Tämä Upeissa, melkein rannalla koti sijaitsee erinomaisella ylläpidetään viihtyisyyttä joka huoneessa. Upeat näkymät merelle kodin ja erityinen vista näkötorni tekee 4BD / 3BA täydellinen Havaijin pako.

1/4 hehtaarin paljon on kokonaan aidattu yksityisyyttä ja rentoutumista ulkomaailmasta. Päärakennuksessa on 2 yläkerran makuuhuonetta, yksi kuningatar ja yksi tupla. Den (joka on maanpintaan) kaksinkertaistuu makuuhuone ja jopa on liukuovet sulkea pois yksityisyyden. Suurin makuuhuone ja sauna on oma tulo ja on yksityinen päässä oleskelutilaa. Huone sijaitsee king size-vuode ja 50 "plasma-tv kuten kaapeli. Kaikki huoneet on varustettu ilmastointilaitteet. Kaikki patjat ovat tempurpedic. Täysin varusteltu keittiö on marmoria työtasot ja ruostumattomasta teräksestä laitteet. Ruokailutila on suuri suorakulmainen pöytä, joka on kaksi penkkiä ja kaksi tuolia, helposti mahtuu ainakin 6 ihmistä. Sekä yläkerrassa ja alakerrassa on mukavat oleskelutilat yläkerran kehuskelevan merinäk��ala plus 50 "plasma-tv kaapeli. On kattotuulettimet kaikissa huoneissa ja oleskelutilat. On täysi sisätiloissa pesutupa erillään talosta.

Ulkona löytää suuri kannella täydellinen ruoanlaitosta tai rentoutua porealtaassa. On Weber Genesis propaani grilli ja ulkona ruokailutila 6. On olemassa kaksi ylimääräistä tuolia, sateenvarjo taulukon, ja istuintyynyt sekä tarvittaessa. Kylpytynnyri kata kannella, jotta voit nauttia loistossaan satoi tai paistoi. Kaksi aurinkotuolit nurmikolla on täydellinen lukee kirjaa samalla saavuttamaan joitakin säteitä. Talo tarjoaa 2 boogie levyt ja snorkkeli vaihde auttaa parantaa valtameren seikkailuja

As good as it gets

Location is great, place is clean, layout was perfect for our family. Me and my wife took the cabana, (separate quarters with A/C and bathroom) two couples upstairs and my daughter on the ground floor of the main house. Look out great for morning coffee. We used the beach chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, coolers and snorkels during the day. Oh and the beds were very, very comfortable. Great stay - thank you, we will be back!

Peaceful, beautiful and perfect

This property is perfect for family staying together. The master suite is right next to the main house. Property is clean, tidy and comfortable. Perfect for six adults, although, it can easily accommodate eight. I loved that you can hear the ocean, you can see it too. The property is not on the beach, but you can see it from areas of the house. If you want to be on the beach, this is not the area. However, it is an island, so you can easily get to the beach in five minutes. Keep in mind when booking anywhere there are fees, taxes, cleaning deposits in addition to your nightly stay. This is standard when booking vacation property. Our concierge was a tremendous asset and helpful with questions. By the way instacart delivers to this area, which is terrific! Beautiful stay, we enjoyed our time, appreciated the amenities, beds and bedding were comfortable, everything we needed was there. Being able to do our laundry was a life saver! This property will get you as close to the ocean for a great price!

Family vacation

The location was perfect! It was just right for my family of seven adults and 115 month old. The separate room with the king size bed and bathroom was great for my son and daughter-in-law and their baby. It was convenient for them to have their own space. We even took family pictures on the rocks near the little private beach. Everything in the Kona area was so close. Our time went so fast. Wish we had built in a day just to enjoy the house but we did use it for several dinners and breakfast. Nice to have the grill. Wish we would’ve known in advance that there was a few baby items such as a pack and play and a stroller. The host was very responsive when we contacted her about extra blankets. Would’ve loved some extra sheets, comforters. She also took care of a small ant problem in the master bathroom. Plenty of bath and beach towels. The laundry was a plus for sure.. We enjoyed the lookout tower! Overall we had a great stay!

Pictures don't do it justice!

Kai Vista was ABSOLUTELY amazing! As awesome as everything looks in the pictures, it is way better in person! No problems with this property at all. I would highly recommend this listing to anyone looking to have a lot of space to relax in! Our contact Heidi was a pleasure to talk too as well! She made sure to reassure me that if anything came up that she was just a phone call away. (nothing came up though)

It was a great location to explore the Kona Coast, close to grocery stores, 2-steps for snorkeling, Magic Sands Beach and much more. We had breakfast at the house each morning and enjoyed grilling at night. The hammocks were a great addition as well as the geckos that joined us for breakfast. Short walk to view the sunset at the beach nightly.

nice house close to ocean

The pictures and description are really accurate. The house is just off the coast, not on the coast as described and there no beach. But there is a nice elevated open room connected to second floor of house that has a view of the coastline. The main house has an upstairs with two bedrooms and a bathroom and a nice sitting space, that connects to that outdoor space by a bridge. The downstairs has another sitting space, dining space and the kitchen. Then there is a nonattached large room and bathroom. So, it makes a nice place for more than one family to stay because there is basically two seperate areas. The location is pleasant but not really close to a beach, and a short drive from the main coastline locations. The house has coast access is along a road and there is a bench. The layout overall of the house is really quite unusual, but does give a lot of different spaces if a large family stayed. We had fire detector break and the internet went out, but the host was really responsive, and the owner upgraded the wifi while we were staying there. Overall a nice house particularly for a larger group.

The house was large and comfortable, the location was ideal, and the management company was incredibly responsive. The concierge service helped us setup some tours -- the Mauna Kea Star Gazing isn't to be missed. Thankfully the house had air conditioning for us to use as some days were really hot. We enjoyed the lookout that is pictured online. We only wish they had a pool -- but we made it work. We hope to return.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were a little bit disappointed with the location and the description of beach access. The water was accessible however there was no sand beach within walking distance of the house - the water was accessible by climbing rocks which was not ideal for our group. There were appliances and lights that did not work and windows that we could not lock. We made the most of our stay by taking in the beautiful sunsets off the great viewing deck but I believe the property was very overpriced for what it was. I would recommend to stay at the property if the nightly rate was lower.

Great family vacation house

Kai Vista was in a perfect location, not too close to the city, but close enough that if we wanted we could walk down for happy hour. Kai vista easily slept 6 adults, the kitchen was well stocked, and well organized. We cooked almost every evening, and ate outside under the stars. The hot tub was a bonus every evening, and the crows nest was perfect for viewing the amazing sun sets. The property itself was very clean when we arrived and easy for my mom to move around safely. We really never had an issue with Kai Vista. We did call Heidi one day to check on the trash service and she responded immediately. We can hardly wait to return.

A Magical Experience

Our first visit to the Big Island included three generations. I had researched housing that would accommodate all seven of us and was totally surprised to discover such a marvelous place. Originally I was unsure if it would live up to its billing, but the minute we entered the grounds, we knew we were in a truly magical place. Not only was it a jaw-dropping location, but the beauty of the home and the attention to detail with the accommodations were top-notch. I would not hesitate to recommend it to others. I only wish we could have stayed another week.

Hidden gem

This property is a great location. We enjoyed looking at the ocean from the upper deck and often walked one house to the beach. Plenty of space in the houses. It was so nice to eat our meals together at the large outdoor table. Thank you for bringing by the inflatable mattress for my daughter and her cousin so they could hang out together. We all also loved the clothes line in the back yard to hang up our beach towels to dry. Wonderful trip!

Great home base

Great house, yard, and lanai in a neighborhood close enough to Kona to easily go in for dinner and just far enough out of town to be "away." I loved reading and relaxing in the hammocks, and we watched the sunset every evening from the Crow's Nest. I would happily stay here again.

The perfect getaway

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This home exceeded our expectations from the space to the management/concierge team. We had 2 families staying in this home for the week which included 4 adults and 3 children. There was plenty of space for everyone. We all had very comfortable beds and space and although the management offered extra blow up mattresses they were not needed. I also asked for extra towels ahead of time and they were there when we arrived. The home was extremely clean and welcoming upon arriving. We stayed for the week so there was plenty of space for groceries and all of our bags. We brought our own snorkel gear, and there were plenty of beach towels, umbrella, 2 chairs, and small kids floaties available. The layout of the property was so great for our group because when the kids were tired at the end of the day they could hang in the upstairs room and watch movies while the adults hung out on the lookout tower playing cards and chatting. (This was our favorite spot in the morning for coffee, and at the end of the day to relax.) Kids also loved running around the space catching geckos, and collecting flowers. The spa was a nice touch but was pretty hot to stay in too long. The management team was so responsive the whole time we were on the island. Huge shout out to Heidi who really treated us like family and kept checking in on us to make sure we had everything we needed. We had an issue with the air conditioning the first day and after I reached out to her she had it taken care of right away. The concierge was also very helpful. We really wanted to do the manta night snorkel and everywhere was booked. I reached out the concierge team and they found us something right away and it was booked. We were also very happy about the location of the home. We could walk right out the front and the kids loved running around on the lava rock looking for treasures. We were so close to some really great beaches for the kids, and shopping/restaurants. Love Kai Vista!

Honeymooning with family

This place was so much better than described. Having the little bungalow separated from the rest of the house was very nice. Host was great. Only complaint was some ants. Everything you need and such a tranquil garden and viewing tower
