Ole yksi ensimmäisistä, joka nauttii näistä upouusista moderneista sviiteistä merinäköalalla. Keskeisellä paikalla aivan Puerto Escondidon sydämessä, vain yhden korttelin päässä rannasta ja kahden korttelin päässä kuuluisalta Zicatelan kaistaleelta. Näissä yhden makuuhuoneen / yhden kylpyhuoneen sviiteissä on avoin pohjaratkaisu, mustat graniitti työtasot, upeat merinäkymät, mustat suihkut ja pääsy Hotel Oasis-uima-altaalle. Valitse king-size-vuode tai kaksi tuplaa, molemmissa on täysin varustettu wifi, Sky TV, AC, ulkosuihku, keittiötarvikkeet, liinavaatteet ja pesukone ja kuivausrumpu paikan päällä. Nauti kauniista puutarhoista ja yksityisistä palapa-alueista ottaen samalla merinäköala. Nämä hyvin yksityiset sviitit tarjoavat rauhan ja rauhallisuuden tunteen. Vain nopea viiden minuutin ajomatka ja olet kaupungissa, jossa kaikki ruokakaupat, pankit ja bussipysäkit sijaitsevat. The location of the property was good. On the other hand, It was difficult to find the building. I stayed with some family members including my grandma. I don't recommend it for elderly people since you must go through two hill streets hard to walk. The only thing you get is roll paper, you don't get water, shampoo or anything else.

If you're a digital nomad their wifi is 4 MBS oretty slow!! Seems the host is onsite but didnt come and introduce herself for some reason. Badly in need of screens to block the sun on the outside 3rd floor deck of our place as after 12 pm it beats into the apartment and its very hot as AC is in bedroom and cant keep up! Cement dust all over outside deck floor which we tracked inside everywhere. Other than that id stay again if they made some changes! Good value for the buck!

We had a very nice time at Santa Maria. It was just as advertised. Nice room, nice bathroom, great kitchen. The deck is perfect and the location is excellent. Good spot!

Great vacation

We rented an apartment here for one month, from mid November through mid December. Everything was exactly as advertised. It was very clean and safe. The beach ,stores, and restaurants were all within easy walking distance. We would definitely stay here again.

Could have been so much more for so little.

The apartment was super clean and there were no bugs which I have definitely experienced in other locations in Puerto Escondido. With a little decorating to give it some Mexican flavour, the apartment could have been so much more. It lacked appropriate cooking utensils and dishes. Four forks, four knives and four spoons plus 2 plastic chairs on which to sit meant entertaining was not an option. Only within the last two or three days out of the month did we have hot water. Would I stay again? No.

Stayed here Jan. 27 to Feb 10 2017. Great accommodations! Walk to everything, beach, stores and restaraunts. Short taxi ride to major stores. Juana (housekeeper) very helpful.

Totally Awesome!

The location was perfect in relation to the beach and the restaurants. The apartment was equiped with everything that you need. It really felt like a home away from home. The sunsets everyday were breathtaking. Just add some hammocks to the balcony and you can sleep outside. The staff was wonderful as well.

Fantastic!

We had a fantastic stay. Its nice when your accomodation adds to a great vacation.The apartment was so clean and comfortable. The property is constantly being taken care of throughout the day and is meticulous. It's location was fantastic in that everything was within walking distance but away from the strip so it is always quite. The pool is located across from the property but very close and accessible. We would stay here again next year.

What an amazing place. Kitchen facilities are wonderful with high end appliances and ample room. Shower is huge with plenty of hot water. The bedroom is big with a very comfy king size bed. The patio is great for morning coffee and bird watching. What more can you ask for? But wait, there is more. The owner, Dani, answers emails promptly and is very courteous. Carlos the property manager is extra helpful. And Juana, the caretaker is very sweet and friendly. If you want a quiet, spacious, well cared for place, you won't be disappointed.

great stay!

my gf and i recently returned from an 8 night stay in puerto during the post xmas through new years season. the building is in a great location, one block from the beach and just 3 from zicatela which allows you to escape the crowds but still enjoy the restaurants without needing a car or taking a taxi. the apt itself is brand new. we didn't cook but you could easily entertain friends for dinner if you wanted to. we did enjoy having wine on the large balcony and taking in some of the best sunsets either of us have experienced throughout our travels. the bathroom/shower is large as is the bedroom, living and balcony spaces. i've stayed in a couple of hotels and even some of the larger houses in and around puerto and highly suggest these apartments to anyone traveling looking for a more quiet and private location yet very close to all of the attractions puerto has to offer.

couple from California loved this place

My boyfriend and I really enjoyed this place. He surfs a lot and I like to lay by the pool, so I was hesitant booking this place just because the pool wasn't actually on the property, but the pool is so close it literally feels like it's on the property. I also was worried about security with it being just a chain link fence... but trust me this place is secure! They have barbwire running on top and through the whole fence, and a HUGE spotlight on the backyard that stays on all night long. This place literally looked like daytime in the middle of the night they have so many lights on. The apartment itself was awesome. Everything was extremely well taken care of and super clean. Dani, the owner, was great too! She was super nice and if we had and concern or question she was on top of it! We are already planning our next trip back to Puerto and will be staying at this apartment again for sure!

Perfect place to stay!

My husband and I stayed here for two weeks and it was perfect. The kitchen is fully stocked with all utensils, pots and pans so it's really nice to be able to cook real meals. The apartment is super nice and clean and the beds are really comfortable. It's in a great location as well, Zicatela is about a 5 minute walk, and the mercado was about a 5 minute drive. We had the best time staying here and would 100% recommend it to anyone visiting Puerto Escondido!!!

Perfect getaway!

Everything about this place was exactly perfect for our trip! The suites are adorable, cozy, private, safe, and truly close to everything. Between Dani and her property manager, we were absolutely taken care of! My boyfriend and I wanted a balance of being close to everything but with necessary peace and quiet. The location is amazing, we spent a lot of time on the Zicatela strip and beach-which are super close (5 min walk), as well as walking around to explore other areas and nearby beaches. After a day out it, was so great to come back to our own space, be able to make some food, enjoy an amazing relaxing shower and just chill on the patio. I was honestly reluctant because this is such a new property and there was only 1 other review, but I am so so very grateful that we went with it. I would absolutely recommend this to anyone wanting to enjoy and explore Puerto Escondido. Dani has done a wonderful job making her space a beautiful home away from home!

AMAZING PLACE, GREAT LOCATION

These suites are amazing! The owners did such a great job designing everything. It is super new and updated and it's only five minute walk to Zicatela. And the shower is absoluetly amazing, it's massive! Me and my boyfriend stayed here, and we loved it. We will be coming back here for sure!
