Pysy Lucky Savannah: Historiallinen koti w / modernit päivitykset ja suuri takapiha

Tämä kolmen makuuhuoneen, kahden ja puolen kylpykotitalo sijaitsee historiallisella Jones-kadulla, nimeltään Southern Living Magazine: n Amerikan kaunein katu. Alun perin kaksi pienempää mökkiä, jotka on muunnettu yhdeksi kotiin, Savannah Selfies voi nukkua jopa 10 onnekasta vierasta, ja se on täydellinen perhejuhlia tai tyttöjen viikonloppua varten!

Tulet pieneen aulaan, joka on erotettu L-muotoisesta oleskelutilasta kaksipuolisella koristeellisella takalla. Olohuoneessa on kaksi erillistä oleskelualuetta, joista jokaisessa on värivärit ja alkuperäiset parketit. Tilavassa keittiössä ja ruokailutilassa on sekä iso ruokapöytä että aamiaisbaari, joten jokaiselle on runsaasti tilaa nauttia kotiruokaa yhdessä. Keittiöstä pääsee suoraan yksityiselle takapihalle, josta löydät kannen, jolla on viihtyisä oleskelualue, ruokapöytä ja grilli.

Kaksi kolmesta makuuhuoneesta on pohjakerroksessa. Makuuhuoneessa on king-size-vuode, TV, kirjoituspöytä ja oma kylpyhuone, jossa tupla-lavuaarit ja pääsy takapihalle. Toinen makuuhuone on viihtyisä tila, jossa on mukava queen-vuode. Upea portaikko toiseen kerrokseen lisää kodin nykyaikaisen soihdun. Yläkerran parvella on kaksi erillistä tilaa, joista toisessa on sohva ja vyö, toisessa kaksi erillistä vuodetta ja kiinnitetty puolihaute.

Savannah Selfiesillä on runsaasti tilaa ryhmällesi levittää, ja se sijaitsee ihanteellisella paikalla kävelymatkan päässä kaupoista, ravintoloista ja muista alueen nähtävyyksistä. Kävele vain kauniilla Jones-kadulla Clary's Caféan, joka on esillä keskiyöllä Hyvän ja pahan puutarhassa ja joka on sekä paikallisten että vieraiden suosikki. Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall this is a very spacious and comfortable nightly rental with 4 sleeping spaces (not including living room). NOTE that the upstairs only has twin beds or daybeds so if you have adults, may not be the best. Upstairs bathroom is a full bath, but the shower really isn't even tall enough to stand up in due to the dormer and need to sit to look in the mirror unless you are on the short side. Kitchen is spacious but cabinetry and drawers are old and don't open right (hits the stove). kitchen could have a few more amenities. I don't know why nightly rentals dont have keurig machines. I would be happy to bring along k-cups when I travel if they did. Didn't give any sugar or creamer although provided 1 packet of coffee. No extra trash bags in the house. Plenty of towels provided. Downstairs bathrooms very nice - although again cabinetry in master suite was older - not that we were using drawers (just saying). Only 3 steps getting into house if you have any mobility issues (we had a wheelchair and this was easier than many other rentals in Savannah.). Affordable for so many sleeping spaces. EAsy to walk to many coffee shops and to Liberty or Oglethorpe. Street parking is free here. Would recommend.

We had a wonderful time! The neighborhood is quite and loved the area. The front bedroom the light kept turning on in the middle of the night. My daughter was so excited that we had a ghost that was afraid of the dark. On our last night she left water and cookies for them. Light was still on in the morning. Maybe next time we will figure out how to calm our ghost. Your staff was excellent!!!!! Kept our bags while we ran around Savanah and explored. Even made some fun suggestions on places to go and eat. Highly professional group and would defiantly use again!

Great location!

Overall we enjoyed our stay. Great location! The only complaint was the backyard/deck. Based on the website pics it was one of the biggest draws of the home. Shows multiple couches/patio seating. But instead it was an old table with 5 worn out chairs.

Great Sisters' Weekend

House was perfect size for 7 of us. It was clean and comfortable. Furniture advertised on the back porch is not correct but there was a table and some chairs (no couches). Quiet, safe neighbor and great walkability to most everything you want to see, even the river if you don't mind a walk.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This house is in historic Savannah - beautiful location. Unfortunately, this house needs some TLC. The paint is chipping and falling off, there were dead bugs in the kitchen, the refrigerator smelled like dead fish and the fan in 1 bathroom sounded like a jet taking off. Yes, we did let the management company know and they did nothing. This could be a lovely home if the owner put some TLC in it. We suggest you do not stay here.

Spacious and great location

This was the perfect spot for our friends reunion in late May. The neighborhood is gorgeous and it's a long walk/short car ride from some really nice spots in Savannah. Most of the beds were comfortable with the exception of a couple of the twins in the loft. The house was well air conditioned and there is a separate temperature control on each floor. The backyard area was peaceful for drinking coffee in the morning before the heat made being inside more relaxing.

Great historic house

We spent a long weekend at the property for an overdue boys trip. The house fit 6 of us easily. The backyard was great (a little buggy so don’t forget the bug spray) so we spent a lot of time out there playing games. Would recommend!

The location is great and the neighborhood is quiet. Parking was always available. The historic house is 160 years old and could use some upkeep. The photos in the listing are old. The living space is laid out differently, but that isn’t an issue. The backyard patio only has one table with 5 chairs. No sofa or swing. We had to do a lot of cleaning to be able to use the grill. The upstairs areas don’t have any of the decorative touches that the photos show. The carpet could use to be replaced. The downstairs bathrooms could use a few rugs, especially the en-suite as the tile is old looking. That’s being said, everything was clean and we would rent this place again for all of the other positives.

Makes you wonder what's going on where you CAN'T see it. Good: Place was huge and accommodated our needs. Interior layout perfect for entertaining. Location was great, parking in the front or the back was plentiful. BAD: Pics show outdoor furniture and a swing which was part of our decision and there was only a table and some broken chairs. Water pressure in the main bathroom and kitchen sink is horrible. Only 1 small TV. Upstairs shower-shower head is so low, it's only for kids. Kitchen light has a short in the electrical switch and we were afraid the house would catch on fire on the last night. No ice maker in fridge and 1 1/2 trays to make ice.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house is very old and needs a lot of up keep done to it that has been neglected. You can see daylight through the floor. The mosquitos were horrible and we all got bit up and could not enjoy the deck out back. We love Savannah but we all came home with bites all over us. We did have very good service while we were there and they were very responsive. We had a clogged drain on the down stairs bath tub and they came out right away to fix it. We also had broken the small TV upstairs and called right away and they were very gracious with us. The house is old and needs repairs done to it. My review is more based on the House and not Lucky Savannah Management.

Great Location

Needs some TLC on the exterior but the nice had all the charm! Beds were SO comfortable. I don’t know if I misread but I was expecting two more twin beds but we made due with the larger beds. The room with the queen must have a visitor because they would turn on the light during the night. Even with all that we would stay again. Nothing that we wanted to do or see was more than 0.5 miles! We did a lot, too.

Lacking the small but essential things

Overall the property is great, however, we had one trash bag to use for the week and the pillows on the bed were small and very lumpy. I'd recommend bringing your own pillows and loading up on supplies like paper towels, decent toilet paper, etc. once you get to town.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property was clean and had all of the amenities that we needed. They were able to accommodate an early check-in for us (for a fee). Overall, this was a great home base for a bachelor party weekend.

We had a great time overall. The location was nice. The house needs some repairs as it is older.
