any extra blankets or pillows.Overall I would certainly stay here again, but I would bring more of my own supplies from home and expect to rent a golf cart or a car to the beach.
