Incredible service

Our concierge and housekeeper made a beautiful vacation spot into an incredible experience. The unit was beautifully appointed and decorated. We enjoyed dining and visiting on the large patio. Just a perfect unit!

Beautiful and comfortable

We have stayed in this area and complex before, beautiful views, clean and comfortable accommodations, great food. Only frustration is getting reservations for Tennis and Pickleball ahead of time is very challenging and always too much food left over even though we try to mitigate it ahead of time. Great vacation!!

The property is in the perfect location. So close to town an easy access to all of the other beaches. Private pools are lovely and not crowded what so ever. would highly recommend.

Amazing Holiday

The property was exactly as promised with access to all beach clubs and golf courses. We had an amazing family vacation. The unit was modern and beautifully decorated. It was kept clean by daily housekeeping and the prepared meals were outstanding. This was the most effortless vacation. We will absolutely return!

Paradise by the Bay

Our stay at the Hacienda Mita 4 bedroom, 4.5 bath condo in Punta Mita, Mexico, was nothing short of spectacular. From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by the breathtaking views of the Bay that the property offered. The sight of whales from our boat, and even from the comfort of the condo's patio, added a magical touch to our vacation that we hadn't anticipated. The condo itself was incredibly spacious and luxurious, perfectly accommodating our group of 4 adults, 2 teenagers, and 2 tweens, making up two families. The housekeeper's presence was a highlight, offering friendly service and preparing meals that were both delicious and convenient, allowing us more time to relax and enjoy our surroundings. The concierge service provided was top-notch, offering a plethora of options that streamlined our vacation and made everything from dining to entertainment accessible and stress-free. Their recommendations and arrangements were spot-on, catering to our group's diverse tastes and interests. Having access to a golf cart, and renting an extra one, proved to be essential for our group. It allowed us the freedom and flexibility to explore the charming town next to us, dine at various beachside restaurants, and make the most of our time without worrying about transportation. What truly set this vacation apart was the access to different beach clubs, each with its unique vibe, from a laid-back bohemian atmosphere to first-class full-service offerings.

VERY Clean and Alma was the best!

We celebrated our 40th anniversary with group of six in unit #503. Pre-trip communication with Property management team was excellent and Concierge service handled extra excursions, etc. efficiently. Glad we took advantage of grocery shopping service as we enjoyed fantastic breakfasts each day as well as planned lunch/snacks prepared by housekeeper Alma. However, the communication around what was needed for our scheduled meals vs. extra ingredients was a bit confusing after multiple attempts via email to get it figured out prior to our stay. Alma herself was a sweetheart and very hard-working, keeping the unit spotless throughout our stay. Her meals were fabulous and she was also able to accommodate some food allergies in the group. SHE alone made the stay 5 star worthy! Overall we found the unit’s elevated location, overlooking the bay, very beautiful with cooler breezes making us comfortable while eating outdoors on the large patio table. The only other downside was there was construction on our pool which we didn't know until we got there, which posed a bit of a eye sore, but our Concierge let us know that we could use another nearby pool in the complex. The unit's interior, while not overly decorated, was spacious with a bright new white kitchen, comfortable beds and lots of hanging closets. This was a highly anticipated first-time trip to Punta de Mita. The features above combined with wonderful nearby beach clubs, easy walk to downtown restaurants, plus fun golf cart tours made for a perfect holiday for all! We would stay again in a heartbeat!

Paradise in Punta Mita

We found the property exactly as depicted! It was sparkling clean and the accommodations were very comfortable! Most of the time we had the pool to ourselves and the beach club was also not crowded. The bar at the Hacienda Beach Club makes excellent drinks - at good prices too! The location is ideal for those who want to explore a little outside the PM gates. It's VERY close to the little village. We enjoyed dinners at Mina, Rustica, Zacadero, and AJ's BBQ. You will NOT be disappointed at any of these locations -- excellent food with an ocean view. Also the prices were very reasonable. Oh -- and the Churro's place is really incredible. Rafael was our concierge representative and he was very friendly and helpful without being intrusive. Alma, the housekeeper/cook, was a delight and her food was delicious. She even cooked some of the fish we caught! It was exactly what we expected and hoped for -- I highly recommend! *There is great surfing right outside the condo, but the beach is a little rocky. Be careful bc my son stepped on a sea urchin and it was an unwanted ordeal. Also - just fyi - in planning your days please know that the Pacifico Beach club is currently closed, the Bahia Beach Club (which is technically open) was not staffed. El Surf and Sea Breeze have a minimum of $85/person minimum ($45 for kids). The clubs are all really nice, but at Surf and Sea Breeze - you should expect to stay for a few hours and not just drop in and out for a drink.

Loved our stay at this condo and in hacienda de mita. We enjoyed visiting all the beach clubs and being so close to town for nightly dinners (or gelato!). Our housekeeper/cook Alma was amazing and made the most delicious breakfasts and lunches for us. We were all sad to leave.

Gorgeous views, great location. Very disappointed at the lack of flexibility in the gym (guests can only use after noon), which was not previewed or remedied. Alma, the housekeeper and chef was incredible. Great week, communication on key amenities could have been much better.

Exceptional value and Experience

I spent time with my family in July and not only found the accommodations amazing I was impressed with the weather. I actually expected it to be extremely hot for the time of year but the breeze from the bay provides an extremely comfortable stay. We enjoyed learning how to paddle board with the locals and the local restaurants, shops are amazing. The food is so fresh and the service is outstanding. When you walk up to the restaurants you do not expect much but when you walk into the back the views are spectacular and the service is outstanding. The golf was so impressive with so many holes on the water. Dare I say this may be better than Pebble Beach. The property is extremely clean and with so many options of using your own pool, the local beach or two other beaches which offer privacy or great interaction for the children/families. The Golf Cart is such an asset and provides great freedom to roam. This is an amazing place for your family or a couple. You can also hire a private chef who cooks up an amazing fresh meal....they even clean up. Concierge service is also provided to make sure you make the best of your vacation. I am definitely going back and recommending to my friends. It felt like home away from home.

Fantastic Family Getaway! Will return for sure!

My family and I vacationed to Punta Mita, Puerto Vallarta for the very first time this past June for 1 week and were definitely very impressed. The condo is located in a beautiful area with 24/7 hour security where we felt extremely safe. We arrived at the condo late at night therefor leaving no time for a grocery trip and were very happy to see the fridge and pantry fully stocked with all the food we requested (done in advance through the concierge). The service was impeccable and everyone was so helpful. The view from the terrace was amazing, as overlooks the beach and two pools and was spectacular to look out to day or night. On our second day my boyfriend and I were able to have massages done in the comfort of the condo! Our third and fifth day we golfed. Golfing was incredible! We golfed both courses, Pacifico and Bahia and were not disappointed. Meals out of the condo were extremely delicious and just a short walk down through this small town next to the condo. We tried out Si Signor, Si Sushi, Margharitas, and Enclote; the food was amazing at each of these restaurants and dishes were fairly large. If you prefer not to walk around the area, the owner provided us with an 8 person golf cart which was easy to drive and we were able to venture anywhere within the gates of the area and also in parts of the small town. This place was great for everyone including family, girls week away or even just a romantic getaway.My family and I were very sad when it came to leaving this beautiful location and will definitely be retiring in the near future!

An excellent stay for my husband and I!

WOW what a condo! You will not be disappointed with this space. An open concept kitchen and living room is perfect for entertaining and preparing meals, with a cozy sectional and TV/reading space big enough to seat 8 people. Sliding doors allow you access to a massive balcony overlooking the ocean and a second dining table and sofa. We ate dinner almost every evening outdoors, as ceiling fans create a light breeze and comfortable dining even in the summer heat. The kitchen has everything you need to cook your own breakfasts, lunch and dinners. We paid a small fee to have Punta Mita staff stock our kitchen with food and supplies prior to our arrival. What a great service- we loved being met with delicious local fruit displayed on the island and an impeccably stocked fridge. The complex is gated with 24-hour security, and you must check in and out with the guards at their driveway post each time you exit. It is comforting to know that staff are aware once you have left and when you have returned. In the parking garage there is your personal 8 person golf cart available to explore what the surrounding area has to offer, including a gym, golf courses and other hotel amenities like pools and private beach clubs. During our stay we golfed at the Bahia and Pacifico courses and were so pleased with their accommodating staff. If you only have time for one round, we recommend Pacifico as the ocean views are spectacular. Depending on the tide you may get the opportunity to play an island green on hole 3b. The experience is unlike any other as you drive atop the ocean on a stone path just surfacing the lapping waves. You can also visit a little town just minutes walking distance with a variety of excellent restaurants. At first glance the restaurants appear unkempt, but once you walk in you will be pleasantly surprised to find every spot opens up to ocean front dining. We took the owner Tony’s suggestion to try 3: Si Signore- Be sure to indulge in their top-notch margaritas. You can also view the catch of the day which the staff present to your table prior to ordering. Margarita’s- You can sit right on the beach in front of the pier. Time your dinner for the sun set. Si Sushi -A couple tables are exhibition style cooking. There is nothing like watching the ocean as your chef expertly grills a Teppanyaki menu in front of you. Overall a wonderful time. Tony is very informative and great for any inquiries you may have about your stay.

paradise in Punta Mita

Our family arrived On June 2 14 late at night and we were tired and hungry so when we unlocked the unit door we were very pleased to see that the kitchen and fridge was stocked with everything the we instructed the concierge to buy for us. Great decision to use this service Next came the tour of the spacious unit which was so incredible that we forgot about eating, truly well laid out to accommodate all 8 of us perfectly. BUT, it continues to get better. As we arrived late the night before visibility from our grand patio was poor although we could hear the lapping waves of the ocean. The next morning we all woke up to a stunning sunrise and gorgeous view of the ocean. This was paradise. Over the course of 7 days we enjoyed the beaches of Hacienda de Mita, the St Regis club, Residence BC and Kapuri BC. We golfed several times at both courses, Pacifico and Bahia and one day managed to play hole 3 B in its entirety due to low tide. Its popular among golfers to hit shots on the ocean island every round regardless of tide conditions. We enjoyed many breakfasts and lunches on our beautifully patio under the swirl of two oversize ceiling fans. Dinners for the most part were in the town of Punta Mita, just a short walk away. All face the ocean with great seating directly on the sand floor. Three must do dinner spots are Si Signor,Si Sushi and Margaritas. Each meal at these restaurants was unique and delicious. As for getting around, we did so courtesy of the 8 person golf cart owned by the owner and made part of our package deal. We drove it everywhere to get to the beaches, golf courses, small stores for essential supplies etc. This owner also has a well maintained and excellent make of a BBQ that we used quite often. We will be back to paradise again soon and hope to try the other restaurants and of course get a par on 3B
