Tällä kauniilla, neljän makuuhuoneen loma-asunnolla Park Cityssä on avoin pääkerros, jossa on suuri huone, jossa on viihtyisä takka, oma kylpytynnyri, ilmastointi ja upea, gourmet-inspiroima täydellinen keittiö!

Vain noin kuusi mailia pohjoiseen Park Cityn juhlallisesta keskustasta, tämä Park City -pakopaikan upea huone on ihanteellinen paikka iltaelokuvien seuraamiseen, seikkailuun takan ympärillä tai illallista edeltä lasillisen viiniä. Ja kun on aika valmistaa ateria, keittiössä on graniittiset työtasot, kaikki tärkeimmät laitteet ja kaikki astiat, ruokailuvälineet, lasitavara ja kaikki keittiövälineet.

Tämän Park City -lomamökin ylemmällä tasolla on kolme kodin neljästä makuuhuoneesta. Master-sviitissä on king-size-vuode ja viereisessä kylpyhuoneessa on tupla-altaat, suihkukaappi ja iso kylpyamme. Kaksi muuta makuuhuonetta tässä kerroksessa on parisänky ja kaksi erillistä kerrossänkyä - nämä kaksi makuuhuonetta jakavat täydellisen salin kylpyammeen. Neljäs makuuhuone on alemmalla tasolla ja siinä on oma mukava king-size-vuode ja täysi kylpyhuone, johon pääsee aulan kautta - jopa 10 vierasta majoittuu mukavasti täällä.

Tällä viihtyisällä Kodiak-kodilla on oma yksityinen ulkokylpytynnyri takapihallaan iltapäivän rentoutumiseen. Lisäksi muihin mukavuuksiin kuuluu pesukone ja kuivausrumpu sekä kahden auton autotalli.

Nice area,

We did a dad's and teenager ski trip. We liked the garage, the location, 3 king bed rooms, fire place, roomy, hot tub. Didn't like the dishwasher broke on first day, garage door battery died and had buy new one, front door keypad needed reset and locked out 6 hours plus with no communication or feedback, squeaking metal sound on room , empty propane tank for grill, lack of a local manager to help as had to call out of state and then relayed message back with no proper follow up. It seems between rentals things were not put back into place properly as found keys and garage remote in odd places in kitchen and no onsite instructions or welcome pack, place needing a update but very good location for quick guys/boys ski getaway.

Plenty of sleeping space

We loved having 3 King beds and 4 twins! The place was clean and in good condition. We only wish the kitchen was better equipped for cooking for crowds of 10 (since that's how many the condo sleeps). There were only 6 or 7 glasses and we didn't see any plastic cups for children. There really isn't enough comfortable seating either. The couch and chair only hold a total of 7 people; they really need to add some more furniture in the living room. I don't know that I'd stay here again unless I saw from the picture that they've added some seating... otherwise it would have been a perfect place!

Once we moved in and after first seeing the house that looked good, one after the other small issues like dishwasher broken out of place and other stuff not working, it’s dated and needs repair and updating. Heat downstairs a problem. Very cold in lower bedroom.

Nice property but bad management

The house was very well suited to our gang of eight. It was clean. However, when we arrived we found a side support for one of the bunk beds was broken and put back to look intact. The same for a door on the armoire in the master bedroom. There were not enough glasses but plates and silverware were fine. There were lightbulbs out in the master bedroom and bath. The main issue however was a BROKEN DISHWASHER. They sent a serviceman out the day after we called who assured us it would be replaced very soon. Repeated calls got us nowhere. It hadn't been touched when we checked out. They then insulted us by offering $50 a night for the inconvenience. I expected more from Vacasa.

Nice Weekend Getaway in the Mountains

This was a great location for a quick weekend trip to the mountains. I loved that we were close to Park City proper but didn’t have to drive into Park City. Also great paths for walking/biking.

Fantastic Stay!

This location was absolutely perfect, close to all local attractions and easy to find. The house had everything we could need, was in a very quiet neighborhood, and was extremely clean. We'll definitely stay again when we're back in Park City!

Ski home

The location was perfect to all the ski resorts, grocery store, Walmart, Columbia outlet and restaurants. The house was fully stocked with toilet paper and soap for the full stay. The beds were very comfortable and the hot tub was really nice after a day of skiing.

Perfect family ski retreat!!

We spent 5 days in Park City for a family ski vacation, two families, total of 8 people and the house was near perfect!! It snowed roughly 20” while we were there and temps near zero. The heat worked great throughout the house, and hoa did there best to keep drives/walkways cleared. They even had some sleds available for the kids! As with most rentals, the kitchen pans, etc we’re not the best condition but all and all, we’d definitely stay again! My only suggestion would having a shovel on hand for clearing a path to the grill or hottub.

Perfect Getaway House

This place was nice with 3 couples and 4 kids. The king beds and bunk beds made our stay peaceful. We loved what Bear Hollow had to offer gym, pool, basketball, and grills. This house had the basics to help make our stay memorable.

Spacious and Comfortable

Really pleased with our stay here, very spacious condo. Nice open living and dining room off the kitchen was great for visiting with the family while cooking. Rooms were large and the beds very comfortable. Hot tub was great as well. 10/10 would stay again.

Amazing home!

The only thing we had a problem with is that the microwave didn’t work for us at all. We messed with it for about 30 minutes but it just never would work for us. Other than that the home was amazing & in the perfect location. Check in and checkout were a smooth process!

Nice property close to Park City ski areas

Overall, a very pleasant rental experience. The condition of the property was excellent and we enjoyed our stay. There were a few comments: (1) The basement bedroom is essentially unheated (ceiling vents only) and desperately needs a space heater. One of our party FROZE and I'll be asking VRBO/Vacasa for some consideration. (2) We couldn't get the TV in the Master BR to work - instructions are needed. (3) Kitchen utensils are OK but lack some common items: potato peeler, wine glasses [there were 2 & we added 3] (4) Shower water temperature OK but pressure was enh. A multi-function showerhead would be an improvement.

This is a beautiful home in a prime location to ski in park city. About 30 minutes from airport and then 10 minutes from slopes. We had a group of 10 utilizing the entire home. Bedrooms were very spacious with two bedrooms having a tv in the room. Bunk room was nice to have for kids. Kitchen was spacious with very nice appliances and few spices to help out. However the kitchen cookware was sub par with Teflon pans and pots that need to be retired. Bottom bedroom for whatever reason was extremely cold although a space heater was supplied ( every house we have rented has this same problem ). Cleaning crew needs to pay a little more attention to detail. Living room only has a seating for 4 comfortably or 5 squeezing on couch. A bigger sectional or additional love seat would be a huge improvement. Seating in LR and kitchen pans glass ware were the only reason we did not give 5 stars. All in all this was a nice home and trip for us just wanted to pass on a few helpful tips in our opinion. Also dish soap and laundry detergent were provided which was a nice plus for us. We would stay here and recommend to others

Great floor plan and location

The house has a very good size for families, and is well located near the two ski resorts and many restaurants. It does need some small items replaced such as some bedding and a few pots and pans. The house was very clean, and the hot tub was in excellent condition!

Great house with easy access to the Canyons, PC and Deer Valley

The house was very spacious, clean and the hot tub really got the job done after long days of skiing! Compared to houses directly in Park City, this house was very reasonably priced. I'd definitely consider this house for future treks.

House was perfect and accommodated our family very nicely......however, hot tub did not work!

I rented this home last summer because it had a hot tub. There were other options in this complex but the hot tub was why we rented this unit. Upon arriving we found out that the hot tub was broken and despite two visits by a technician, the first after we had been there for two nights, but the hot tub could not be fixed. It our feeling that the hot tub should have been checked out for problems before our visit and either fixed or replaced as this is the beginning of the ski season. It was bitterly disappointing to our family that included six children not to have a hot tub. Especially as most of the neighbors had working hot tubs and we could hear them enjoying the hot water after a long day of skiing. We did go to the Bear Hollow hot tub one evening but that was disappointing too as the water was "warm," not hot so we never went back. If it were not for this issue I would give this property a very high recommendation as the house was lovely. Surprised the owners did not make sure that their managing company did not stay on top of this detail as their listing says "Contemporary townhouse w/private hot tub & pool access!" That captured my attention and as this was a special trip for my entire family and we rented two units in Bear Hollow it was beyond disappointing for us not to have a hot tub. I would go so far to say that the phrase at the top of this VRBO property listing was false advertising as this someone should have known about the hot tub and had it fixed or replaced before our arrival. Obviously, I also paid more to rent a unit with a hot tub so I feel that there should be some credit given to me for this situation.
