Phoenix 10 1517 on 5 makuuhuoneen, 4. 5 kylpyhuoneen Penthouse huoneisto itäisellä kulmalla, näkymät FloraBama. Huoneistoon kuuluu 2 parveketta. On suuri wrap noin parveke, joka pääsee olohuone ja ruokailutila, ja sitten Makuuhuoneessa on oma parveke!
Kun tulet huoneistoon huomaat vierashuone vasemmalla ja oikealla. Vierashuone vasemmalla on kahden hengen ja parivuode taulutelevisiolla ja myös oma kylpyhuone, jossa on suihku / amme-yhdistelmä. Vieras makuuhuone oikealla on myös oma kylpyhuone istua poreallas, jossa queen-vuode ja taulutelevisio. Käy kauempana käytävällä, seuraava huone on kodinhoitohuone, jossa on ylälevy pesukone ja kuivausrumpu. Keittiössä on ruostumattomasta teräksestä valmistettu laite, jossa on jääkaappi, astianpesukone, liesi ja uuni, mikroaaltouuni, viinijäähdytin, kaksinkertainen pesuallas, ja siinä on myös upea todellinen puuarkkitehtuuri. Hotellissa on myös baarialue, jossa voi istua 4.
Itään päin huoneisto on ruokailutila koostuu baarikeittiö, jossa on minijääkaappi, jääpalakone ja pesuallas. Ruokailutila istuu 8 mukavasti ja tarjoaa upeat näkymät katosta lattian ikkunoihin. Kuluneen ruokailualueen edessä on useita liukuovia, jotka avautuvat yksityiseen, kulmaisen parvekkeen ympärille. Olohuone on myös Persianlahden puolella huoneisto ja tarjoaa upeat näkymät. On 2 nukkuja sohvaa, rakkaus istuin, ja myös lepotuoli on olohuoneessa. Nauti katsomasta pelejä tai elokuvia isolla taulutelevisiolla. TV olohuoneessa on myös DVD-soitin ja kiinteä surround-ääni.
Länsipuolelle Condo on toinen käytävä, joka johtaa 2 ylimääräistä vierashuonetta ja puoli kylpyhuone. Ensimmäinen huone, johon tulet, on yhteinen puoli kylpyamme. Ensimmäinen makuuhuone, johon tulet, on iso makuuhuone, jossa on queen-vuode, iso vaatekaappi, taulutelevisio, oma kylpyhuone suihkulla / kylpyammeella ja myös oma sisäänkäynti tarvittaessa. Aivan tämän makuuhuoneen vieressä on viimeinen vierashuone, jossa on kaksinkertainen Twin-vuodetta. Tässä makuuhuoneessa ei ole oma kylpyhuone tai televisio. Kun käänny vasemmalle olohuoneen eteiseen pois ja löydät erittäin tilava makuuhuone. Se koostuu oleskelualueesta ensimmäistä kertaa. Tässä makuuhuoneessa on suuri taulutelevisio ja king-vuode. Lattiasta kattoon ulottuvilla ikkunoilla on koko makuuhuoneen pituus ja oma parveke. Tässä makuuhuoneessa on myös oma kylpyhuone, jossa on kaksinkertainen turhamaisuus, poreallas ja erillinen suihkutila.

Fabulous location and place

We loved our stay here. Everything was clean and organized. Great location to the beach and a nice pool. My only suggestion is to add larger pans and pots for those larger families who cook while there. You had two crock pots (which we brought out own ) but the eggs and bacon I had to make in batches because the (single) pan was small. Beyond that, loved it!

Local to the area - we enjoyed every moment of our time at a beautiful beach. With exception to multiple unannounced intrusions (5 total), including both Saturday & Sunday mornings at 8:00am, by construction workers at our balcony to complete 2 week overdue annual maintenance (per the Property Manager - at time of refusing to leave our condo.!!!) - our staycation was perfect.

April long weekend

This was the perfect location for our group. The reservation process was easy, and we worked through the management copy without problems. The condo was clean, spacious, and had great views. We would return without hesitation.

It was fantastic. Check in was great. Would have been nice if parking was included since others renting from the facility had 2 spots included in their cost. Only setback for cleanliness was for sand residue on floors upon check in. Otherwise the place was nice and clean.

Perfect for party of eleven!

We had a party of eleven and this property is a favorite now. I stayed in the master suite and it had its own private balcony. This unit is right off the elevator. I loved having an ice maker to fill yeti cups and coolers. A kurig coffeemaker might be a nice future upgrade. We had beautiful weather and just an overall great time

The property was clean and spacious. There was nine adults and one infant in our group. We did not feel cramped or getting in each other’s way. The building was well maintained. The indoor pool and hot tubs were nice to have. We were not able to use the outdoor pool because of the cold weather in January. I would rent this property again.

Good location

We had a nice time overall. However, the condo itself was dirty. Our feet were black. The walls were dirty and there was hair in my shower (before a it was used). There was a lot of unmitigated water damage which was concerning as well.

The condo was the perfect size and location for our family.

We had some issues with the water pressure in the kitchen, a shower light hanging, missing pot holders and the toaster not working. I emailed Prickett properties to let them know and within 30 minutes they came to fix everything and bring a new toaster and pot holders. Now that is customer service!

We enjoyed our stay because all of our family was together and overall the property was very nice.

The property was nice but not as clean as it should have been. We had to wash most dishes before using. A film of dust was covering the kitchen cabinets and shelves in the mini bar area. There are multiple dirty spots on the wall, near the ceiling. There is a railing outside that is lose and rattles incessantly due to the wind blowing.

Property is beautiful and the view was great, unhappi with the cleanliness of the rooms.

The cleaness of the condo was dirty, the floors have not been mopped in a long time, if you walked bare foot your feet would be black. Master tub did not work, the shower had hair in it that was not ours. The beds were not comfortable.

Stove broke 2nd day. They did replace stove but had to return to sand countertop to get it to fit and granite dust everywhere. Floors dirty, furniture in bad shape, bathroom vanity had veneer peeling off cabinets. Not impressed with quality of unit. Loved the location.

Very disappointed. Was not told it was 2 condos combined. One of the guest bedrooms had an exterior hallway door 1.5 feet from their bed. We killed 3 roaches. The dryer took 2-3 times per load (it is very old). 1 potholder in the kitchen; broken shelf and drawer in the refrigerator; no shelves in mini-fridge; could not put our wine in the wine cooler because it stayed at 78 degrees (inoperable) No lock on the exterior door except the outside keypad. My favorite was my guests all wore socks as the floors were so dirty....stains on the curtains. The view of the gulf was great.

Beautiful view and excellent location. However, the unit is very tired and in need of a full update.

As prior owners in this condo building, we are aware of the quality of the facility. This specific unit, while very spacious and accommodating for large groups, needs a lot of work. It has been used up at this point. The furnishings, window coverings, kitchen appliances, especially the refrigerator need to be replaced. The refrigerator door would not open all the way so the produce drawers could be opened. The dryer is rusting and the tile grout throughout the unit needs to be cleaned. We were also greeted by a bat flying around in the mater bedroom. Glad it was found and removed before putting down a sleeping infant for the night. Two of the dining chairs are broken and the wine fridge does not work. A lot to be said but this is enough for now. We did have a lovely vacation at the gulf coast.

Condo unit was very dirty.

The condo unit was filthy, our feet turned black if we walked on the floor. Kitchen counter tops and around sink looked like it had never been wiped down dishes and silverware had old food on them. We had to clean everything, I spent a couple of hours cleaning and mopping. The vacuum did not work either. The walls need painting and all of the furniture was worn out. There were brown stains on all of the curtains. It looks as though the owners may never visit there to inspect or upgrade. The property management did refund the cleaning fee when I let them know how dirty it was and showed them how black my mop water was. I will never stay in this unit again. And may not stay at this property again as many of the areas appeared dirty and just not maintained well. At these prices, I expect it to be clean and I should not have to spend my vacation time cleaning floors, kitchen and dishes when we arrive.

Phoenix X Memorial weekend and week

We loved the location! Loves the ease of getting to the pool and beach. Loved coffee on the lanai every morning, and relaxing in evening. Only “con” was the king mattress. Very uncomfortable! ESP for someone with a bad hip and knee. Overall our stay was wonderful!

Our 1st time staying at Phoenix X (we’ve stayed at other nearby locations). We chose this property bc we wanted to be close to the FloraBama. The unit was spacious. Some of the furniture could use an update, but we were only in the room to sleep anyway so it wasn’t that big of a deal. It was the perfect spot to celebrate my husband’s 40th birthday with his closest friends. Would definitely stay here again. P.s. he accidentally forgot a whiskey glass I gave him for his birthday “Vintage 1982. Cheers to 40 years!” I called the management office a few days ago, but nobody called back. I guess we’ll look for it next time we stay again. :)
