Tämä kodikas huoneisto on täydellinen niille, jotka etsivät rentouttavaa oleskelua Ocean Cityssä. Sijaitsee Quiet Saint James Place, olet vain nopea kävelymatkan päässä rannalta ja rantakadulta. Nauti donitsi Brownin etupihalta, tai kävele kaduilla muiden hyvien ravintoloiden kanssa kävelyetäisyydellä.

Yksi makuuhuone, jossa on 1 queen-vuode ja queen size futon oleskelutilassa. 2 televisiota, wifi, keittiö, kylpyamme, 2 kausiluonteista rantamerkkiä ja kolikon toimiva pesula omaisuutta. Hazelin piilopaikalla on kaikki mitä tarvitset rentoutumaan ja nauttimaan rannasta!

Great place

The condo was perfect for our long weekend stay! Down the street from the beach and plenty of restaurants within a walkable distance. Quiet neighborhood as well! Perfect for couples!

Great place for families

Close to the beach, short walk down the street. The place is also a short walk from a deli/grocery, pizza, and ice cream. Nice stay! Only downside would be that parking is very limited.

Perfect OCNJ Getaway

The condo was perfect for our brief stay in OCNJ. Great location with a quick walk to the beach. Condo came equipped with everything we needed and was very clean and comfortable. We would highly recommend this property and definitely be back next season.

Nice little beach apartment

Nice one bedroom for a shore vacation. It was just want my mom and I were looking for. The short walk to the beach and boardwalk was great.

Great stay

Beautiful city and neighborhood. The apartment is a 4-minute walk from the sea. The beach is located completely north of the Boardwalk, which we really appreciated because the space was larger and there were fewer vacationers. The apartment is old and small but the value for money is really excellent. The kitchen is well equipped. Aleays was very clean. We also have access to a laundry room (at a lower cost) which was very practical when we found our beach towels too dirty. We would come back without any hesitation.

Beach time!

Great location! So close to the beach and boardwalk in a quiet neighborhood! We will definitely go back and go more prepared next time with toilet paper, hand soap, kitchen and bath towels, spices and wine glasses!

Bday vacation

We had a very nice time staying here for my birthday. The parking can be an issue especially on weekends. We knew it was street parking only but there was literally no parking. The neighbors downstairs were kind enough to let us park in the driveway for a couple hours. We were able to find a spot eventually but it was on a different street. We walked everywhere so once we found a spot everything was good. The location is great

OCNJ Rental St James

NOT GOOD! Dirty, dusty! Floor sandy and dirty. Baseboards & walls dirty. Just not clean! And NO vacuum cleaner! No cold water in kitchen sink and at times the toilet would continue to run. Unfortunately, with an OC weekend event another unit was unavailable. We purchased cleaning supplies to clean floor, toilet, etc. This was the 1st experience renting through VRBO. This is our last. Will go through a local real estate/rental company for our next OC visit.

A small cozy 1 bdrm 2nd floor apt

I didn't quite realize how very small this place was. It was fine for just me, but it would be tight with two people. My only complaint is an odor in the living room and on the futon. It think it might be from cleaning spray, but I am sensitive to fragrances and was bothered by the smell.

Disappointed

Disappointed with rental compared to picture. Needs overall cleaning. Bed was uncomfortable, air conditioner in bedroom was loud. A chair was needed to turn on the air conditioner in living room. Remote did not work. Sofa was hard to sit in and soiled. Shower leaked. No storm door on front door, just curtain. Paint chipped on railing of outside stairs. Very easy to get splinter when hold on to railing. Sink in bathroom was very small. When using, water splashed on floor. No closet in bedroom, only hall closed which was filled with cleaning tools. Not much room to hang clothing.

Close to the Beach

Basically, the property was exactly what my boyfriend and I were looking for for a week in Ocean City. This place is a one bed, one bath single unit with a kitchen and a covered porch, a block and a half from the beach! Christina provided us with the info to get the keys/get inside the day before out arrival. Inside there was info posted by the door about what to do for when it was time to check out. The bathroom/shower was pretty nice and the bed was actually pretty comfortable. There are 2 window air conditioners, one in the bedroom and one in the living room and they worked pretty well - the place stayed cool the entire time, but my boyfriend did clean the filters on them. However the place was not perfect. We knew that amenities were not going to be provided. Christina said to bring out own beach towels, bed linens and bath towels. However, when we walked in there was one half used roll of toilet paper, one half bottle of soap, a bottle of dish soap, a half roll of paper towels and a used sponge. The fans also had about a quarter inch of dust on them and when we moved one of the tables next to the futon there was dust all over the floor and pieces of food from previous people who had stayed there. We also had a bunch of ants all over the floor and tried to sweep and clean as best as we could to get them out of there (they were right by all of our luggage). Most of this would not bother me in normal times, but during Covid-19, I just expect a little more emphasis on cleanliness and it made me feel a little wishy-washy about the place. We replenished the toilet paper and cleaned the dust on the floors (we didn't touch the fans!). But honestly, we spent most of our time on the front porch. This is why we booked this place. It was fantastic. Being able to walk to the beach and boardwalk was just great too. I honestly like the place a lot, it was just my own germaphobia from this Covid-19 year that has put a slight damper on things. However, if and when Covid passes I would come to this place again.

Great beach stay!

This was perfect for us, just a short distance to the boardwalk, and Brown's donuts! Household items are provided but beach chairs and a small cooler would be a nice addition. A great place to stay overall.

Great location

This was a great location for a family to get down to the beach quickly. I don’t believe we’ve ever stayed so far down the boardwalk, so we experienced Brown’s donuts for the first time. It was a tad small for 2 adults and 2 teenage boys, but that’s no fault of the owner. It has every need for a beach stay. We would absolutely stay here again.
