Tämä on suuri käytännön Perhekoti, 6 makuuhuonetta, 2 kylpyhuonetta, (nukkuu 11 vuoteissa, 4 Päällä Sleeper Sohvat). Hyvin lähellä Aktiviteetit. Tämä 2700 Yhteensä Sq. Ft. Home on täydellinen paikka tulla ja nauttia Summer Games (2. 5 korttelin päässä Avajaiset), Shakespearen Festival, Zion National Park, Brianhead Retkeily / pyöräily ja monia muita toimintoja. Tämä koti on suuri olohuone permannolla, ja toinen perhe alakerrassa, runsaasti tilaa kokoontua, katsella televisiota ja pelata. Keittiö on varustettu kaiken tarvittavan, jotta suuren aterian kotonaan. Extra keittiövälineet / pannut sisältyvät, vieläkin autonromu potin tehdä helpoksi nauttia päivä ja sitten tulla kotiin lämmin ateria. Extended Family visit to Shakespeare Festival

Had a great time. It was wonderful to have family time together eating in the kitchen between shows (sometimes bring food back from one of the 6 fast-food stored within 2 blocks). It was clean and safe. Usually, we walked 15 minutes to the show, but a drive was easy also.

Perfect location, good communication

We absolutely loved our stay here! The property manager went above and beyond to be flexible with our schedule and help meet our needs. The house fit our group perfectly and was just the home base we needed for attending the Cedar City Shakespeare Festival. It was such a convenient location. There was enough space for our big group to relax, visit, and eat meals between plays. Thanks for helping to make our trip such a success!

Older but Clean and Convenient

We enjoyed our stay. There was lots of room for our extended family. The kitchen is well equipped and the bedrooms worked well for our group. We also enjoyed the common area for gathering and group discussion.

Family reunion with kids and grandkids

We all had a lovely time. Lots to do in Cedar and we had plenty of room for all of us in the house. 10 adults and 5 small children. We were glad we brought our gate for the stairs. The kids had lots of room to play, and enough seating for adults to gather in one spot to visit. Wonderful!

Suited our needs perfectly for the 2nd year

This property is large and slept up to 10 ladies attending the cedar ridge ladies invitational. The house is clean, orderly and has what we needed. It's very conveniently located. The owners are very helpful and accommodation. It's an easy in/easy out process.

Perfect for us

We had four couples and six children for a family reunion and it was a great layout for our needs. Everyone was able to sleep in a room--we did not need to use the sofa beds. The landlord provided baby cribs and some great toys that the kids loved. The kitchen is well stocked with family-appropriate dishes and dinnerware, as well as cookware. The location was convenient to the Shakespeare Festival and we took some longish walks to parks and trails. If we do another reunion in Cedar City, we will try to get this place again!

FANTASTIC!

Our family had a wonderful time in your beautiful home! The furniture was kid-friendly and beds were comfortable. There was space for 15 of us to spread out and play on the different levels. Fabulous location near fast food, grocery stores, gas stations, the university and wonderful freeway access. Laurie was great to work with. :) We had a great time and can't wait to come back next year! Thanks again! :)

Wonderful location and beautiful home.

The house is centrally located. We were able to easily get to all of the sites and activities that we participated in. We even walked to some activities. The layout of the house worked wonderfully for big groups. The two separate living spaces made the house comfortable for our entire group. Everything is clean and comfortable. A low, aesthetically pleasing fence around the front grass area would be helpful to those traveling with children. Also, some baby amenities kept on site might also be helpful: port-a-crib, collapsable high chair and baby gate for the steep stairs. Otherwise, it was wonderful!

The swamp cooler was so loud we could hear it from blocks away and it kept us up at night. The cabinetry was old and some of the sheets weren't clean. We won't be returning.

Best travel experience with BEAUTIFUL House

First Word I like to say is "ALL PERFECT...!! " We had a really nice stay, our bed was super comfortable, the room was really beautiful, and the house is very nice. Our hosts were friendly, although we barely saw them while we were there since we were out wandering the town all day! The area is perfect, very close to Walmart, cute shops, cafés and some of the best food we've eaten this trip. Easy access to public transit and public parks. What a nice spot! I totally recommend staying here. :)

It's the little things!

We stayed here for our family reunion and it worked great! I loved that there was soap in all the bathrooms and kitchens, aa fully loaded kitchen with foil, plastic wrap, extra garbage bags, and laundry soap easily located. It was like going to stay at a friends house while they were away. Our family enjoys exploring the outdoors and this house was close to so many beautiful parks for day outings..

A Great Place to Stay!

We really did enjoy the house. We started coming 4 years ago and have tried different accommodations each time, with each one coming up short. This year was not the case. We were thrilled with the layout of the home and the cleanliness of it. We like to get together for gab sessions and the living room was perfect for us. We appreciate all you did to make our stay in Cedar City the best we have experienced. A couple of sisters are thinking of booking it for a get together for their own families in the future. I am sure you will hear from us again! Thanks again!

Read Brochure better for me and Fix Brochure for accuracy

First I would like to say the owners were very nice and listened to our problems. I was under the impression that this home was suited for our family reunion including ages 16 to 89 years old. It was not accommodating for us as we had two couples and seven singles and should have paid more attention to the bedroom arrangements. But the bedrooms could also have been more accommodating if the arrangement had been more clearer in the brochure. I think a little false advertisement was used as well as the stairs into the basement floor are very steep with no handrails and should not be used by elderly people. I had three people who could not use the stairs. The bedrooms were listed as - upstairs bedroom # 1 (queen) photo # 10 / main floor bedroom # 2 (queen) photo # 11 / all other bedrooms are listed as down stairs. This makes me believe there is three levels to this house. Should not be listed for fifteen people as it would be very difficult to arrange bedrooms as well as meal arrangements. We had eleven people and this was difficult for both of the above. The home itself could use some updating and repairs for better beds, safer stairs by installing hand rails, restock kitchen utensils, repair dining chairs, new window shades and refrigerator. Hope the above comments are taken positively as they come from the heart and most are meant to prevent any future preventable accidents from happening. Thanks for listening

Great location, good for families or larger groups

Much bigger & cleaner on the inside than we expected. Very comfortable master bed. I think it was a sleep number bed. A few misc kitchen items that we appreciated like coffee (We forgot ours) and condiments. We really enjoyed our stay. We went to both Bryce Canyon & Zion from this location and both were a reasonable drive. Convenient location. We did have a baby and could have used a highchair. We had our own pack n play since one was not provided.
