RANNAS ON TAKAISIN PUOLI! Upea näkymä kolmelta parvekkeelta!

Tässä hiljattain remontoidussa lahden edessä sijaitsevassa kaupunkiasunnossa on kaikki tarvitsemasi täydelliseen lomaan. Kävele suoraan rannalle takaovesta. Älä pidä pyydyksiäsi hissillä tai kadun toisella puolella. Olet siellä. Lapset voivat ajaa sisään ja ulos talosta heidän sopivana ajankohtana. Katso auringonnousua ja laskeudu yhdeltä 3 parvekkeelta. Koti sijaitsee keskeisellä paikalla Scenic 98: lla lähellä kapteeni Dave'sia. Se on ½ mailin kumpaankin suuntaan Pompano Joesista ja Crab Trapista.

Sisään tultuaan sinut heti houkutellaan uskomattomaan merinäköalaan, jonka korostaa olohuoneen suuri ikkunainen seinä. Tässä kauniisti sisustetussa 3 kerroksen kodissa on valtava avoin asuintila, jossa on suuret sohvat ja runsaasti istumapaikkoja kaikille. Siellä on bankettitila, joka sopii ainakin kahdelle ja toinen erillinen pelipöytä neljälle. Koko perheelle on runsaasti tilaa rentoutua, pelata pelejä, katsella televisiota ja syödä yhdessä. Keittiö on täysin varustettu kaikella, mitä tarvitset ateriointiin kotona. Siellä on myös pesukone ja kuivausrumpu avuksesi.
Yläkerrassa on upea makuuhuone. Voit nauttia upeasta panoraamanäkymästä lahdelle king-size-vuodesta tai omalta parvekkeelta. Siellä on myös täysin varustettu kylpyamme, jossa on kaksi pesuallasta. Yläkerrassa on makuuhuone, jossa on kaksi erityisen pitkää erillistä vuodetta ja täysi kylpyamme. Lopuksi on kerrossänky, jossa on yksi kerrossänky.

Rannan tasolla on makuuhuone, jossa parivuode ja kylpyhuone. Siellä on myös toinen oleskelutila, joka sisältää vuodesohvan ja baarialueen, jossa on TV, jääpalakone ja pieni jääkaappi. Tämä on hieno nopea juoma ja ruoka kulkee rannalta.

Great stay!

This is a great property, right on the water. Easy access to stores and restaurants. We enjoyed a week of relaxing, taking in the views and having fun. Plenty of space for everyone. Internet was great as well. I would book again without thinking twice.

First family visit to Destin

This was our 1st family visit to Destin. The condo was as described in the listing. The private beach was exactly what it said...private. So nice to never have to worry about a spot on this beautiful beach! Also having restaurants within walking distance was nice. We will definitely be returning on future vacations!

Overall the place was nice, access to the beach fantastic. Great location!

My family had a fantastic time, renting the property was easy! We were told there was no place to charge a golf cart, however, the neighbors all used the outside electrical outlets to charge theirs.

Amazing Location, Comfort, and Features

Our goal for the week was to walk a few steps, sit on the beach and de-stress. Mission accomplished! We will definitely be return visitors. One cool bonus was free beach service (two chairs and an umbrella) - one less thing to worry about! The stretch of beach is private (with security). Furnishings were all in great condition. No complaints from us!

Great week!

We had a fantastic stay at green reef #3. The layout is great and the living area is so spacious and comfortable. Access to the beach is the best we’ve had. There is a security guards that keeps the beach truly private and we were very thankful for that. Highly recommend this property.

Great experience

Great Thanksgiving week! This was our second time at the property and have enjoyed it both times. Beach access is out the bottom floor door. Easy checking in and out. Building is a little older so there are some things that could be updated but great experience overall.

EVERYTHING about the house and location was PERFECTION!!

The house was very clean, great floor plan for our needs and ALL the amenities we needed. The location and private beach were AMAZING!! The property was very nice for the most part! The downstairs area was suppose to be king bed and ended up two twin! Rented to have separate area for a small family! Still nice just miss leading.

Excellent Vacation Destination

This property is a hidden gem. The outside facade does not hint at the comfort and quality within. The place is fully-equipped, the beach is right outside the back door and local restaurants frequented by “locals” are a short walk away. We had to families of four with four kids under age 12. The space was spread out to give us all privacy. There were two different living room areas which was great to give the kids a space and the adults a space.

Beautiful location

The home is located in a beautiful spot on the beach The owner need to keep it this home updated. T Some of the furniture need to be replaced and all the bedding really need to be replaced before anyone else stays there. Please have them buy some new pillows for Master bedroom My husband and I had to share one little pillow because the other one was so nasty. It's a beautiful home but it's not being kept up to the standards of the price you pay!!

Summer Break

We rented this town home for a whole week and it was great. The location is great and everything is within close proximity. There were a few issues like the house not been ready. We arrived a appox. 4:30 and the cleaning crew was still working on the house. Not a big deal but we drove a long way and had to wait a while till they finish. The Grill also gave us a little trouble did not have gas but was replaced but managment the next day. It is a great house and will probably rent again and would also recommend to our friends and family. Thanks for a great week.

Great House

My family of 6 had a great time at the beach! The home was in perfect order. It did rain the first 2 days of our stay. The home has enough room on any floor to keep our children busy either watching tv or look at the waves. The weather broke and out the door we all went to the beach. It is great that our family could use the living room or the bottom floor to go to the beach. We did see the prior guest review about some crawly creatures they encountered. Our children looked everyday to see if they could find one. They were on a hunt! To my pleasure they did not find any, to my kids disappoint they did not find any either. We will be back next fall and thank you to the owner for such a great place at the beach. Holly and Family.

Overall, nice property, easy to find, good location.

We enjoyed our stay, somewhere between "I loved it" and "Not really". For our entire stay, there was a loud banging noise coming from the upstairs fireplace. Possibly the wind was causing something to bang around inside the chimney? It was continuous and loud enough that we could not sleep or watch TV upstairs so we slept in the bedroom on the bottom floor and watched TV in the main living area. This was disappointing as the upstairs bedroom is such a nice room. And just a side note, the dead bolt locks on the doors were difficult to operate. Not a big problem, just wanted to mention it.

Great Location

We enjoyed our stay at Green Reef 3, it was extremely close to the beach, and provided almost everything that we would need. We did find a dead cockroach which made me wonder where the other ones were hiding and a majority of the doors to the bathrooms and bedrooms had too much area for us to see through, so please property owners, get solid doors for the bathrooms and bedrooms. But, the location, the fact that there were chairs and an umbrella on the beach and that it was private, was incredible. We won't stay at this particular unit again because it was weird that you could see people when they were in the bathroom or in their bedroom but there are a lot of other amazing units in the complex that we could come back to. Be aware that the hot water in the kitchen doesn't work well so you feel like your dishes aren't getting clean if you are washing them by hand. All in all, great location, private beach, we had what we needed and every complaint is minor.

We loved the convenience to the beach from this beautiful townhome. The decks are fabulous and the bottom deck is huge and is a perfect place for leaving all the sandy beach toys. It has been newly rebuilt with composite deck boards and a ramp to the sand that's great for rolling a beach cart out to the beach. The beach is so close that it's easy to run back and forth to grab snacks, etc. There's also a shower and hose on the outside deck for washing all the sand off after a day at the beach. I especially enjoyed sitting on the middle level balcony in the evening to enjoy the sunset with a glass of wine and listen to the waves. This townhouse is much larger than it appears in the pictures and the sofas are large and comfortable. The bed in the master bedroom is very comfortable, but the beds in the two rooms down the hall are more suitable for children, but that's probably what most people would use them for anyway. We didn't use the bedroom on the bottom floor, but it appears comfortable (king size). The only thing that I would recommend is to put beach chairs out early before other people who aren't staying in the complex get there first. There's a deeded beach access walkover next to the building and so people who are staying across the street don't realize that it's a private beach and just set up wherever they choose. We were fortunate to have a couple staying next to us who were early birds and so they would put everything out to claim our territory each day! A simple solution to this issue would be for the homeowner's association to extend the fence next to the beach walkover to as close to the waters edge as is feasible. That would make it more obvious that it's a private beach. Overall, it really wasn't a problem and I would stay in this unit again.
