Ympäröi itsesi kauneudessa ja ylellisyydessä 5 makuuhuoneessa (nukkuu 15), 5 kylpy, 4000 neliömetrin kodissa tavaramerkkiyhteisössä. Saa veren virtaamaan ennen kuin osut rinteille lyhyen kävelymatkan päässä Winter Park Resortista ja askeleen päässä ilmaisesta bussipysäkistä.

Tämä on täydellinen après-kohde avoimella pohjapiirroksella ja upeilla näkymillä vuorelle olohuoneen, ruokasalin ja oleskelutilan lattiasta kattoon ulottuvilla ikkunoilla. Olohuoneessa on katedraali katot, altistuvat puun palkit, kivi takka, iso oleskelutila, ja 50 "HD-taulutelevisio tilaäänen. Kokin keittiö on graniittiset ja kaasuliesi joka avautuu ruokailutila, joka mukavasti mahtuu 10. Tämän lisäksi on rec huone biljardipöytä, baarikeittiö ja toinen oleskelualue. Ei sänky kaikille tässä huoneisto! Master Sviitissä on king-size-vuode, takka ja kylpyhuone, jossa poreallas ja erillinen suihku. Toinen Master Suite on queen-vuode, takka ja liitteenä kylpy poreallas ja erillinen suihku. Makuuhuone 3 on king-vuode liitetty kylpyamme / suihku yhdistelmä, ja Makuuhuone 4 on king-vuode amme / suihku yhdistelmä vieressä. Ylisuuria kerrossänky huoneessa on 2 sarjaa yhden kerrossänky, ja kolmas kerrossänky queen pohjassa ja yksi päälle. On täysi kylpy amme / suihku yhdistelmä vieressä. Jokaisessa huoneessa on taulutelevisio ja kerrossänky huone TV on koukussa kanssa Wii ja Xbox 360.

Winter Park Resort, Yhdysvaltain suosituin hiihtokeskus, on tänään Pohjois-Amerikan nykyinen paras hiihtokeskus. Se on Denverin lähin suuri vuoristokohde ja yksi halutuimmista Ikon Pass -kohteista!

We loved staying here. The house was well stocked with great spaces for the family and time with friends. Highly recommend if you are with a group in Winter Park.

Great Christmas

Plenty of room for teens and adults for a Christmas ski vacation! Extremely well stocked condo. Loved that everything was on a single floor. Location was great, with the quick shuttle to the base area just down the road.

Perfect Location

You are wowed from the moment you drive up. Condo is gorgeous and the view is unbelievable. This is the perfect location to skiing and the village. It is walkable, but the shuttle runs every ten minutes just right outside the units, and total ride time is about 2 minutes. The owner and host go over and beyond with communication and providing, stocking, every item needed from the kitchen to the laundry room and baths. All of the beds are super comfortable. It also has a garage which is a big plus in the winter. So many things to do close by for kids and families. Highly recommend!

Larger than a house

Gorgeous home, with everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay. The views of the ski slopes are breathtaking. The condo is huge with great privacy for all 5 bedrooms. most of which have a fireplace and attached bathroom.

Great Holidays

The place is great. Exactly as described. It is close enough to walk to slopes with easy bus or drop/off access. Our family enjoyed the options of skiing, hanging out, or just relaxing. House has everything one needs. We stayed 22 days and would come back again.

Lots of room!

We had 6 adults and 5 kids and this home was perfect for us! Kids loved the bunk room, dads loved the pool table. It’s within walking distance to Winter Park village, which has lots of fun activities in the summer and many delicious food options. We did several close by hikes! Just a great family get away!

50th Anniversary Celebration

I can’t say enough great things about this property! It was perfect for our group of 13, ranging from 10 years old to 72! We were celebrating my parents 50th anniversary, and everyone loved the property and the location. Highly recommend for people of all ages and interests from golf to fishing to hiking and just relaxing at the condo.

Very Satisified!

Very satisfied! Fifteen (15) of us. Ages from 8 to 70’s. Clean, comfortable, plenty of bathrooms, plenty of space, great location, garage for two cars, kitchen had everything we needed. Maybe needs a little more gusto from showers. All of us had loads of praise for this property!

Winterpark 2022

The property was ideal for our group of 11. The place was very well supplied with everything. All the bedrooms had plenty of space and the great room is very welcoming and comfortable. Everyone loved the layout of the unit and especially the AWESOME views from the great room to the rec room. We had a great time and would definitely rent this unit again.

Exceeded our expectations!

Perfect location with incredible views from every window! Excellent layout - between the living room, kitchen/dining and game room, our extended family of 12 (all adults - youngest is 20 yrs old) never felt cramped. Kitchen had everything we needed (and more!) to make big meals each night. The attached parking garage with elevator made it so easy to unload luggage, equipment and groceries during our stay. Owners have thought of every detail to make it a wonderful vacation home.

Incredible experience!

The pictures do NOT do it justice! Incredibly spacious and everyone had plenty of room! Amazing location and we saw several moose from the deck! I would highly recommend it!

This was our third time staying at Dan's place. It meets all our needs.

We love Dan's place. The lay out is perfect for a group. There is plenty of room to spread out and still feel like a part of the action if you wish.

Coronavirus sabatoges vacation but owner and manager were wonderful to help us work through issues

Our March 14-21 2020 dream vacation became a nightmare because of the coronavirus pandemic. VRBO asks me to rate all areas of our stay, but we were never able to use the property due to quarantines, pre-existing health conditions, doctor orders, travel advisories, closure of ski resorts (including Winter Park the day our reservation began), followed by closures of all non essential businesses. In spite of our huge disappointment (along with everyone on the planet), we want to extend our most sincere thanks and gratitude to VRBO, owner Dan, and manager Anne for being fair, prompt, and easy to work with. These are unprecedented times, and they rose to the occasion. Great people! We will book again in a happier, healthier time. I had to rate all areas in order to submit this review, so it gets a 5 from me!! Thanks to all!!! Kris K

Beware of the unethical, dishonest owner and management

To be fair, the property itself has a good location and decent layout. Unfortunately dealing with the owner and the property manager had turned out to be a very unpleasant experience. They attempted to gouge the price during booking; failed to ensure the unit was clean and appliances were in working order; made wild claims of damages they were responsible for, and withheld the entire damag deposit without providing any written cost estimate. There were warning signs of questionable ethical behavior at the time of the booking that we shouldn’t have ignored. We sent out a request to book in May for our Christmas stay. The owner did not respond and let the request expire. He then raised the rate when we sent out a second request. After consulting with VRBO, we were told that raising rates after a request is received is not allowed on the platform. After confronting the manager with the VRBO rules, they finally agreed to honor the original rate. Upon our arrival, we were greeted by a life-sized butler mannequin by the door. Everyone was taken aback by this creepy-looking figure – he belonged in a haunted house and had no place in a family vacation home. We promptly covered his head with a blanket before he terrorized the children in the group. Unfortunately he “came back” to haunt us later in the stay. As we walked through the unit, we were surprised and appalled upon the discovery of a pile of animal feces on the balcony. This property was advertised as “pet-free”, we had no idea how did the animal feces end up there. Later that night, our friends staying in the master suite tried to turn on the fireplace in the room, nothing happened. Assuming the fireplace was not working, they pulled the pillows off of the bed and went to sleep. During the night, they were woken up by the smoke and realized the fireplace had turned on sometime during the night and one of the pillows close to the fireplace had caught on fire. They pulled the pillow away from the fireplace and put out the fire. The amber got on the carpet and caused a quarter-sized dark stain. The maintenance technician came out the next day and confirmed that the fireplace was not working properly. While it is the owner’s responsibility to ensure the property is clean and safe, Dan refused to take any responsibility and placed the entire blame on the guests. He made outrageous claims of costly repair without ever providing any written cost estimate. We hope our experience serves as a warning..

Great condo, lots of space

We stayed here for Spring Break - 3 families, 14 people total. We had plenty of space and loved the single-story floor plan. It's an easy walk to the shuttle route. We definitely recommend this for large groups / multiple families.
