Yksityisomistuksessa perheystävällinen Ocean Front Villa

Meidän yksityisessä omistuksessa, kauniisti sisustettu Villa sijaitsee muutaman askeleen päässä rannalta, jossa on suuri terassi ja oma sisäänkäynti Beach. Tämä Villa on 4 tasoa asuintilaa suuri yksityinen kattoterassilla 5. tasolla että unohdetaan mailia kaunis turkoosi sinivihreän vesillä Karibialla.
Nauti täysin varusteltu keittiö, ruokailutila, olohuone, taulutelevisio ja vuodesohva sekä baari. Olohuone on vain muutaman askeleen päässä iso terassi silkkinen valkoinen hiekka Karibian Beach. Tämä Villa on 3 makuuhuonetta, joissa molemmissa suihkukaappi. Makuuhuoneessa on king size-vuode suuri mestari kylpyamme ja oma terassi nauttia auringonnousua. Muut 2 makuuhuonetta on kaksi erillistä sänkyä. Jokainen huone on ilmastoitu.
Tärkein Uima-allas on vain muutaman askeleen päässä ulko-ovesi.
Meidän kaksikielinen Isännöitsijä tulee tervehtimään sinua saapuessasi ja on valmiina vastaamaan kaikkiin kysymyksiin ja / tai apua lomasta tarpeisiin. Olkoon 25 vuoden kokemus Meksikossa auttaa sinua rentoutumaan ja nauttia lomasta poissa kotoa.

Wonderful visit to cancun

Overall the house was great. It is a bit dated but the cleanliness and the location more than make up for it. The rooms are all good size. Plenty of bed options and the views are spectacular. You are right on the beach! Easy access to everything in town. Bus ride or quick uber get you everywhere. Miriam is wonderful and was a lifesaver for us. We arrived in two separate groups and she took care of all the arrangements. She even grocery shopped for us so we could have a meal when we arrived that evening. I highly recommend.

The place is very nice, in an easy location to access bus, very clean, direct access to the beach and so much more. The hostess, Miriam Ramirez Botello, is beyond fantastic. She stopped by one day to ensure things were going okay. I've never had such a stay.

This is a beautiful and well equipped villa! Right on the beach with gorgeous views. Our host Miriam was so helpful and available any time we needed her! She gave us local recommendations for food, grocery etc. it is on the south end of the hotel zone so a bit quieter, which we loved!

Miriam was wonderful. The communication was detailed and attentive. We loved the restaurant recommendations. The villa has a million dollar view and conveniently located. We might make this a yearly trip for our family. Thank you, Miriam. PS: We could not finish the 1000 piece puzzle, good luck to future guests, very relaxing activity from the bar in the villa.

Wonderful stay

First time to Cancún - wonderful time - it’s easy to get around on bus and safe! I was worried about my daughters going downtown by themselves but it was perfectly fine. Condo is right on beach and we loved the views. Mirium is wonderful and is a wealth of information and always available to answer questions. The pictures represent the condo very well - very comfortable and beach is spectacular.

We had a wonderful time . The location and having direct beach access was my favorite part. The location was wonderful easy to get anywhere needed the neighbors were friendly. Miriam was such a dear, so helpful and communication was wonderful. They helped recommend a transport company and it was the perfect one . I can. It say enough good this about his place our first vrbo in Mexico exceeded every expectation.

Miriam was awesome. Helped with suggestions of where to go. Property couldn’t have been better. Huge patio. Right on the beach. Walked 30 seconds to water with private access. Perfect for the four of us. Best place we have stayed.

Property is beautiful!

The villa is great. Rooms are nice and view is amazing. The food and drinks at the resort bars and restaurants are completely disgusting but we went to the grocery store and made meals or walked 5 or 10 min to local restaurants which were great. Pool was clean and Miriam, the property manager was amazing to deal with. We will be back!

Beautiful villa on the beach

One of the best vacation villas we have stayed in. The pictures do not do it justice. Bedrooms large and clean and comfortable beds. Can roll out of bed and onto the beach. Beautiful views from the living space and master bedroom and 3 terraces. Modern appliances in the kitchen. Miriam was a wonderful host. Great communication and helpful with suggestions from transportation to and from the airport to activities in the area. The Solymar resort was quiet and relaxed. Exactly what we needed. Thanks so much for a wonderful stay.

Great location, great views and great service!

Location was great, right on the beach! We had a wonderful time, took advantage of the bus, you can catch it right in front, plenty of busses and they're always willing to pick you up. Miriam and Felipe (at your service) were fantastic, anything you needed, they were just a phone or text away, very accommodating. There is a restaurant right next door, good food and drinks. We were happy campers, satisfied with our stay and service. Thank you Lynette.

Perfect

The property is beautiful and right on the beach. Not in the Zona Hotelera, but not far. Which provides a little more seclusion. Not necessarily a bad thing. We had one minor issue and Miriam had it fixed immediately. Miriam was the perfect host.

This villa is fabulous!

Our stay in Dec-Jan 2021-2022 was wonderful. The villa is spacious, clean, and well appointed. Our hostess, Miriam, was amazing, very responsive to any request we had, whether for information or additional items (such as more water). She arranged for a nurse to come to the unit to give us our required Covid test for entry back into the States, which was very convenient. I highly recommend this unit for your visit to Cancun.

Beautiful inside and out

You never can know for sure how a place will be until you stay there. Even with all the wonderful pictures the owners provided, I was hoping it would be as nice as the pictures. I can say it really is! Awesome location, you just want to hang out and enjoy the ocean views and beach access all day. Everyone in my group said it was one of the best places they had ever stayed at. I was a hero for finding it!

Mirium, the property manager is wonderful, gave much useful information even we got in mid night. Property location is highlight, you can see sunrise from living room, master bedroom, porch which was excellent. We loved the location and enjoyed the ocean view, walk during different time of the day. Ocean is few feet from the property. Cons: There is no dishwasher, bit difficult since I cooked full meals few times. There is a water leak in of the bathroom. Washer/Dryer area smells bad, Wi-Fi is not that great!

Beautiful gated condo with instant access to the beach.

I liked that this was gated and felt safe while there. The kitchen and rooms are nice. The patio, pool, and beach access are perfect. My family could walk to the beach for an hour, then come home for lunch. The cleaning staff did an amazing job. It wasn't until our last day until we found the kitchen pantry for things like oil, salt, pepper. The AC was noisy and I felt like we had a hard time talking the entire time in the bedrooms. The master bedroom has no locking door and just exists on the 3rd floor. This made it hard for any intimacy. The internet connection was too slow to stream any movies.

Beautiful place and location

This villa is lovely- clean and well kept. It has a great back porch/deck that overlooks the ocean, steps from the beach. Miriam, who manages the property is wonderful, and really made our stay even better. She is helpful and responsive. She brought us a walker from Walmart in town AND PUT IT TOGETHER! for our 8 month old. This is above and beyond any expectations!! There is a maid service that came in mid week which was very nice. It was also great that the kitchen was equipped with a purified water machine. We ran out of garbage bags, but they were brought in promptly. Another concern was that the pool is unheated, so it was really too cold to enjoy. We are returning to the same villa in March!

Wow is all I can say!

From the second we arrived this villa was amazing! The pictures really don't do it justice at all..the breathtaking view from all balconies is so beautiful! You are literally a couple steps from the sand! We were met by Miriam, the property manager or should I say the BEST part of this trip! She is amazing and a wealth of knowledge. My husband and I travelled to Cancun with our two daughters and their boyfriends and knew one of them would be proposing. Miriam helped us set up so many aspects of our trip including a professional photographer to capture the big moment! The villa is in a great location. It is close enough to everything yet far enough away to have a nice peaceful beach. The rooms are great size and each have their own bathrooms. A couple of the excursions we went on were to Xcaret, Selvetica, Coco Bongo, which is a must, and Miriam set us up with great restaraunts and also great cooks one day! If you want a very personal, comfortable, relaxing, fun and just amazing vacation this is the villa for you! You won't be disappointed at all!

villa and location- perfect

This is the second time my family has stayed at this villa. It's conveniently located towards the end of the hotel zone- so it is not as active/busy/crazy, which I prefer. The villa is clean and nicely decorated. The master bedroom and bath are wonderful- very large,. This bedroom has a balcony overlooking the sea. You can keep this door open at night, so that's wonderful. The hotel pool was too cold to swim in at Christmas, but had warmed up by the end of March. The next door snack shop had food that was not too good. We had arranged to have a chef come in at night - his name was Nasim. He was great- and would have been able to make anything but we requested only Mexican. But the unseen bonus for this villa is the manager Miriam. She is so friendly and helpful- always responsive and willing to go above and beyond. We have an infant and the baby monitor we brought didn't work in Mexico for some reason. So she bought us one from a store there, and it was set up when we arrived. It was co convenient so we could be outside when he napped. The waves are so loud he couldn't be heard from his 3rd floor bedroom. Miriam even found a high chair, which helped so much! Having a person like Miriam on the premises is priceless- all issues can be addressed and resolved immediately. I highly recommend this villa.
