Time Out of Time on ihastuttavan viihtyisä guesthouse, joka on piilossa hiljaisella Forest Streetin mäntyillä. Minuutin päässä Persianlahdesta ja vain muutaman askeleen päässä Länsi-puoli-altaalta, tämä yhden makuuhuoneen piilopaikka on vain kahdelle.
Ensimmäisessä kerroksessa on queen-vuode ja kylpyamme (vain suihku) sekä pinottu pesukone / kuivaaja kaapissa. Kierreportaat johtaa toisessa kerroksessa, jossa on olohuone, joka avautuu pieni parveke, jossa voit nauttia Gulf tuulta. Siellä on myös ruokailutila kahdelle ja täysin varustettu keittiö, johon pääsee päämajaan yhdistävälle laskeutumisalueelle.
Helppokäyttöiseksi, on ulkona suihku. Lisävaihtoehtoja varten päärakennus, ajaton, voidaan vuokrata 4 makuuhuoneen mökinä. Kierreportaiden turvallisuuden vuoksi alle 5-vuotiaat lapset eivät sovi.

Weekend Get Away

We made last minute plans to get away for a long weekend. We found this little cottage perfect for 2 people and a short walking distance to the beach, pools, and the Seaside shops and resturants. It was very affordable and fit our needs perfectly. The check in process was easy. Information was provided ahead of time and no time was wasted getting settled in. I recommend the property.

Perfect little carriage house!

Beautiful space in the best location

We LOVED our stay at time out of time! My husband and 7 month old were looking for a short getaway and we can’t say enough good things about this spot! It was beautifully decorated and located in the best spot - an easy walk into seaside, watercolor, beach, and right across the street from the pool! The hosts were fantastic accommodating an early check in and left a sweet welcome bag with complimentary towels and wine! We had such a lovely time and will be returning to this spot many times in the future! :)

I wish i had rented a car to get to the grocery store so I could cook more at home. The local market was not enough. If we arrived on Saturday we could have bought most of the food at the market which was excellent! I would return no question!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our first stay in this property. We did not stay for an extended period, so it met all of our needs. If we had stayed for a week or more and planned on cooking or needing to store a significant amount of luggage it may have been a tight squeeze, but it was great for a shorter stay. And it was, without a doubt, the best bed we’ve had on a visit to Seaside! So comfortable, located in a very quiet corner, and the room stayed dark, allowing for a great nights sleep on vacay. Also, so close to the family pool, which we loved for the double red flag beach day at the end of our trip. Just as a helpful tip, it may be a good idea to clean the properties air vents.

Location was perfect

We LOVED the location! One downside is that google maps posts a walking map with a cut-through on the property in order to access Seaside from Watercolor. Some spring break youths broke the gate at the neighbor's property. Another time I was sitting outside and just looked up and there was a guy standing there! He did apologize, but still...it caught me off-guard! Another negative is the ice-maker never worked. We didn't report it, and just bought ice. There are no dressers or closets for your clothes, so it's a little tight. We put my suitcases and bags under the stairs and my husband had his stuff in the bedroom. The TVs are TEENY so we used our I-pad or laptop to watch shows. TBH, we never even turned them on! With the negatives listed, we would STILL definitely stay there again!
