"Huoneisto oli kaunis, puhdas, mukava ja rakkaudella sisustettu kaikilla kodin mukavuuksilla. Nautin omistajan maalaamasta teoksesta perusteellisesti.  Se antoi huoneistolle sen erityisen kosketuksen.  Oli mukavaa ja rentouttavaa istua sohvalla ja parvekkeella ja katsella valtamerta sekä kuulla aaltoja päivällä ja yöllä. Great location!

We always enjoy staying in Maravilla. First time in this unit, and it was great. Amazing views from the balconies and easy beach access.

Great location on Scenic Gulf Drive for us seniors and small dog. Nicely appointed with painted/watercolor beach scenes but could use some updating (walls, touchup paint, shower caddies,replace toaster)

Our visit to Miramar beach

We had a wonderful stay at this VRBO, it has a great view of the Gulf, easy beach access. There was a little construction going on with the building but it was of little disruption.

Terrific view on big porch!!! We felt right at home here with a very well stocked kitchen with 2 types of coffee pots Very dog friendly complex which was fun!! Our condo was extremely clean and close to elevator The neat extra in our unit was the Original art, which we appreciated— also complex has a great workout room close to nice pickle ball courts If possible, maybe owners would replace chairs on porch?? We are looking forward to a future stay here!!!!

Cozy Beach House with a BEAUTIFUL view

Wonderful beach house overlooking the ocean. We had a storm day, but didn’t mind too much as the view was absolutely stunning! Clean, cozy place that had all the necessary amenities and more! Would def love to stay here again!

Needed to cancel for medical issue

We ended up not being able to make our stay because of a family member needing surgery. Host was understanding. As per policy, we paid the full amount to the host and went through our separate travel insurance. All was fine with the process, hence my five star review although we did not actually get to stay.

We loved our stay in this condo! Beautiful view, wonderful location and perfect beach!

We love this property, especially that they are pet friendly! The view is gorgeous and the owners were very easy to communicate with and were accessible. We will definitely try to rent this condo when we come back!

Great Vacation!

The condo was clean and in a great location. My family loved it. It’s right across from the beach in a quiet complex. There was a spot on the counter from the coffee maker when we got there and some dog hair on the furniture but other than that it was awesome! My family of 4 and 2 senior dogs had a great time and highly recommend!

Had a great time, love the view

We had a great stay, the only thing I wish the condo had a few throw rugs. Even with being as careful we still had sand on our feet and it would have been nice to have the rugs. Everything else was great, we will definitely be coming back.

Wonderful View!

My husband, myself and our two pups had an absolutely wonderful stay at this condo! Along with us, our pups loved the view! The ocean, the pool and so much more! We walked to Kenny D's restaurant which served great food! The beach chairs and umbrella that came along with this condo were a must for us from Illinois, and we were so thankful for them! We cooked most meals while we stayed. Communication was great! Hope to stay again some day!

Perfect Cozy Beach Getaway

We loved this perfect cozy beach getaway for our family. It had everything we needed for a few days at the sugary sand of Miramar Beach. We’ve stayed at Maravilla for a few years in a row now, but this was the first time in this unit. Very clean when we arrived, was equipped with all the kitchen items we needed plus some, had a great library of books available & had beautiful art work decorating the walls at every turn, not to mention the terrific view of the water & community pool! It was just right for our family including our terrier pup. Would definitely recommend!

Comfy and cute

Close to the elevator it was cenvient to the beach. Great view to wake up to and comfortable space inside. Not as clean as could be with sand felt on the furniture and dirty dishes left in the dishwasher. Other than those minor inconveniences, I'd happily stay again.

Great location, but older unit.

The unit is on the 3rd floor and is in a great location! At most, it was a 3 minute walk to the beach. It was as described in the description, but is an older unit that could use some fresh paint and updating. The blue couch cushions were worn and not supportive, but the beds and linens were comfortable and clean. The unit was clean, but the baseboards and walls in the bathrooms and kitchen were worn and scratched/chipped. Kitchen was decently equipped, but pans were old and not nonstick and no coffee filters were provided. Overall, we enjoyed our stay, but the place could use some TLC. Communication was great with the management company. We planned this trip last minute, but for the price, would probably look for other options that were more updated.

Great location!

Great location, nice property, felt very safe. Dog friendly and nice areas for walking. The condo could really use some work. The ceiling is falling down in a few places. Unit needs a good deep cleaning. My family was very disappointed that the TV in the main room was small and was not a Smart TV. It rained and we stayed in, couldn't watch Netflix... big bummer! The sheets in the small bedroom looked as though they were not changed from the previous renter. Dishwasher wouldn't start. No dishwashing liquid in the kitchen. Overall it's a great location. I would rent here again but not this unit.

Delightful for my Birthday! 🎈

We enjoyed our stay very much!The condo was clean, well stocked and the decor was fresh and relaxing. The spectacular view out of the Living Room and Master Bedroom was spectacular! The 3rd floor really is perfect to fully enjoy the ocean views and although there was an elevator, other than load in and out, we enjoyed taking the steps as we went to and fro to get in a mini workout. This condo overlooks the pool which was lovely and it’s straight across to the beach gate so an easy walk to the beach set up. Get there early if you want a set up by the water, but nothing is far from it. We loved walking straight to Pompano Joe’s for lunch or a drink and a snack almost everyday along the beach as it was just far enough to help us work off all the delicious seafood and frozen drinks, but not so far it wasn’t an enjoyable walk. In the evening, walking down the sidewalk was a beautiful stroll as well. When we went elsewhere for lunch and/or dinner, we had many choices as this area is close to almost all our favorites. August is hot, but the condo’s air conditioning was icy cold and the beach breeze made even 90 degree days with high humidity enjoyable on the beach. Don’t hesitate to book this condo! We certainly would again!

Great Location!

Before we booked our stay, I noticed a few reviews stating that the condo could have been cleaner or in better condition. Unfortunately, these reviews were accurate. While the condo wasn't "dirty" it needs a fresh coat of paint - especially on the baseboards. They look dirty because they are scuffed up so much. The AC return grill was rusty. The ceiling in the kitchen really needs to be repaired. It's basically the first thing you notice when you walk in the door. The coffee pot was cheap and poured water all over the counter top every morning when we made coffee. The guest bathroom ceiling had mold on it. Definitely needs some kilz. The toilet in the guest bathroom had extremely low water pressure. The master bed was sagging on one side. And some larger pillows would be nice. Two standard pillows on a Queen/King size bed is just not enough. The location really was beautiful - but the condo really needs several updates. And through no fault of your own, the elevator did not go to the 3rd floor when leaving from the ground floor. So you had to stop at 2 and walk up a flight or go to 4 and walk down a flight. Not easy when you have a cart of groceries or luggage. We did have a great time though. And I do really appreciate that this place was available for our short-notice trip.
