Great space! We'd return for garden courtyard alone! Just lovely.

Reviewer Comments: Four sisters for 4 nights. The secluded garden courtyard is fantastic!(although we missed the large umbrella shown in the pictures which was not present during our stay). The carriage house has a comfortable layout and a well-appointed updated kitchen (Be aware that oddly the small microwave was set on a self well above the height many adults and all children). The house is comfortably furnished and decorated w/real art so visually appealing. We did find it dimly lit (a combination of low wattage, and in the bedrms non-working overhead lights). None of that would deter us from returning. We loved the location, the layout of the space and the convenient street parking. And of course, the private courtyard!

Thanks for allowing us to enjoy your home. It is well appointed, comfortable and the location is perfect. We enjoyed the courtyard and coffee in the park. The only thing I would change is lengthening my stay! Thank you and the city for true southern hospitality!

The home was so cute, clean, and comfortable. The courtyard was a huge bonus, we spent a lot of time out there relaxing after exploring. Our last night in town we did a ghost tour and we were told Taylor square is considered one of the most haunted squares in Savannah. I am happy to report we had no haunts during our stay, it was very peaceful.

Lovely home in perfect location

What a quaint, comfortable home in downtown Savannah! The outside space is a dream. It’s a perfect space for starting the day with coffee or ending it with drinks. The air conditioning could be better upstairs but I would definitely stay here again. Parking was so easy. We had a great stay.

Great location but HOT upstairs

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This house is in a great location, clean, and furnished well. My only complaint is the upstairs where the bedrooms are located is HOT. The downside was nice and cool but the heat literally hits you in the face as you walk up the stairs. Upon arriving and settling in we found multiple fans in both room closets which implies to me this is an ongoing issue. I did message asking about the air conditioning upstairs and I did receive a prompt response and maintenance did go check everything out but was told everything was working correctly. After being out in the heat all day trying to sleep in the heat was miserable!

Upon arriving, we were very disappointed and felt unsafe for the area we were in. I contacted Lucky Savannah, and they found us a rental closer to the historic district. They made several calls and stayed with us until we could check in and get settled. We were quite upset as we have no place to go and being in a strange town. Our new place was amazing and very cozy. Thank you so much for going the extra mile at the last minute. We would not hesitate to contact this company again God bless you.

I would only suggest a few extra blankets? A few throw blankets or bed blankets would have been nice. Perfect place!

Wonderful house!

I can’t express how much my husband and I enjoyed this house and our trip. It was absolutely perfect for us and our dog. The house is charming and well done. Everything you need, the courtyard is beautiful. The location is superb. We walked everywhere, from sightseeing to eating. Definitely will stay there again.

The private courtyard with balcony off the bedroom was fantastic for us to get away for the weekend. The kitchen was well maintained and had all the tools needed to cook. The parking situation was great and I never had to worry about parking. The rental was clean. The great restaurants were less than a mile away and we were really close to everything. Highly recommend for couples that want to check out of the hustle and bustle.

A Little Gem in the Heart of Historic Savannah

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed for 5 nights and had an amazing time! The house was perfect for the two of us and our two dogs. Very well appointed. It's one of those VRBO's that feels like a friend lent you their home to stay in. Those are my favorite kind. There is art on the walls, books on the bookshelf, pillows on the couch. It feels like a home, not an empty shell. We cooked breakfast and one dinner here and had everything we needed. The location cannot be beat. We parked the car outside the house and walked everywhere we went. This street is one of only a couple in the historic district that doesn't have metered parking. The outdoor courtyard was lovely and great for our dogs. I highly recommend this lovely little carriage house for a stay in Savannah.
