Osana My Huatulco Vacation Signature -kokoelmaa Vista Hermosa sijaitsee viehättävässä Arrocito-merenrantayhteisössä, joka sijaitsee Chahuen ja Tangolundan lahden välissä. Täältä pääset nauttimaan upeasta uimarannasta ja snorklauksesta sekä yksi suosituimmista ravintoloista, Ocean Bar.
Makuuhuoneet & LAYOUT
Tässä huvilassa voi majoittua jopa kahdeksan vierasta ja siinä on kolme makuuhuonetta, joissa kaikissa on oma kylpyhuone.
Yläkerrassa kiinteistön löydät laaja makuuhuone, jossa on king-size-vuode, oma terassi ja upea merinäköala.
Puutarhatasolla on kaksi makuuhuonetta, jotka molemmat kävelevät ulos jaetulle terassialueelle. Ensimmäisessä makuuhuoneessa on king-size-vuode ja toisessa makuuhuoneessa kaksi kuningattarea.
Keittiö- ja oleskelualue
Avoimen konseptin mukaiseen asuintilaan pääseminen on tervetullut olemaan veden ominaisuus ja paikka yhdeksän. Rentoudu ja nauti näkymistä omalta uima-altaalta.
Tämän avoimen konseptin alueen laajennuksena on keittiö, joka on varustettu ruostumattomasta teräksestä valmistetuilla laitteilla, graniitti työtasoilla ja saarella, jossa on sisäänrakennettu liesi. Olitpa sitten kokki ateriasi gourmet-keittiössä tai hyödynnä kokkiohjelmaa, molemmat vaihtoehdot ovat helposti saatavilla. Tähän tilaan kuuluu myös katettu ruokailutila.

Kävele ulos olohuoneesta yksityiseen äärettömään uima-altaaseen tai rentoudu yhdellä neljästä allasaltaasta. Jos haluat meren uimisen 10 minuutin kävelymatkan päässä, vie sinut Arrocito-rannalle, joka tarjoaa 300 metrin päässä rannasta ja turvallisen uima-alueen, jossa on pieniä aaltoja ja matalampia syvyyksiä.

Great Place to Stay in Hualtuco With Beautiful View

The house was extremely nice. You can't beat the view from the kitchen and living area. The kitchen had everything you need. The home was so clean and architecturally pleasing. The surrounding gradens were so lovely and expertly manicured. The home is located in a very safe area. Everyone was so friendly and nice. The management team was welcoming and made sure we had everything we need. I highly recommend it. 👌

Could us a lock on the sliders in the lower lever rooms as it seemed a bit unsafe at night - though we had no issues. Kitchen is a bit small but outdoor area is amazing. The MHV people were amazing!! The infinity pool and outdoor area were simply incredible. We would definitely rent this place again.

Very private residence in a quiet & secure neighborhood. Our check in and check out was very fast and easy. The Arrocito beach is about 15 minute walk downhill. The beach is small and isn't as crowded as other beaches the best part was not being harrashed by the vendors. Take bug repellent because the mosquitoes are fierce. Mainly in the mornings and evenings. Our only issue was random power outages that would last a few hours. On one occasion we couldn't get in to the property because of no power to electric gate, we had left gate keys inside we called Jonathan and within 10 minutes they opened gate for us. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Reviewer Comments: Pros - Wonderful pool; Beautiful master bedroom; Close to town; Property manager was wonderful assisting us one night when the home next door was blaring music late into the night (she responded immediately to a whatsapp we sent after midnight, and we are very grateful for her help); Property is as pictured and well maintainedCons - The nearest beach is more like a hike than a walk (and my family is very active) and compared to the other beaches in Huatulco, Arrocito was not a favorite - we only ended up going there once; Mosquitos at the villa are absolutely terrible, we bought supplies at the store (these rings that you burn and plug in kits) and we had brought 40% DEET bug spray, and my 7 year old son still got bites all over his body; 2 Bedrooms downstairs have no view at all and are extremely basic roomsAlso, we loved the "outdoors" concept of the open air kitchen and seating area. However, it would have been wonderful to have an air conditioned "living" space to spend time at. To escape the heat, our only option was to go to our bedrooms.

The service is always reliable, friendly with constant follow up and amazing service. Vista Hermosa is a unique property that sits up high on the hill overlooking the water. Amazing sunsets sitting around your pool. It is open air concept living which we loved. The bedrooms have doors and locks with AC but the rest of the space is open. The villa was well stocked with glassware, and all the cook ware and utensils you will ever need for cooking. The pool was cleaned regularly by Ramiro and maid service from Miss Elizabeth was excellent. You are a 10 minute walk down the road to Arrocito beach all downhill but remember you have to walk back up ! The property has a gate at the road as well as a gate to enter the property as well. So well secured.Lots of bird watching from your terrace everyday. The property is about a 25 min walk to town if you are feeling adventurous or take a taxi that are constantly driving up and down the road for $60 pesos. Great location!If you love outdoor living this is the spot for you

Falto comunicar algunos detalles en la entrega,como el agua de cortesia, la forma de entrega de las llaves a la salida y hubo un retraso en l recepcion aunque avisamos en todo momento nuestra ubicacion. La casa esta limpia y muy comoda para 6 u 8 personas. Estuvimos muy agusto.

Amazing View!

You will not find a more beautiful view than this villa has to offer, simply stunning. The location is also great, you're about a 10 minute drive from the town center of La Crucecita. All the taxis have a fix rate of 55-60 pesos. There's the Arrocito beach about a 10-15 minute walk from the property, but please beware that it is not an easy walk, it's all downhill and uphill. I highly recommend that you do the tour of the 7 bays, however, I would not recommend you go through the property management to find you a booking, they are money hungry and try to charge you an arm and a leg for everything. For example, they wanted to charge $400 for the tour of the 7 bays, we drove to the local marina and were able to rent a similar boat for the entire day for $160 or $20 a person, here you're actually giving your hard earn money to the local economy. Another example was with scuba diving, they charged $115 per person for 1 dive, I found Anfibios Dive Center, highly recommend, for $90 per person for 2 45-minute dives. I was also notified that if I arrived 30 minutes late from the airport, I would have to pay an additional $50 to keep the representative waiting. I quickly told them I was not paying any additional charges, and that the representative could leave after 30 minutes as we didn't need a tour of the property. I had no control over our arrival since we had booked their roundtrip private airport transfer for $120, (but if you're not wanting to pay that, walk outside the airport and keep walking for 5 minutes or so and you'll find A LOT of taxis at the gas station that will charge you $20 to get you to your location) so if we were late it would be due to their own driver. So those are just some examples of how the management is just money hungry. Aside from that, the real reason of why I decided to give it a 3-star rating was due to the following issues. There was no Wi-Fi while we were there, both my girlfriend and I work around the clock and we need a reliable internet connection, don't stay here if you need to work while on vacation. They told me it was just down for the day, but it never worked. Also, be prepared for ants, lots of them. They'll get into everything, so don't use the pantry and use the fridge to store food. They leave a note saying there are ant traps, but they looked very old to me and probably haven't been replaced in a while. Also, you'll have to deal with a stray cat who get's into everything you leave out, he ate our muffin.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is a wonderful villa for a week near the beach. The kitchen is great for those who like to cook as we do. Playa Arrocito is a 10 minute downhill walk away and is a quiet beach with one restaurant, ideal for swimming and snorkeling. La Crucecita is a 5 minute inexpensive cab ride away.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our parties arrived in Huatulco, Oaxaca from both ends of the spectrum. My son, wife and two super excited children from Toronto and ourselves from the west coast, Vancouver. A total of seven. Our first night, we just ended up eating down the windy road @Oceans Restaurant recommenced by our concierge. We booked an excursion from Vancouver to go to Porchutla on our very first day. I had read that there was a special local market only on Mondays, what the heck we need groceries to fill the fridge. It was booked through the concierge as well with an English speaking tour guide who helped guide us through. If you intend to stay longer than a week, I highly recommend this excursion for the cultural experience, shopping for the freshest ingredients and the sites along the way. It was approximately a seven hour journey. We came back and jumped into the pool to cool off before cooking up some of the foods we had purchased. The house has three spacious bedrooms all with working a/c units. The kitchen is set up open air and a Webber bbq for your pleasure to use. They have a laundry area where there are children there are many changes of clothing! The house came with stocked water for cooking and drinking so please bring your water bottles for your outings. We also booked a cooking class through the property as well. So it was a birthday celebration and what a way to celebrate that. The chef cooked, brought the ingredients, served and cleaned up. This house is centrally located so access to the beach is walkable. It is easy to catch a taxi as they are constantly on the road, a trip into the Centro was 55 pesos for four people. Very affordable to our standards. The pool had a service guy come in every two days to check on levels, cleared all bugs, alkaline etc. The house keeper came in twice a week to change bed linens and basic tidying up. One more excursion which is a must is the turtle release and crocodiles.

Reviewer Comments: La propriedad necesita tanto un mantenimiento, una limpieza y actualizacion de equipos para ofrecer las prestaciones adecuadas al ariendo solicitado. Hemos tenido tanto problema de Agua / Internet / Tarantulas / Aracran / Fuga de piscina / Estado general de piscina no adecuado / Presencia de despegamiento de pintura en los muros por humedad / Falta de aseo profundo.

It provides exactly what we require in a vacation rental , privacy, comfort and cleanliness. The management team is always available and attentive to our needs. This year we had our infant grandson with us for a portion of the trip, and the management was able to provide a high chair and other infant needs. We have in the past and will continue to recommend My Huatulco Vacations and this property to our family and friends. It is the perfect home for a wonderful holiday with family and friends.

End of summer family stay

Reviewer Comments: Overall it was a very good experience, the place description is accurate, the condition and maintaining is in very shape as well, I will definitely recommend this house, just be aware, if you plan on coming in the summer there WILL be mosquitoes, and some other types of fauna, that's the price to pay for the "open air concept" that you will enjoy

This was our third trip to Huatulco and our second stay at this property. As expected everything was fabulous. The home is very well kept with beautiful gardens and pool. The on site staff do a perfect job maintaining the home and grounds. While we only had 2 guests join us for one our our three weeks, the home can easily accommodate 6-8 people. There are three bedrooms and four baths. I highly recommend this property and the management team for anyone looking for a relaxing, troublefree holiday.

Our Huatulco vacation

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had such a wonderful experience dealing with the company that managed this property. Our experience began about 4 months prior to arriving in Huatulco with regular follow up and consistent updates including the recommendation to download the app. The team was very responsive and answered any questions that we had, usually in less than 24 hours. The property was stunning and was great for 6 adults. We had all the amenities required to feel right at home. Our housekeeper Camilla was fantastic and was there 2 days a week, and Timeteo was our groundskeeper. We had a few light bulbs out and some other small things and he was great at helping us out. The property itself was very well kept. The only challenge was having enough ice in the freezer for our drinks! The outdoor kitchen and living room gave lots of shade for those who wanted to get out of the sun. The property is sprayed to keep the bugs down and during our last week we did have a few run ins with the wasps and I would recommend that they come in and spray again if you are there for more than 10 days. The property did not have an address on the outside and was a challenge for our Taxis to find however that is the only concern we had. Overall it was a great vacation, great location (less than 5 mins walk to arricito beach) and has us wanting to go back.
