Tuo PODIT. Nauti uudesta KEURIG- tai KOHEEN PERUSTEELLISESTI TYYPPISTÄ. SiellĂ€ on ulkosuihku, jossa on lĂ€mmin ja kylmĂ€ vesi, ja kalanpuhdistusasema.

Kasvasimme Pohjois-Carolinassa, mutta olemme kutsuneet Hatteras Islandin toiseksi kotiimme. 'Beach House' on vain muutaman askeleen pÀÀssÀ hiekkarannalta ja Atlantin valtamereltÀ. Ostimme rantatalon toukokuun alussa 2014 ja olemme kÀyttÀneet aikamme varmistaaksemme, ettÀ se on tÀydellinen tulevalle kaudelle. Olemme molemmat Pohjois-Carolinan urakoitsijat ja tavoitteemme on varmistaa, ettÀ Beach House on tÀydellinen. MeillÀ on kaksi muuta Ocean Front -kodia, molemmat Rodanthessa, osa Tri-kylÀÀ, johon kuuluu Salvo ja aallot. "Merenneidon kyyneleet" on lueteltu nimellÀ VRBO # 426760, ja "Rose Cottage" löytyy osoitteesta VRBO # 403480. Kannustamme tulevia vieraita vierailemaan nÀissÀ ilmoituksissa ja lukemaan myönteisiÀ vieraiden kommentteja / palautetta.
(PÀÀset nÀihin kiinteistöihin siirtymÀllÀ kohtaan "Vuokraluetteloni", ota yhteyttÀ "Ota yhteyttÀ"). Beach House sisÀltÀÀ kÀÀnteisen talosuunnitelman, joka on erittÀin yleinen monille kodeille pitkin ulkoa olevia pankkeja. TÀmÀ tarkoittaa yksinkertaisesti sitÀ, ettÀ oleskelutila eli keittiö, ruokasali ja olohuone sijaitsevat korkeimmalla tasolla.
Toisen kerroksen rantatalomme sisÀltÀÀ erittÀin mukavan olohuoneen, jossa on kattoikkunat ja kaasutakka, taulutelevisio / DVD. Suuri poikkipinta sohva kohtaa 8 'ikkunan / oven liukusÀÀtimen loistava nÀkymÀ merelle. RuokapöytÀ, joka tosiasiallisesti kattaa kaksi aluetta ja avoin oleskelutilalle, mahtuu kymmenen. Modernissa keittiössÀ on kaikki ruoanvalmistustarpeet, jos ei pitÀisi koskaan pÀÀttÀÀ lÀhteÀ mihinkÀÀn alueen suurista ravintoloista. Kolmelle on myös työpöytÀ. YlÀkerrassa on erittÀin mukava king-makuuhuone, jossa liittÀvÀ kylpyamme ja iso suihku. TÀllÀ makuuhuoneella on oma sisÀÀnkÀynti / uloskÀynti Oceanfront-kannen ulkopuolelle. Taulutelevisio ja DVD ovat myös tÀssÀ makuuhuoneessa. YlÀkerrassa on myös puoli kylpyamme, joka jakaa pesukoneen ja kuivaimen.
Kolme makuuhuoneemme ovat alakerrassa. Toisessa makuuhuoneessa on king-vuode, iso kylpyhuone, jossa suihku ja poreallas. Ulko-ovi johtaa kannelle ja pÀÀsy merelle. TÀssÀ makuuhuoneessa on taulutelevisio ja DVD. Toinen alakerran makuuhuone, erittÀin tilava ja queen-vuode, siinÀ on kaksi suurta ikkunaa ja nÀkymÀ merelle. TÀssÀ makuuhuoneessa on taulutelevisio ja DVD. Kolmannessa makuuhuoneessa alakerrassa on queen-vuode. TÀssÀ makuuhuoneessa on kaksi ikkunaa; Yksi nÀkymÀ merelle, toinen nÀkymÀ ÀÀnelle etÀisyydeltÀ. TÀssÀ makuuhuoneessa on myös taulutelevisio ja DVD. Molemmat kuningatar makuuhuoneet jakaa kylpyhuone. Myös alakerrassa on mukava vieraanvarainen aula.
Rantatalossa on kaksi kalustettua aurinkoteriÀ ja turvatarkastus kuisti. Lomavieraat löytÀvÀt runsaasti mukavuuksia ulkopuolelta, mukaan lukien ulkosuihku, koripallotavoite ja aidattu alue koirallesi varjossa. Nauti grillauksesta hiiligrillillÀ. Beach Housessa on myös langaton Internet kannettavaan tietokoneeseen.
Rannikkotalossa ollessa tutkiminen on pakollista. Hatterasin saari on yksinkertaisesti kaunein paikka maan pÀÀllÀ - missÀ Atlantin valtameri ja Pamlico-ÀÀni on erotettu ohuesta, hauraasta maasta. Rodanthessa, tutustu Chicamacomico -pelastusasemomuseoon, sisÀllissotataisteluun Chicmacomico-kisoista ja yritÀ tunnistaa jokainen yli 400 lintulajista. Tai yksinkertainen rentoutua ja nauttia lukemisesta ja surffailusta.

Ilmainen langaton Internet-yhteys silikonimatkan kautta tÀlle omaisuudelle (tietokonetta ei toimiteta, tuo kannettava tietokone).

What a location!! A lot of properties advertise “steps from the beach” but it’s so true here! Wonderful views from every Oceanside window, comfortable accommodations, and rapid communication with the owner. What more could you want? We would love to rent here again! We even saw loads of dolphins!!

Great place on the beach!

Spacious and well equipped

We had a wonderful time, plenty of space for the five of us. Kitchen had everything we could ask for including sharp knives (most rentals have awful prep knives) easy to get to and wonderful oceanfront view. Quiet neighborhood and with interesting (good) restaurants nearby.

Amazing Beauty & Peace

Beautifully decorated house that has everything you need to have an amazing vacation. Everything was top of the line (amazing couches ) and the kitchen was well stocked (right down to the large crab cooking pot)! The beds were comfortable and rooms spacious. Loved the layout of the house (perfect for two families). We had a great time . Thank you for sharing your space .

So Relaxing !!! Great for the whole family!

Bliss on the Beach

This house is right on the beach. It has a wonderful view. The location near the trailer parks on either side are a non-issue. The house was clean and comfortable. We didn’t even mind the few days of bad weather that we had because you can sit inside and watch the ocean. We are planning to return next year.

GREAT OCEAN VIEWS

Great location for adults but there are a lot of stairs so you just need to be prepared for stairs - this is only of concern if you have very old or young family members requiring assistance. House is decorated very nice - it's very beachy :) Top deck was our favorite spot because you can see the ocean - we saw dolphins everyday. It was truly lovely sitting out on deck with our coffee every morning. We all really enjoyed our visit. Thanks for sharing your home!

Peace & Serenity

Location was beyond perfect. Easy access to an amazing beach, with views that went on forever. My kids and dogs loved it all. The owner was very easy to communicate with and his management team helped us with any hiccups that occurred. If you’re looking to unplug for a week and totally relax, this house is perfect. 1 caveat, bring down fruits and veggies with you. Not easy to acquire on the island, although Nags Head isn’t too far away. General stores are close by and locals are beyond friendly. Enjoy..we did!

Great location!!!

This was our 3rd VRBO vacation. We really liked this house. From the lower level you’re about 100 yards from the water. The camp ground on either side were not an issue. There were people on the beach but it was never over crowded. There are a few places to eat around, they are smaller places. There are a few “general store “ type grocery store within 5-10 min. You wouldn’t have to go to nags head or Avon to an actual grocery store if you didn’t want to. This house may have spoiled us with how close to beach it is.

There’s no place like home, unless it’s Beach House

This beautiful beach house has everything: ocean views that instantly make you ooh and aah, a fully stocked kitchen, comfy places to sit inside and outside (that swing!), beach reads thoughtfully provided on tables and night stands, a lovely deep jacuzzi tub to soak in, beautifully decorated, even a fireplace! Loved not having to keep up with keys, and a nice space to park your car. The owners thought of everything! This was our first time to OBX and will be our annual destination, especially Beach House! Thank you, Frank and Beverly, it was the highlight of our year.

Good place to get away. Dog friendly! Oceanfront with a great deck and view of the ocean!

We enjoyed our stay March 31 - April 7, 2018. The deck over looking the ocean is nice and new. And just being able to see and hear the ocean from inside the house is a plus and made the property!! The property is centrally located among all the Outerbanks beach towns, so we were able to drive north to Corolla to see the wild horses or south to take a ferry to Ocracoke Island. The kitchen is well appointed. The only thing that would have made it better is a good nonstick pan for scrambling eggs or frying bacon and a pair of kitchen tongs. While we generally do not watch t.v. at all while at the beach, we would have liked to be able to watch The Final Four Championship game, but t.v. Channel selection was very basic and generally infomercials. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and being front and center to the best view of the ocean!

Wonderful beach house

We had a fantastic vacation overall at this beach house. The house and beach are beautiful. FYI for those considering this house in the future, the house is right in between two RV parks, which made the beach a bit crowded. We also had one unsatisfactory incident during our stay. The property manager gave our house info to another family. They came to our door, and we thought the house was double booked. They were given our door code. It turned out they just got the wrong address and info, but it was uncomfortable that they had our house code. I requested a new door code, but my request was denied. I guess the property manager found it too inconvenient to remedy the mistake. I am not happy about how this was handled. A new door code was a simple request to rectify the buffoonery of sending other vacationers to our door.

Our view of the beach was great and the walk to the beach was short. The kitchen was very well equipped . Good sitting space for sitting out on the deck when not on the beach.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Beach House! The house and the views are beautiful!! You can enjoy the sunrise and the sunset from the decks! There are wonderful ocean views from the living room and kitchen! The house was spacious with many amenities! The kitchen has everything you need and more! I loved how the dishes all have a beach theme! It’s only a small walk to the beach and has a nice outside shower to wash off after a day on the beach! There were beach chairs and boogie boards to use if you needed them. We definitely recommend the beach house for a fantastic vacation!!

Perfect Week for some R & R!

We enjoyed our week at the Beach House. The house is well furnished and super comfortable. The kitchen is fully stocked and we easily prepared several meals. We especially enjoyed the ocean views from the deck.

Perfect off-season spring break stay

We stayed for a few days in April for our kids' spring break. We live near another busy NC beach area so we know how crazy and congested things get in season. With the campgrounds and KOA nearby I imagine this will be much busier in summer. Location is amazing! How can you not love sitting on the deck having coffee, while watching the sunrise or dolphins swimming by? It's in a good halfway spot on the OBX if you don't mind driving in either direction to go see more sights. Beds were comfortable, showers hot (and showerheads were tall enough for me and my husband), and the kitchen was very well stocked with dishes and necessities. When I first booked it had "hot tub" in the title. It now says "luggage/baggage lift" and there is no hot tub. I'm not sure if that was originally referencing the jacuzzi tub in the downstairs master or what. Not a deal breaker, because the luggage lift/elevator is really nice to have. If you bring a pet make sure you potty them in the fenced dog run area. If they go in the grassy areas of the yard they will end up with sandspurs in their paws. Beyond that our dog loved her time at the beach as well. I would definitely stay here again.

Beach House

This is a beautiful home in a beautiful setting! The furniture and beds are very comfortable, lots of space inside the house as well as outside with 2 levels of decking and seating. Loved watching the sunrise from the front of the house each morning and the sunset from the back each day!! Frank is a great host; he responds very quickly to questions and leaves a great itinerary of things to do and restaurants. We would definitely stay at Beach House again!

Just what we needed

Excellent location on the beach. It was great to walk out to the beach for as little or as much beach time as you wanted. House was clean and recently updated. Would definitely stay there again.
