The only thing that tops the fantastic service was the view from the master bedroom. My wife and I came up here to celebrate our honeymoon, and we couldn’t be happier with how things went. The staff was incredibly accommodating and professional. Can’t wait to go back!

Creepy Cabin

The garage is not attached to the house, the dock is not available to guests, the house was full of bugs spiders flies in the windows and on the floor. The spa is only available till 10 @ night and one of the nights the spa wouldn’t turn on.

Dirty shack on the lake

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This property was extremely old, small & dirty... cobwebs everywhere , Cups in the cupboards were unwashed. The walls had stuff splattered on them, the floors dirty... Everything‘s dusty and there were plenty of blankets but none of them had been washed. They only have bath towels and no spa towels or towels for the lake available. (& no starter amount of laundry detergent) There are no blinds in the master bedroom... Which has a beautiful view of the lake but at sunrise you will be up every morning at 5 AM! The flooring is so tattered it looks like an outdoor barn. & there were absolutely no games for indoor or outdoor use. Usually all cabins come with a deck of cards or a couple board games but this one had nothing. We left a night early (& did not get any refund) just because we couldn’t stand staying there any longer.

Watching the sunrise on the balcony of the master bedroom was unreal. Close proximity to shops and restaurants was extremely convenient. I'm definitely booking this place for my birthday in the Summer!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were there for my son's birthday, my kids had a good time they enjoyed absolutely everything. House looks good,clean and everything is worked. I cleaned outside but it was waste of time because in the morning I had the same mess. It was only one problem I couldn't close the window for night time, which is closer to kitchen sink,because kids was a little bit scared to be in a new place in a forest,but it's ok,it wasn't a problem for next day. Thank you it a good place, awesome view and fresh air. We had a good time.

Great location but needs some updating

This is a great property in a great location but the inside needs some serious TLC. The furniture is very worn out and overall just needs a deep cleaning and maybe a fresh coat of paint. We also had ants in the kitchen and found a few mouse droppings. This would be a great place to hang out with the fellas but I wouldn't bring your mother-in-law here.

Great view and hot tub. Dirty inside.

Upon arrival I was a little disappointed. The pictures made the cabin look way nicer than it was. The beds were very firm, the floors were dirty, it looked like the couch hadn’t been cleaned (crumbs on the seats), lots of dishes were dirty, and the kitchen table was sticky. Had it not been for the view of the lake and the hot tub, it would’ve been a waste. I still think it was overpriced for what it was. There’s no dishwasher and the garbage disposal didn’t work very well. I’ve stayed at much nicer cabins for less money. We had fun but definitely won’t be staying at this cabin again.

Ski vacation

Great location. Midway from the town and the ski mountains. Great Lake views. The cabin comes with all basic supplies. Just wish it had a dish washer. Good spot for short visits .

Reviewer Comments: If you are allergic to mold? Do not stay here until they get that fixed. I actually thought about calling the Health Department but management said they would take care of it. The place was disgusting with food or blood splatters on the wall the floor and table was sticky and grungy. Our first visit to Bear Lake and we couldn't wait to leave. Covid clean? Not sure the place has seen bleach for quite a while? Management seem to have nothing but excuses hopefully they fix the problem and no one else will get sick as we did. The mold gave us both sore throats.

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The cabin location is great. Steps from the water where our boys really enjoyed fishing. I will have to say, though, that the cabin is very outdated. Rustic would be an upgrade. I cannot believe that during this time of COVID that there is not a dishwasher available. I had to hand wash every dish and utensil prior to using. Most of the pans were dusty and still oily from previous uses. The mattresses were hard as a rock. Overall though we were very happy. The location and proximity to the water was great. And we really loved the neighborhood for local bike rides with the kids.

The surprise first snow

I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The cabin was very rustic and sort of handmade and a bit grimmy. Beds comfortable and the view was perfection! People lovely BUT very hard to find them. At the time of this writing their office for sign-in is in a building that sells SPAs. Someone needs to tell the renters that, 'cause even if you have GPS once it says you are at the office there is no physical indication of the office, no sign, nothing. But as I said folks where helpful once we got someone on the phone.At a night arrival the cabin road is very difficult to find as it looks from the road that there is a sheer drop down into a gully. But by day you can see that it is just a steep hill down. So hard to find, a bit grimmy and in-artfully put together when you get in and a fabulous view and very nice people to help. Ps. when you are out and about find the trash center ahead of time. We never could find it but got an email after we were on the road that it was by the fire department or so we understand. For a first snow of the season and my 10 year old Lab/pits first snow romp it was a lovely week. be sure to check out the Grizzly Cafe for breakfast or lunch a real local experience!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My guests and I had a great time in this quaint and quiet cabin. It was cozy and serene. Everything we could think of was available to us in the home so we just had to bring additional food. On one of the nights we ordered pizza in and there were no issues getting it delivered to the cabin. The mattresses could use an upgrade, at least for my back they were not comfortable, I slept in the room with the double beds. The only thing I couldn’t figure out was how to 'sign the guest book' through the Hospitality app. I was asked to download the app when I booked my cabin. It gave instructions to sign it digitally but not where to do it within the app. Otherwise I loved every minute of it. Wish I could have stayed.
