Casa Le Pigne on lumoava 2000sq ft, single-level huvila sijaitsee rauhallisella ja nÀköalapaikalla (600m korkeus), nÀkymÀt metsÀt ja vuoret Chianti Classico viini Toscanan alueella.
Omaisuus on yksityinen ja rauhallinen (lÀhin naapuri noin 500m pÀÀssÀ) ja 6 km pÀÀssÀ historiallisesta kylÀstÀ Castellina in Chianti. Castellina on maailmankuulu Rocca delle Macie viini, yhdessÀ satojen muiden tyylikÀs viinejÀ. Castellina on myös tunnettu sen antiikkiliikkeitÀ, herkullisia ravintoloita ja lauantain viikoittain markkinoilla.
Villa koostuu seuraavista:
- 4 makuuhuonetta joissa molemmissa 2 yhden confortable vuodetta (voidaan liittÀÀ King size)

On 2 terassia (yksi katettu) varustettu pöydÀt ja tuolit ulkona ja nauttia nÀkymistÀ.
Herkullinen, perinteinen toscanalainen ateria voidaan valmistaa Filomena, talon pitÀjÀ, pyynnöstÀ.
Vaikuttava 7 hehtaarin aidattu puutarha on varustettu yksityisellÀ aidattu 6: lla 16m: n uima-altaalla kesÀkuusta syyskuun loppuun (jopa hieman aikaisemmin ja myöhemmin, jos sÀÀ sallii).
UUSI: olemme juuri avanneet kylpylÀn kellarissa, jossa on höyrysauna, infrapunasauna, suihku ja WC. Aivan edessÀsi on ulkona oleva 7 paikkainen kylpytynnyri.
Kaikki on tÀydellinen ottaa aikalisÀ lounge siemaillen lasi paikallista Chianti viiniÀ tai spumante.
Kiinteistöjen ympÀröimÀ on yli 250 hehtaaria villi maaseutua unohtumattomia retkiÀ upposi koskematon luonto. 5 merkittyÀ kÀvelyÀ jokaiselle kÀvelylle.

HyvÀ aika kÀydÀ Toscana on hiljaisempi osa kausi: touko- tai kesÀkuussa kaunis sÀÀ ja vÀhemmÀn vÀkijoukkoja ja tietenkin syyskuussa ja lokakuussa sadonkorjuun aika kokea viininvalmistuksen, aivan kellarissa, jossa toiminta tapahtuu. Nautin marraskuussa sato- ja oliiviöljyn jalostuksessa.

The house was beautifully furnished, kitchen well stocked with everything you could need and the bedrooms were larger than expected. Bathrooms were wonderful with lots of hot water. We especially enjoyed the hot tub and spa areas. The pool was perfect but it was cool during our stay so we mostly sat in the lounge chairs surrounding it. The ping pong table was a hit with my family and friends.

This property was our most favorite of the 5 VRBO we stayed at in Italy. You will NOT be disappointed; it was absolutely amazing. The amenities were exactly as described, and the Kitchen was more than equipped with top-of-the-line appliances. The grounds keeper even brought us firewood for the fireplace. They even had heavy towel robes for each of us which was such an awesome touch to our entire experience.

I could not imagine a more beautiful place. Jerome was very responsive, very kind and patient with our requests.We had cycled through that exact area a year and a half ago, but didn't realized this place was right in there! The hiking trails, country feel, quiet and many peaceful seating areas gave everyone their own area to be if one needed to read or work. The design, layout and artwork were perfect. We are planning to return next year!

Superbe maison dans un dĂ©cor enchanteur. Toutes les installations (salles de bain suffisantes, piscine, saunas, etc.) Ă©taient trĂšs bien. Seuls points d’amĂ©lioration seraient des Ă©lĂ©ments comme le ventilateur du poĂȘle et la lumiĂšre qui ne fonctionnaient pas et les ustensiles de cuisines plutĂŽt limitĂ©s pour des gens qui aiment cuisiner. Somme toute, rien pour nous empĂȘcher de passer un beau moment relaxant.

Check in was easy. Communication was prompt. The house was beautiful, all the appliances worked easily. By far one of the nicest accomodations I have ever stayed at. Stayed with 8 others and there was plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms. Not to mention the amazing outside property, views bush walks and some surprises along the way. MUST STAY.

Casa le Pigne was the idyllic villla of our dreams. We came to celebrate my dearest friend’s birthday, and left wondering whether we could move in next month. The gentle sussuruss of the bees through the lavender alone is a sound (and a smell) I deeply wish my sound machine could reproduce at home. Jerome took incredible care of us, and helped me coordinate an epic birthday dinner at the villa with Andrea, as well as introduced me to the lovely Marta who was kind enough to give three of us massages that same day. Castellini in Chianti is the perfect small base for a Tuscan stay. Everything you need very close, stunning views at every turn, and everything in Tuscany accessible within a few hours’ drive at most. We spent a splendid day at Castelli Tricherchi outside Montalcino and then in Montalcino itself, and still made it back around sunset to Casa le Pigne. Pack good shoes to walk in, pack multiple swimsuits, and give Jerǒme a kiss from Beth.

This is an amazing property. Close enough to cities like Florence and Siena, but remote so there is peace and quiet for a slower paced vacation. The local town of Castellina was perfect for us. Plenty of good restaurants, and a nice little downtown area limited to pedestrians. The views from the property are spectacular. The pool, hot tub and sauna are all very nice. It was hot during our stay and the air conditioning worked very well and it was a life saver. Our host was welcoming and helpful. The hiking trails throughout the property are a nice bonus. This place definitely deserves the top ratings it receives.

Great Place To Stay In Tuscany

This property is located in an excellent area. It is less than one hour from the Florence airport. The nearby town of Castellina in Chianti is a nice small village. Many food options are available, there is a Coop grocery store and a very cozy walking street. There are four bedrooms that are very nice. Three of them have ensuite bathrooms and the 4th has a bathroom immediately across the hallway. We will most likely stay at this location again.

Paradise in Tuscany

Beautiful home, manicure garden with amazing views. Spa, pool, hot tub and ping pon table! The house is super comfortable, big bedrooms with new bathrooms, a beautiful galleria and it is located on top of a hill surrounded by trees and lavenders.Jerome was there to welcome us and he responded our messages right away. My son in law wanted to go to a soccer game and he couldn’t get tickets. Jerome asked some friends and found two free tickets for us! That was so nice from him!Castellina is a few km away, a car is needed to go to town. The road is nice. The town is charming . Hope to come back another time to this Tuscan paradise!

Great stay in Chianti

We had a great stay at Casa La Pigne. The villa is in a beautiful setting just a short drive from Castalina. There are multiple restaurants to choose from Castalina and the town is charming. The house has a great hot tub. The weather was a little cool for us so pool was not open yet, but looks great for those staying in the future. Kitchen is well equipped. We did use the fireplace on a couple of rainy days which was nice. We had a chef come in and cook for us one night for family and it was a great time as well. We highly recommend.

Incredible

The house is beautiful and spacious and so well equipped! The kitchen has everything you might need to cook a great meal and so many lovely outdoor spaces to sit and enjoy food and the scenery. The hot tub and steam room are great! There are hiking trails all around the property which are wonderful. The town is a 10ish minute drive and is quaint and beautiful with several great restaurants and a grocery store and some wine shops. This house is just amazing!

Beautiful villa

Our family had a wonderful stay in November. We enjoyed the fireplace and the hot tub. Nice and quiet, very relaxing. We had good recommendations and even a chef came in and cooked dinner. All good and recommend staying here.

Peaceful and picturesque ridge top villa

We enjoyed the tranquility and beauty at Casa Le Pigne! The home was so comfortable, well appointed and relaxing with views and natural vistas abounding. Great hiking, easy access to all Chianti villages and the larger hill towns in the region. The spa facilities were a a lovely addition! Loved it and will return- eagerly!

Stunning stay in Tuscany

The villa was absolutely beautiful and just what we needed for a Tuscany trip. The place was clean and so convenient to all the towns we visited. The pool was the best welcome back after hours walking around in the heat. I highly recommend going here! Please do not be deterred by the bugs, if you want to escape into a beautiful place, nature will be there too😊 the sunsets are beautiful and the amenities were just what we needed. Do not hesitate, book this villa!!

Fantastic stay

The house is fantastic and was perfect for our 2 family stay with 4 adults and 4 kids 11-15. Spacious accommodation, really well equipped with everything we needed and more. 2 beautiful terraces so you can choose to watch the sun set over the garden or watch the table tennis/barbecue. The pool is really big with comfortable sunloungers and the jacuzzi with its ingenious cover was great. Communication with Jerome was excellent. So much to do in the area and within a short drive. I definitely recommend staying here! Castellina is a perfect location - the town is very pretty

Amazing Villa!

I could probably write pages about this villa, but let's just say that the place is amazing. We had 6 people and still, the villa felt very spacious. The bedrooms are all very large and it was great to have private bathrooms in each one. You are also greeted with personal robes in each of the bedrooms. The grounds and views are spectacular. We did not use the pool because we had rain most of the time we were there, but it is large and very private. We did still take advantage of the wonderful spa tub and sauna. The villa is equipped with everything you would need and Jerome is a wonderful host and came by to show us around and explain how to use everything. The town of Castellina is a very short drive away and has a great butcher and restaurants. If you have a larger group, want a beautiful, private retreat, then this is the place for you in Tuscany. Do not hesitate to rent this villa!

Erholsamer Urlaub inmitten der Natur

Wir haben 9 Tage mit 4 Erwachsenen und 4 Kindern hier verbracht. Es fehlte an nichts. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefĂŒhlt. Das GrundstĂŒck ist wunderschön und sehr liebevoll gestaltet. Jerome ist ein sehr angenehmer Gastgeber und hilft umgehend, falls es Fragen gibt. Absolute Empfehlung!

I'm Jerome, 70, I live part time in Castellina and part time in Brussels, Belgium. Education in Law and Criminology in UCL (Leuven) and Montreal, Canada.
In Tuscany I'm now a farmer : I grow aromatics herbs strictly (and certified) organic : Lavender, Everlasting (or Curry plant), Melissa, Verbena, Rosemary, Sage, Cistus, Time, Rose and Geranium. I distillate them to produce exceptional essential oils and hydrosols. My products are distributed on internet and in boutiques in Brussels.
In Brussels I have a small lab making organic cosmetics under the label "Immortelle de Toscane", where I use my essential oils and other organic ingredients to produce niche products with genuine receipts : Anti-Aging cream, Sensitive Skin balm, Hand Care balm, Body oil...
I love nature and culture, and therefore is Tuscany a perfect match.

I love Italy since i'm a teen. The sounds, smells, tastes and flavours, all..., and I discovered Tuscany at 18. An immediate 'coup de foudre'. I come in Castellina for vacations since 44 years now. It was always my dream to buy a house here, in the forest and wild surroundings. I am so happy to stay here, walking around and working hard to grow aromatic plants, harvest and distillate them to produce my organic essential oils. People here are fantastic, helpful, hard and inspired workers.
