Vuonna 2014 rakennettu 6 tähden platinamökki toivottaa sinut tervetulleeksi täydelliseen rentoutumiseen ylellisyydestä, johon kuuluu ammattitaitoinen henkilökunnan palvelut, upeat näkymät ja 5 minuutin kävelymatka Pedregalin yksityiselle rannalle.

Villa Veranza on Villa Andaluza vrbo no. 129608.

Tyynenmeren näkymät ovat runsaat tästä upeasta 5 tasosta, 7 400 neliön jalka kiinteistö sijaitsee hyväpalkkainen yhteisö Pedregal. Villa sijaitsee kukkulan rinteellä ja siinä on 15 "katto, kahdeksan yksilöllisesti sisustettua sviittiä, joissa kaikissa on oma kylpyamme sisätiloissa / ulkosäilyttimissä, marmoriset lavuaarit, ylimääräiset viimeistelyt, Cal. king-vuoteet, satelliitti-tv (DVR & äänijärjestelmät) sekä maailmankuvan näkymät!

Päätasolla on avoin viihdyttävä tila olohuoneessa ja gourmet-keittiössä. 70-tuumainen teräväpiirtotelevisio, stereoäänentoisto, Wi-Fi, biljardipöytä ja antelias istuimet koko! Gourmet-keittiö, jossa on huippuluokan laitteet, viinijääkaappi, 14 hengen istuimet ja runsaasti mukavuuksia, voit nauttia oman ammattitaitoisen kokin kulinaarisesta taiteesta (sisältyy yöpymiseen)!

Talon hierontapalveluihin perustettu kylpylähuone antaa ryhmälle mahdollisuuden nauttia hieronnasta murto-osalla ulkokylpylästä! Vuodesta hierontapöytä ottaa vain muutaman askeleen rentouttava poreallas yksityisen kannen näkymät valkoisen veden rannalle! Ilmainen kuntosali pääsee Pedregalin kylpylään.

Nauti panoraamanäkymistä Tyynen valtamerelle, kun viihdyt ulkona yli 3000 neliöjalkaa kannet ja terassit. Ryhmänne ihastuttaa tilava infinity-allas, poreallas, ulkokeittiö, jossa on BBQ, katettu ruokailutila, 46 "ulkotuote, sohvat ja lepotuoleja.

Ammattimaisen henkilökunnan palvelut koostuvat concierge / kiinteistönomistajasta, ammattitaitoisesta kulinaarisesta kokitilasta ja päivittäisestä siivousmaksuista, jotka kaikki sisältyvät yöpymiseen. Meillä on ilo olla yksi ainoista huviloista, jotka tarjoavat kokkipalveluja! Masseuse-palvelut ovat saatavilla talossa pyynnöstä.

Amazing bday getaway

We had such a great time - 7 couples and each had a room w an ocean view and lots and lots of space. We enjoyed the whales putting on a show for us (we went in Feb) and could see them from our pool as well as right off the coast when we walked the 5 minutes down to pedregal, the beautiful private beach. Cant say enough nice things about Cassandra and the chefs(Gillermo and Leo- excuse my horrendous spelling). Food was delicious and every request was fulfilled. We would love to come back again- thank you!

We had a great stay at Villa Veranza. Great view to catch a sunset. Casandra, the concierge, was very responsive to any request we had. Chef accommodated all our food requests. Recommend!

Paradise

I rented this house to celebrate my husband’s 40th birthday with 5 other couples. The house was beyond beautiful and everyone had their own bedroom and bathroom. The staff was amazing and went above and beyond for us. Casandra and Sigi helped plan and make our vacation flawless. The chefs food was incredible and they accommodated all our requests. The neighborhood is very safe and we loved our morning walks to the beach. The location and views from the house made it feel like paradise. We will definitely be back soon!

Absolutely Amazing

I can't say enough great things about this property and its staff. Both Marty, the owner, and Casandra, the property manager/concierge, were in touch with us soon after booking. Casandra, along with the chef and housecleaning staff, made everything a breeze. They were always there when you needed them but never obtrusive. Every single meal was fresh and delicious and the planning was all seamless. Casandra even helped arrange a mariachi band for our last night.. And the house...an absolute dream. The bedrooms and bathroom were all spacious and spotless...and the build of the house was all quality, not some cheap throwaway rental. We spent almost all of our time on the patio and in the infinity pool with wonderful views of the Pacific...which was just a 5-minute walk away. The gated neighborhood also gave us access to pickleball and tennis courts for a small fee. I could go on and on, but it makes me a bit sad that I'm not still there!

Birthday vacation

Booked Villa Veranza for my wife’s 50th and my 54th birthday. With total of 14 friends and family. The house staff and views were all amazing. From the time we were picked up from the airport everything was first class. Juan and Memo the chefs were cooked anything and everything we asked for and the food was amazing. Leo the bartender is awesome the whole party truly enjoyed all the drinks especially the pina coladas. Definitely hire him for your stay. Casandra took care of everything with a simple text. Transportation,fishing,hair and make up for my wife and her girl friends. She had the house decorated with balloons and a cake for my wife. There was no request we threw at her that she didn’t handle with in minutes. As an added bonus we watched whales jumping every day from the comforts of the infinity pool. Truly the best trip ever.

Great 50th bday!

Overall, this place is amazing. The views are breathtaking and the property is beautiful. The house is in a gated community so feels very safe. All of the bedrooms are a good size with nice views. The 2 masters are very spacious while all the other rooms have plenty of room. The living area has a pool table which was thoroughly enjoyed. The outside patio has an infinity pool and hot tub that overlooks the ocean. The house is built into the cliffs, so be ready to climb steps and beware if you have anyone with physical limitations. My mom was with us and we did have to help her up and down to her room. But the thing that makes this place so worth it is Cassandra. She makes everything so easy. She helped plan the 50th bday party and was available for any questions any time. She’s truly what made the experience so memorable. She was so helpful even prior to our arrival as she helped with a lot of the planning. We had meals cooked at least 2 of the days and everything was delicious. Leo, the bartender, was great and makes great margaritas. And lastly, we had Alex play one night at the house. He and his band are fantastic. If you are having a party or celebration and need entertainment- this guy is fantastic. You won’t be disappointed. Overall, this was a beautiful place and all 13 guests were blown away. I will treasure the memories that were made here.

World class home and hospitality

Spent my 40th birthday with best friends at Villa Veranza and everything about the experience was first class. The home is breathtaking, the views are magical, and I can’t say enough amazing things about the staff. Perfect location and everything was perfectly coordinated with Casandra and Marty. If I could give this 10 stars I would. Thank you for such an incredible stay and we will be booking again very soon!

House was amazing! Very clean and exactly as appeared in the VRBO pictures. Where to start, it was easy to communicate with Cassandra, who was on top of everything. Coordinating with the chef with breakfast is lunch and dinners, which were on par with five star restaurants. The location was amazing with breathtaking views. We will be going back and staying at this location in the near future. Highly highly suggest enjoying this villa.

Fantastic property with wonderful staff

8 of us booked this property for a golf trip/ business meeting. It’s a beautiful property. Casandra was fantastic and took care of everything we needed. She arranged all of our meals and transportation. One of the guys started getting a sore throat so she got cough drops. There was a water issue outside their control that disrupted our last day, but they made it right with us. Overall a great experience and we will stay again.

The property is absolutely beautiful! Cassandra and the rest of the staff are amazing to work with. All transportation was on time. The food prepared by the chefs was AMAZING! 40th Birthday Celebration

A group of 15 of us arrived from California and New York to stay a few days for my fiancee's 40th. For the weeks leading up to the trip, the house manager, Casandra, was so easy to communicate with and had answers to all of my requests. I never felt that I was disturbing her and she was extremely helpful. Upon arrival, she even helped me to decorate to get the home ready for everyone! The chefs were very nice and made incredible food that everyone loved! The cleaning staff came in and cleaned every day but were so efficient and quick, we barely noticed them. We felt the service was incredible, like a hotel, but with the comfort of being at home. Would stay again and definitely recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing and pampered trip to Cabo!

Lovely villa in Pedregal area of Cabo

This is a lovely, beautiful villa in an exclusive and safe area of Cabo. The property is large and beautiful and we spent most of our time there hanging by the private pool, playing games, etc. The highlight was the included Chef and Concierge, who prepared breakfast, lunch and dinner for us (we paid only for the groceries cost). They were incredibly nice, skilled and accommodating. The concierge helped us book transportation and a private snorkeling charter. The location was convenient. The beach is a 5 minute walk (though a steep walk) and downtown is a 30 minute walk / 5 minute Uber ride. The beach is huge, beautiful and mostly empty. We would definitely recommend Villa Veranza.

Amazing Vacation

Our trip included 15 family members with ages ranging from 16 to 66. The house is beautiful, spacious and has an amazing view. There was ample space for everyone and enough room that we never felt overcrowded. The staff was incomparable - kind, knowledgeable and so incredibly committed to making sure that we all enjoyed our vacation. The meals were delicious and it was so nice to not have to lift a finger to feed all of these people! The house manager, Casandra, was always available to answer questions and provide us with whatever we needed. It is never easy to get 15 people to make decisions and that large of a group has many needs, but Casandra was always there to make sure we all had what we wanted or needed. It was a truly magical week that my family will remember all of our lives!
