Tule nauttimaan trooppisen rannan condo, joka sijaitsee Hutchinson Island, Florida. Sijaitsemme South Hutchinson Islandilla, lähellä Jensen Beachiä, Stuartia ja Floridan ykköspaikkakaupunkia .... Port St. Lucie. Rannamme tarjoavat rauhallisen ilmapiirin, mukaan lukien koskematon tunne trooppisesta paratiisista. Tule ja ole osa kaikkea mitä Hutchinson Island tarjoaa! Jensenin keskustan rantaa ja sen Jammin Jenseniä, torstai-iltaisin, viehättäviä, taiteellisia kauppoja, museoita, taidenäyttelyitä ja upeaa musiikkia ja ravintoloita ei saa unohtaa! Huoneistomme tarjoaa kaksi auringonlaskunäkymäparveketta, täysin varusteltu keittiö, uudet laitteet, hiljattain uusittu keittiö, uusittu kylpyhuone, jossa on suihku, kaksi queen size-vuodetta, yksi on "nukkumismäärä" -sänky; iso lipasto, taulutelevisio olohuoneessa ja makuuhuoneessa. Hintaan sisältyy myös ilmainen wifi, dvd-soitin, kaapeli, rantavälineet ja liinavaatteet. Lämmitetty uima-allas piknik-alueilla ja BBQ-grillit ovat myös osa mukavuuksiamme ... Voi ... älä unohda, että olemme aivan Shuckers-ravintolan ja Tiki-baarin vieressä. Live-viihde esitetään perjantaina, lauantaina ja sunnuntaina. Sinun on ehdottomasti vietävä aikaa aurinkovoidettavasta aikataulustasi, jotta kaikki mahtuu! Olemme työskennelleet ahkerasti tehdäksesi tästä bungalowista "erityisen kodikas", jotta vieraamme tuntevat olonsa "erikoiseksi"!
Monet nähtävyydet ovat lähellä huoneistoa. We had a great time during our vacation. The condo we was clean, comfortable, and perfect for our quick getaway. The location is right on the beach with a great pool on the property as well. Having a restaurant on-site was a big bonus, and we loved that we were only minutes away from other beaches, shops, and places to explore. Overall, a relaxing and convenient stay.

More than expected!!

The host met us at the condo and gave us the walk through of the unit as well as the grounds. They thought of everything that you might need for your stay.The condo was clean and comfy. Would definitely stay again!

1st trip to Hutchinson Island

Emilio met us upon check-in and showed us around the unit and the property. It’s in a great location and attached to a great restaurant that is on the beach. The unit is on the street side, but there wasn’t much road noise. We walked on the beach most mornings walked across the street and through that neighborhood on another. Here are our only improvements suggestions: provide dishes and cups to use in microwave make sure there is soap, shampoo, and conditioner in shower There was only one trash bag, so we went out to get some. Emilio offered to pay for it, but someone gave us a couple for free. We would definitely rent here again!

Wonderful Birthday Get Away

As always the condo was perfect! Very well stocked with everything you need for the perfect get away. Emilio and Lilly are wonderful hosts and truly go out of their way to make your stay memorable. We love that the beach is steps away and Shuckers is right there also. Looking forward to another visit!

Perfect place to relax!

Loved Emilio & Lily’s condo. Comfortable and clean! Our time there was very relaxing. Just what we wanted. Everyone we saw at the pool or in the hallways were very friendly. The only negative and it’s a little thing. Put a rug with a nonslip backing in the bathroom. Both of us slipped getting out of the shower. Otherwise, perfect!

Great Condo

We had an amazing vacation, this place was perfect for 2 adults and a 2 year old, easy checkin and checkout, owners were responsive with any questions we had prior and during our trip . Had beach towels, wagon, umbrellas, chairs and cooler, everything you need for days at the beach! Place is in a good location, easy drive to nearby spots and groceries. We did end up going yo Disney for a day, was a easy 2 hour drive each way. Would definitely stay at this condo again.

Can’t wait to go back!!

Our stay was lovely! Emilio and Lily go out of their way to accommodate any special requests and make you feel at ease. This was my first personal check-in experience, and it was very helpful! The condo was clean, and decorated beautifully. They had everything we needed to whip up some quick breakfasts, prepare late night snacks, and blend some cocktails. We didn’t plan on cooking much, but it seems you’d be able to prepare a full meal easily if you chose to. Location was perfect, so close to the pool and beach, shopping, food, and Shuckers (the restaurant attached) is a local hot spot for a reason! Definitely stop in. We were eaten alive by the local bug, no-see-ums, our last night on the balcony. We forgot to reapply our spray, and this is of course not the fault of the owners, just throwing it out there because bug spray (which was also provided by the owners) is a MUST. We are already planning our next stay, thanks Emilio and Lili!

Relaxing stay even after a Hurricane.

Booking was very straightforward and accommodation was all as advertised. Our stay was complicated by the hurricane that arrived the day we were to check in. However we talked with the owners who suggested we wait a couple of days but kindly added two days to the end of our week to compensate. Obviously the pool and outdoor areas were being cleaned up but our apartment was fine and the beach was accessible and the restaurant and right in the property was open as usual. Would definitely recommend to others.

Couldn’t beat the location

Steps away from the pool and beach, minutes away from shopping. Upon checking in we were greeted by the owners who gave us a quick rundown of the property. The unit was recently updated and clean, only criticism is that we cook and while there was pots/pans it did lack a great variety. I ended up purchasing aluminum pans and Gladwear for larger type bowls, but most people could make due with what was available. All necessary small appliances were there, plenty of linens for bathroom/kitchen use as well as all the beach gear you would need! Had a small cooler, chairs, umbrella and wagon along with noodles too!! We hung out at the beach one day, and pool another, both were great! The neighboring restaurant was nice however we never ate there but only went for a drink or two. The beach was not overcrowded and easy to find a great spot.

Condo on the beach

My daughter and I loved staying at the condo. It was very cozy and clean. The condo was right on the beach and the hosts provided all the beach supplies. We were also in the same complex as Shucker's, a great restaurant that we dined at several times. Enjoyed our time here. Emilio and Lili were wonderful hosts and communication with them was super easy.

Home away from home

My mom and I really enjoyed Emilio and lilis place, it was also easy to find. It was very clean, spotless. They even waited for us to check in bc we ran into rental car problems and didn’t arrive till later than expected. Just all around good people It’s right on the beach and had a very clean pool too ! I’m tempted to go back alone for a mini treat by myself lol ! We really enjoyed ourselves and I’m Glad I rented from them!

Last minute vaca.

My husband and I were able to get away for a short vacation and found this little gem. It’s in our favorite area, close to beaches, restaurants, bars and shopping. The one bedroom/one bath was just right for us. The balconies were nice to sit out in for morning coffee and evening people watching. The owners met us and gave all the details and also tips for places to go. They even dug out a coffee maker for my husband! Those little extras make a difference. Thank you Lili and Emilio.

Two weeks in paradise

Emelio and Lili's condo was lovely. It was decorated in a contemporary Florida style. Great use of color!!!! The condo was well appointed with what we needed for the two weeks we stayed. The pool and beach were wonderful. The convenience to Shuckers to dine in or take out if we did not want to cook, was great. Emelio and Lili were great to work with in the process of renting their condo as well as meeting us when we arrived. Great place and memories. Thank you Emilio and Lili.

Great location!

Lovely, cozy condo right on the beach. Clean, updated and fully furnished with all your needs. Even a tiki bar/cafe just feet away. Would definitely recommend!

I can’t say enough good things about this condo! The owners were very attentive and greeted me on arrival to show me the place , gave recommendations on places to visit and eat as requested. The condo was clean, beautifully decorated, had all the amenities I could want, warm pool, great location…. I will definitely be back!

We bought this property because we love the beach, love the peace and quiet, love the water...the sand and the sunsets. We have lived here since 1992 and have made many wonderful memories in this area.

We fell in love with this condo the minute we saw the beach! We are 'beach' people ...guess since I was born in a tropical Island I'm going back to my roots. Music is also our passion so when we heard the music coming from Shuckers, right next door, we said....Beach, music and friends....WE'RE HOME!!!!
